i was complaining since 20.3.2011.that the cable is not clear buy no one has come to solve the probleum. i have called them 4 times on their given mobile number but they always say that they will solve my probleum. my mobile number is [protected] and i am a resident of chandigarh..

    I took a connection of digital set top box on october 2007, but since then i never saw a good and clear picture in my television there had been always a interruption in signal, always i had been complained to my operator about problem i have been facing, but there were no any positive responce by there side. My operator National Cable Service Mominpur road Kolkata 700023. The connection is registered in name of Md Saqib Ghani
    2BH/4 Ekbalpore Lane Kolkata.

    Please Help Me To get Out Of This Problem.

    ur people at duttapukur under barasat thana at sastitala region came to my house at noon to check the disturbance of cable line but they theft the extra cable wire attached with the line.
    this kind of behaviour from people of siti cable gave a very bad idea about ur performance

      Inspite of several times oral complaint many of the channels are not clear. Whenever I call up my area operator Mr. Prasad he casually replies that the problem will be set right within a day or two. But the problem remains as it is. I am residing at NCS Road, Vizianagaram - 535001. There are many connections in our area and slowly the people are converting to DTH connections like Dish TV, Big TV, Digital TV, Sun Direct and Tata Sky. I feel that if the problem is not solved a day will come when the siti cable has to close down its offices.

        my siti cable set top box has been blocked for the last one month despite i have been regulaly giving my monthly subscription to local cable operater jagdamba cable net works, chirag delhi, new delhi 110017
        i am making atleast three calls daily [protected].
        may remote not working properly last 6 month and DD program quality is very poor.
        my siti cable remote has been not working properly for the last six month and DDprogram quailty is very poor despite i have been regulaly giving my monthly subscription to local cable operater Egle cable optrator, Perkash Mohalla East of Kailash, new delhi 110065.but no action till date pl.

          I am working for SITI Cable New DElhi Through Addecco on contract base from 24th Jan.2007 to 31 Jan 2008. In this period PF is deducted by Addecco. Sir i have no information from Addecco to take the procedure to receive the PF. Sir Please Give me My PF Account No.

            I have joined Siti Cable Network Ltd. in March 2003 with Corporate office based at New Delhi. My PF No. of Siti Cable was DL/17431/1009. In Oct 2006 Siti Cable Network has demerged in Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd. & the corporate office of Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd. based at Mumbai. So Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd. has opened new PF a/c's of the employees at Mumbai & submit the necessary documents to PF office Delhi to transfer the balance of PF a/c of the employees to the new PF a/c's opened by Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd.. My New PF A/c No. was MH/BAN/48581/332. I had left the Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd. in March 27, 2008. Now I recd. only Rs. 24, 126/- in my ICICI A/c on 08.10.08. The total amt. should be Rs. 70, 000/- (approx.). I think I have recd. only my PF share contributed by Wire & Wireless (India) Ltd.. Please advice how can I get my PF deducted & deposited by Siti Cable Network Ltd.

            i have agree to my network to upgreade & runinig to gtpl network but i have know to gtpl i conect to privet wll network.so plz help &suport to my network

            Siti Cable local operators in Hauz Khas Village are a breed apart. No sense of punctuality courtesy and the words customer service is not in their dictionary . Wonder why such a huge group like Zee rely on such pathetic serives providers if they want to grow further.
            I am totally dissatisfied with the service being provided by this useless cable provider. Whenever there is a complaint nobody picks up the phone. Every 2nd day cable is not working. This is the worst cable service provider (infact it should not be called a service provider) I have ever seen.

            I have all reasons to switch to a better service provider e.g., Tata Sky, Dish TV etc.

