Dear Concern,
I am dissatisfied customer of your (SITI CABLE) residing at A-2 Sec-36 RHO-I, Greater Noida and paying 6 months rent in advance to your local team for two connections since last 5 years
earlier residing at H-255 Beta -II and followed with A-11 Sec-36 RHO -I, Greater Noida
I lodged a complaint of shifting on 31st March 2014 for shifting of my cable from A-11 to A-2 Sector -36
Mr. Manoj Tripathi your so called service engg. came on 1st april at 6pm after continuous follow-up and said will connect the Cable as requested
however he failed and said there is some issue with the line so will request his team for service and get it done tomorrow that is 2 April'14, still he took Rs.200 from us
without giving any receipt of the same
Later nest day we continuously followed up with Mr. Tripathy and he kept on saying he will come and he did again at 6 pm saying it will be done tomorrow the
3rd April '14 as company is short of wire (Cable Wire) so he will get it done next day, yet another day passed and the same story repeats till 5 pm
just the follow up, I called up customer Care and they do not know the status they just say what is being taught to them as complaint will closed within 24 hours
I requested them to let me speak to the supervisor, which they didnt saying he is busy on another call, Later after so much of request they gave me the number for supervisor
whose number was switched off, I called Mr. Tripathy and asked his reporting manager name and number which he gave me instantly followed with Mr. Algu Yadav;s Number
who is the so called Technical Head for our region, whose number was continuously busy, but i got through after regular attempt, later when i escalated the matter and narrated
whole story to him suggesting to connect my TV right away via temporary line till the service is done, he did for 1 TV and another was left unattended stating we have current issue (electric shock) while connecting the same
Next day i arranged a visit for my LCD and got it checked, surprisingly no issue found, two days later on 5 April'14 Mr. tripathy came and connected the same with Cable
However the Service was not yet done as requested also the cable connections from outside home rather spreading all the wire inside the house and creating a mess
I called Mr. Yadav on 5 April'14 about the same, he assured me to get it done by 8 or 9 th April '14 as the Cable wire is still not there, On 6 th april my LCD showing "NO SIGNAL" i again arranged a visit from TV company and got it checked no issue found with TV, hence the SET TOP BOX found defective, i complained the same on 7 April to Mr. Tripathy he came again late and said it will be done tomorrow
MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT SOLVED, EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING 6 MONTHS RENT FOR TWO CONNECTIONS NO BODY IS EVEN BOTHERED TO LOOK INTO IT
AND SO CALLED SERVICE IS STILL NOT DONE, WIRE IS SPREAD ALL ACROSS MY HOME AND OUTSIDE AND NEIBHOURS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME
I CALLED MR. ALGU YADAV TODAY HE ADVISED ME TO REMIND HIM TOMORROW ABOUT THE SERVICE
HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER
WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY THERE IS A DELAY HE REPLIED DO WHATEVER AND GO WHERE EVER IT WILL TAKE TIME,
PLEASE NOTE IT IS ALREADY 17 DAYS OLD COMPLAINT TODAY
I WANT A STRICT ACTION AND APPOLOGY FROM MR. ALGU YADAV
Please treat this as a final warning or else i will left with no other option to escalate it to SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE about the pathetic service of yours and i may have to go legal for my mental harassment i have undergone since last 12 days time
Please give me urgent solution and compensation to my grievances

poor service
Very poor service in patna kankarbagh cable operater are not receiving the phone from last two days i am trying to connect to them but no one is bother about that.
