I am here to express my dissatisfaction towards SITI Cable, you usually says "we are always happy to hear and help" but i had very bad experience with Siti Cable.
Really don't know how you can give your name to such Cable Operators who don't listen as well as don't care about Customers.
Till
today, it is 8th day in a row, when i am not able to see my cable TV. I
have contacted no. of times and following up the same. But No results,
since they don't care.
I am feeling
stuck because I already paid the annual fees of the Cable TV. Cable
operator is not answering my call and when I went to his
office address then he asked me that problem will get resolved in half
an hour, but as usual...:( ...When I called again, they haven't put
up my phone.

Cable in Greater Noida providing services at my society "AWHO", I am
not able to understand where i have to complaint and where I can reach
for the same.
I am getting such responses from Cable Operators " Sham tak nahi hoga, Kar lo jo karna hai / Hatana hai connection hata lo, i don't care " ... these proverbs i am getting while following up for my own money.
In addition to this, same situation has happened many times with me, 2-3 months back I had the same issue.

let me know what should i do since i am helpless... I have already
raised complaint for the same and below is the detail -
Complaint No. - 833224 (this complaint no. Has STB no.)
I hope you understand my concerns and take necessary action if you guys still have some humanity.