            I will never ever recommend anyone take service from Siti Cable.
            Siti Cable local operator in Vapi, Gujarat is the worst cable service provider. Since seven days it is not working, I thought that was technical fault or network problem and it will be update automatically but not come till date. I phone call on 15th July '09 at 7 : 00 pm and they told me it will working within 15 to 20 minutes but it will not come. Next day evening 6:00 pm I go physically and request them, they told tomorrow morning you switch on your setup box and we will repair from our office, but I told nobody will staying in morning, afternoon when I will come my room I will inform you. Then I inform them at 1:15 pm and they told we will inform you when it will activate. After that they will no response and still now it will not working, Please take necessary action soon.
            Good Morning... i am from guntur, andhra pradesh. here the siti cable operators are not maintaining the service properly and not responding to our complaints.. i had many times stepped to the main office here at Brodipet, none of the staff there responded and the Head of the office Mr.Pavan too not responding... the problem is here we get only 60 channels n they are telling that they are giving 92 channels.. most of the important channels are after 60 channels and also they are not telecasting music and reality show channels. it is the worst network in guntur when compared to other cable operator Digi Cable.. I request you to take necessary action on them and provide some good entertainment to the customers... thanking you Sir...
            please inprove your channel introduce system, in kolkata like other cable company(mantan) they are provide 300+channel but siti cable only 187channel in set up boxes.
            in siti cable set top box do we get channels like espn star sports...
            The settop box was installed on 26/9. as on 29/9 ie after 3 days the box is still to be authenticated and start functioning!! this cable company works at lightning speed.
            The tel number provided is a dummy number[protected] goes on ringing no response. So if you have a complaint nowhere to go.
            Is there a regulator for this service?
            My local service provider ( MAHI DARSHAN ) is not maintaining my siti cable line for last couple of months, frequently my tv shows me that there is no signal in the set top box. Today when I complain to my local service provider he is deny to hear my complain & shut of his mobile, then I want to complain to local siti cable office (Ph.No.[protected], but the on duty official replied me, that they only know the local cable operator & they could not able to take any complain from any subscriber.

            My question is that I am paying my hard earning money every month to my cable operator but who can give me an uninterrupted service?
            I am totally dissatisfied with your service and your service provider of my area i.e "RAJEEV CABLE". Whenever I complains about the channels, he always denies to hear my complain. He also bluffs me that the channel that you require is off from SITI CABLE. The Channels that we require is mostly PEACE TV. Although in other areas that channel is available by the same provider.

            How can I solve this problem. please guide me.

            hi, I asim live in payradanga, Nadia, W.B.. I consumer your cable service. my request is this DISCOVERY/NATIONAL GEOGRAPHY pls service any ONE in HINDI LANGUAGE. AND orther request I have not seen present CNBC AWAZ (hindi).As early as possible you reply me.
            since a week we have not recievd sufficiant cable signal so we can see the TV

            Siti Cable local operator in Greater noida, (U.P) it is the worst cable service provider.             I have two siti cable connection in same Flat with consolidated monthly payment of Rs.325/= per month from the when our operator Uni Cable switch to your connection. We can see only a maximum of 80 channel regularly.Few channels of Sony, Star, Zee, etv, etc packages are visible in our cable chanel. We do not have any option chose channels of our choice.Usually Operator charge Rs.225/= for one connection for my 2nd connection I have negotiated a consolidated payment of Rs.325/= pm.Now the operator want Rs.400/ consolidate charge for my two connection. I have purchased two separate Set Top Boxes.The operator has an unholy alliance with another siti cable operator. Who can not aford any connection to his area separated by them amicably.And hence charges abruptly high for the selected channels provided by them. Our channels are not included to any package.The cable operator pick & chose channels to his benefit and forced us toaccept.How can we view channels of sity cable at our choice.?The Cable Operator today said to discontinue my 2nd connection if we do not pay Rs.375/= pm. Please intervene and investigate into the matter as to the cost of two connection in same flat but in seperate room to resolve our issue. The consolidated charge of Rs 224/ per connection does not fall within any norms. So please resolve our issue for all pending settlement please instruct your Uni Cable nlt to discontinue our 2nd connectiuon.& oblige

            sound from one side of the tv

            Hello, I'm facing a problem in set top box. The sound from all the channels are audible at right side only, left side is completely nil. What should I do make it sound both the sides?? thanks in advance.
