I am from durgapur steel township our present cable operator siti cable and local cable operator provide cable service in our township but now local cable operator going to change from siti cable to other operator because of their profit margine and they say consumer have to change set top box. Present set top box charge was 1000 rs and monthly 15 rs extra and new set top box price 2000 rs and they will not refund any amount for old set top box. Now please help us and what should we do in this situation.

    There is no combined bill of two siti cable tv connections in one home. Moreover, there are multiple TV connections on same VC number in different homes. This can be understood from the VC number format. For example your VC number is[protected], but company recognise only[protected]. The last digit (5) after hyphen (-) can be used to set multiple set top box on same VC. That is why Siti cable operators are neither transparent in billing nor in reporting of correct consumer base. There is big fraud in this digital cable business similar to earlier one (analog cable TV).

    Service is not good. Installation problem always in this cable network
    Not getting channel 1146 and 1147 from last 3 weeks. Complaints to local cable operator has shown no results.Not able to submit complaint on the website. Phone number says does not exist
    Not getting channels hd channels sony pix hd and star movies hd and romedynow hd from two months no one is respoinding my settop box is in perfect condition i took to it service centre also they said is is nice from top office only they stopped the channels they are saying like that

    The LCO disconnected My siti website / app after they viewed that the price for my selection was not Rs. 589.00 but only 485. Two Months I paid Rs. 589.00 for Jan and Feb 2019 & for March 2019 I had to pay only Rs. 485.00 as per the LCO but after paying this bill I cannot go online at My siti portal - subscriber corner. So now I cannot view bills and the LCO can charge as per they like. Wow TRAI. Really appreciate the changes you made to benefit the LCOs and loot the subscribers.. .. I have emailed concerns but have no hope. Can somebody really help me as a subscriber to login the my siti website or app. Subscriber ID# 15334697

      Cable providing pathetic services in hisar city hbc sector 15 daily there us no signal 200 error, error 150 and signal quality week, contact at ivr but they as re unbearable they ask to wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue other side cable network committed to provide 24 hour service but this siti cable realy not able to provide services any othrr dth arr very fine they get disturb only on rain and restore wthin hourvor min but there siti cable no telecast for 2 to 4 hours on daily basis i request all consumer please switch to other netwrok and learn the lession to siti cable

        Very poor service by siti cable in sector-8 faridabad. 5 times cable has gone during last month and some times it is out for one day also. At customer care, no body replies for call and some times after wait they disconnect the call. Very bad service provided by siti cable

          Siti cable in hisar sector 15 hbc hav no knowlege how to operate there is no single fir board cast for 2 to3 three hour after every second day and no one picking the phone to correction request to higher official of this network or govt body to controlling the digital cable take action on it

            Dear Madam/Sir, I'm a resident of D-Block, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi-110052, and have been using Siti Cable set top boxes for quite some time now.All my previous bills have been paid and theres no outstanding bill.Currently I'm using 5 Siti Cable boxes. Till yesterday night all my set top boxes were functioning but today morning one of of them wasn't working. The card number for the same set top box is[protected].When I called the Siti Cable customer care they told me that the set top box has been deactivated by the local cable operator. When I called up the cable operator he told me that the set top box is not showing up on his system and accused me of having purchased a duplicate set top box. The set top box was working properly till yeasterday and only stopped working today.The Siti Cable customer care executive says that its the responsibility of the cable operator. The cable operator says that its not his responsibility and that nothing can be done in this regard.Apart from this he's accusing me that the set top box purchased is a duplicate one. I had purchased all my set top boxes from that cable operator only.The cable operator is not ready to listen to me and has been very rude all throughout the day today. I would request you to please look into the matter ASAP or else I'll lodge a complaint with the police. The cable operators contact details are - [protected]. Look into the matter ASAP.

            Hi, this is in regard to my last complaint against Siti Cable. Till now no Siti Cable operator has contacted me regarding my complaint. Now, since no one contacted me I had no option but to purchase a new set top box. But still I want to take the case forward and get compensation for the problem faced. I would request you to again contact siti cable regarding the same so that they can contact me at [protected].

