Total wrost service by siti cable also his lco misbehaving with us
I say to refund two no of stb but he rejected to refund
His service shut off in 15 days in a month
No one take connection
Please refund my both stb
In a month maximum time we got 200 error
On my tv screen
If i coll maximum number then he pick up coll and say it done tomorrow
I was totally frustrated
Also misbehaving on coll

I also coll to siti cable costmer care but he give date of 24 and 48 hour also after completed this time he again give time 24 and 48 hour but problems not solved

Today I coll from siti cable costmer care and he say that you buy STB from LCO then contact LCO
When I say that he is not responding then he he was unable if LCO not listen your words
I can't do anything when LCO not responding you.
Any one give suggestions what I do??

Till now my STB not refunded by SITI cable

Till now no one refund my STB and give wrong information to Grivence team
If company provided wrong information then what I do
I have coll from SITI Network but no one refund my STB and give wrong information to Grivence department that issue resolved
I attached a picture where you see that I sent pictures to mr Uttam but till now not refunded . my STB please take necessary action regarding this

His Employees tell me that he refunded both STB but no one come to take it..
Or no information given by his LCO or his team

    Siti cable provider is refusing to refund the amount of set top box that i want to return it back. We always used to pay before month but they cut the cable before 5-7 days before completing the month. It is done by them many times in between last 6 months, that's why we want to close our account from your cable. Please do inform to me that how do we get the refund.

    I have recharge my box on 26, 05, 2019 for one month an amounting to Rd. 300/- but, after 29.05.2019 shown "NO SIGNAL".

      Sir,
      Recently on[protected] I shift the home from Currency nagar, Vijayawada to Patamata, Vijayawada. I visited office and request given. On[protected] the siticable persons given physical connection and they collect Rs.650/- from me.. They told that to migrate the card one area to one area it will take four days time. on[protected] i spoken the siticable person, they connection is migrated to patamata, Vijayawada today only. But till no signal is coming. Pls resolve the issue.

        Siti cable is imposing 75 channels of their choice on customers thus tactically increasing total fta to 100. Now if i choose even one paid channel, i end up paying extra rs 25 (Network fees) in addition to the cost of the channel as i have crossed 100 channel mark.

        This is a scam perpetrated by siti and violation of trai guidelines for a la carte choice as they are making it a package of 75 channels of their choice.

        Please look into this.

        Sir I paid for watching star sports 1 hindi to cable operator but the channel is not coming in my television please register my complaint and take serious actions as soon as possible after various phone calls and argument also cable operator is not showing the desired channnel

          i have a cable tv connection of fastway. my set top box number is MAC BCC8107802BB and it is on the name of vikas kumar. i have lodged a complaint that cable is switched off from the last 24 hours. i have talked to cable tv operator on their number [protected] many times but all in vein. nobody came to solve the complaint. a strict action must be taken against them.

          Worst service of Siti Cable. They cut the line on important days. Today there is World Cup match but they have cut the line. It is causing trouble all throughout. Shall drop this service very soon. And the service boy behaves so badly. Such a mannerless guy. Resolve as soon as possible.

            We have three cable connection. Siti cable has not allow us to chose channels. They have block their web site. customer care no is not working. we have several e-male but they don't gave any satisfactory. In there own packages they forcefully provide unusual channels.

              The operator in our area gives very Irregular Service. We have given monthly payment 3 week ago but till they have not started our channels in our STB. Repeatedly we have called them - most of the time they don't recieve the call and if recieve then they say the problem will be resolved soon but no action they takes. It is very Irritating and Frustrating.

                I enter my id and password and click enter page load but nothing happens I even try to use forget my user id and I enter my VC number it shows no result

                  The local Siti cable operator in sonipat west ram Nagar area is giving worst service. They didnt recharge the packs which i asked to add and giving the reason that we dont do add till the 10th of any month and after that also they didnt add and asking more payment than the assigned pack and when i asked the reason he said " hum to itne me hi lagayenge".
                  They always charges more than the assigned money for the particular pack.
                  I disconnected this cable connection due to their bad behaviour, worst service and over collection of money than the assigned money for the pack.

                    Its been almost 2 weeks, cable problem has not been rectified. 200 signal interruption is displayed. Registered complain dated 23.05.2019, (Vc no.[protected])
                    Bannerghata circle -560083 (Bangalore rural) siti cable local service provider (S. L. V. Cable network) is very lazy and unprofessional till date didn't rectify cable problem. Kindly instruct local service provider to rectify the issue asap otherwise i may have to change my cable operator to other.

                    No one is providing any service for the customer and very irresponsible people never receive customers phone. And never provide any kind of money receipt. After paying full amount you disconnect before one month and for quiry also no one taking responsibility. So I am sending these messages.

                      We have paid rs. 550 towards cable connection on 9th may 2019 to sri sai ganesh cable network on behalf of siti vs card # [protected] but services are still not resumed. We have called operator many times but they are not responding properly. We have also complaint to siti cable customer care on 27th may 2019 but there is no resolution till now. Please resolve this issue

                        I am a locator of andhra pradesh, gudivada. Here the packs are 270rupees consists only basic channels and for 330rupees basic channels + some sports channel. As it has changed to customers choice we are not having that option either we have to pay 270 or 330. But in many places individual channels are selected. Here it is not that case. Please take action against that.

                          An lco named 'srinivas' working in siddharda communications providing siti cable has refused to provide me with the channels that i subscribed for and forced me to accept certain packs that are being provided by them, irrespective of trai's regulations.
                          Also, upon asking to cancel my connection and providing a refund he denied the same and asked us to contact the cable office regarding the subscription.
                          Upon calling the cable office, they also have spoken in the same terms as srinivas and asked us to come to the office for more clarifcation. They have also said that they will this service only for a month and we will need to accept their packages for continued subscription.

                          I am a Citi Cable Customer. I have been requesting for the bills multiple times. But my Local Cable operator hasn't provided that yet. Moreover, They are not allowing me to choose the free channels. as per TRAI, I can choose the free channels as per my wish.

                              Siti cable agents are not providing the facility of choosing as per consumer's choice. As per trai regulations each consumer has a choice of choosing channels as per their wish.
                              The siti cable agent of sharda nagar, kanpur only provided the the packs made by them and asked only to choose from them, when we asked that can we choose our channel he strictly refused the request

                                I selected my choice channels but i find that i cannot get to see various free channels like nhk, arirang, many tamil and other regional language channels. My cable operator (Men madhyamgram entertainment network) told me that if i subscribe to channel packages of rs 600+ then only i will get to see the free channels. I could see all these free channels before the new changes came to effect.

                                  My cable connection was disconnected from 10th may 19. Even after 6-7 complaints there is no response from siti cable and when i contacted my lco he said i will recharge but for that i have to write that i don't want online payment mode on a card isn't by him. And most important he is charging double of basic pack of rs 130 so please look into this matter.

                                    Online subscriptions for tv channels not working.
                                    As per trai customer should able to choose channel list and activate accordingly.
                                    Siti cable is not providing this options to select desired channel from online. Forceing customer gothourgh the local cable operator for choosing channel list.
                                    Cable operator not able to providing desired list. Only package available.

                                      I'm a siti cable user.. My account was not logging in for some days but they solved this problem but.. Now i can't do my recharge for channels from online.. It is not showing"pay now"at down.. I have a problem with recharging my account.. As soon as possible plz make it sure that this problem will be resolved within a short time plz... Thank you...

                                        I purchased the hd set top box in the month of october 2018 for rs 2300.00 from our local cable network viz. Star vision cable network license no. Ctv/16/gh which is cable operator of siti cable and acc. I have been approaching them for 3 months for returning my set top box and pay me back the refundable money but they are not co operating. So kindly make arrangements for resolving my issue on urgent basis as i have been suffering for quite a few months. And also let me know the refundable amount.

                                        I have selected ncf channels and some paid channels. My total channel count is 92. Total amount to be paid on siti cable app is showing 186. But there is no option to pay online.My local cable operator has taken 210 for recharge. 25 rupees extra as local cable taxes. Please take necessary steps