              The cable operator taken the stb box on 7 july 2015 for repair, as stb box not working, as on date 2 august 2015 there is no response from the operator.i call there people but they dont pik the phone..i am fed of the services of cable.who will take action on him..when should i get my stb box ...also i wont pay any monthly rent july to cable operator, as one month no box is there...also i won"t use your service any more after this harassment. i also call the siti cable person, always give new complaint no and said your problem will be solved as eailer no action taken till date.. Also i had connection in two tv..today other tv connection service also deactivated by cable operator.                 i'm just totally frustrated with your customer service from last 30 days m not able to watch my cable tv properly having a signal error-200 no. so many times i tried to contact ur local service center but they don't want to solve my problem each time they said plz cut off this siti connection and go with Dish antenna. ur billing payment made regularly on time but did'nt expect this type of very frustrating service from ur side.

                hardware related issues

                We have given setup box for repairing on 01/04/2015 but still oprater is not given any replacement other box. We are trouble in city degitel network services. Please resolve this meter others than we are not continue with you.

                  I got three cable connections installed last month. Since Saturday July 4, connections are not working. When I approached local operator he says, company is closed he can't help. When I approach their local office in sector 21 panchkula, they say that they are closing down. When I call customer care number they say they can't help.                     To The concerned, Colors tv channel is not aired to my subscription since last one week. My home is situated in Maruthi Nagar, near to pillar no. 84, Attapur Ring Road. Every time when i contact the cable operator, he says that there is problem from the SITI Digital. Colors tv channels is the channel we watch most of the times. I'm paying to watch and for entertainment, but when I don't get what I'm paying for then what is the use. I need colors channel to be aired asap. Thanks, Sanjai Singh

                      I am a valuable customer of siti cable I think in whole Hyderabad viacom 18 network channel not coming due to irresponsibility of you. You're a big cable service provider so please give fee to viacom 18, MTV, Colors, UTV and many more that you didn't fill from months.

                        I am user of Siti Cable services since inception but since Nov'14, I was harassed by my cable operator from services point of view. My details are: STB no.: 1211C[protected] Chip no.: [protected] Card no.:[protected] Address: 364-365/B6, SF, Sector 7, Rohini, New delhi 110085 Complaints are: 1. Mr. Bhupender asked bribe (Rs. 45) for activization of Star Sports during Cricket World Cup 2015. 2. Cable operator was charging Rs. 40 per month for viewing of star Sports channels since Nov'14 but I am not able to view the same from Nov'14 to Jan'15. 3. Till now, I didn't get original bill of my cable services? 4. He has changed my pack (Grand to popular etc) without seeking my permission for his profitability? 5. Dissatisfaction of services: a. Last 15 to 20 days (10/15 Jun'15 to 30 Jun'15), I am not able to view all channels whereas I was charged fully b. In the month of May'15 again all Star Sports channels has been de-activated by my local cable operator without reason/information c. Visited local cable operator in Jan'15 for resolution of same but he misbehaved d. Had conversation multiple times (verbally & writting) with Siti Cable (customer care of Siti Cable) but didn't get any response e. Want hardest penalty to my local & Siti cable for this continuous harassment My Compensation: i. Apology letter for the same from BOTH ii.                                     We have siti cable at our home in newtown kolkata. Last year we made an advanced payment for a whole year. Since then their service at our home has become completely irregular. A few months back suddenly star movies, star world and star movies action were gone. We regularly contacted our cable operator but they always found out ways to harass and mislead us. It is only today that we came to know that star world does not come in our Rs 240 package. But star world was included in this package only a few months back. We have not changed our package. It seems that they withdrew the channel and failed to inform us. Because of them I missed 2 seasons of "HOUSE". But that is not all. Every weekend our cable service is gone for a long time. All o[censored]s are working at our home. We get to relax only during the weekend. But same thing happens every weekend. But today they broke all my patience. Service was absent since yesterday. So we called the technicians in the morning. They came, did something and showed one of our family members that all channels were coming. Unfortunately I was absent then. When I came back and opened the television there were no channels and 200 error was showing. They take so much money every month and if this is their service they have lost all their rights to do business. Business houses like this have no right to conduct any business.

                                        Dear Siti, You are intentionally replacing english with Hindi on originally english channels, we are from south India and we predominantly comfortable with english on english channels, this is criminal to impose Hindi on South Indian, if you continue this atitude we may have to shift to other cable.
