Related S.Box No. C[protected] & S.Card No.[protected], My address: 106, Canal St. Ft. 2B 2nd Floor, P.O. Sreebhumi, Kol -700048. I have paid the subscription for Oct. '16 on 04.10.2016. I am sorry to say that during Pooja festival, We have been fully deprived from my genuine facility of watching T.V. due to your fault so that you should adjust my subscription for those days. Yet now my T.V. shows "Technical Problem: Pl look into the matter immediately .

My name is jagjeet singh from (Sultanwind road) amritsar (Punjab). At my home place my siti cable set top box not getting in working ccondition and siti cable firm avoided this matter. So i think it doesn't want customers. I m not satisfied with them.
I quit from it. Till date i can't geted my replaced set top box. Cable operator not doing his work. His mobile number is [protected]
Also he don't co-opearated with us every time, when we have problem about cable services. Plz do something asap

New connection subscribe but sale representative promised a range from 30-35 mtrs even after making a complaint with nodal no response .

whereas i have another broad band no need to requirement of connection after discussion of range limit than i subscribe your connection of broad on range as promised by sales rep wrong promise which is unjustified .

but no response by your company rep neither from your engineer as promised by your sales rep

It always creates problem. I don't know why most of the time the internet goes off. When the end of the month comes, they slow down the internet and login page does not open many times. My package is rs. 450 p. M (786kbps).
Also while surfing the internet turns off. Its very disturbing and annoying. When i call them, they always say work is going on, it will take 2hrs to 4 hrs. While they were setting up the connection they said internet will be provided 24x7 but its not happening so. They have also replaced the previous wire with optical fibre and said that there will be no problem from then... But everything is same as it was. My neighbour has the same connection but he gets very good speed but not me... I want an action to be taken.

I want to make the complaint against the Siti Cable Network Rewari. From last one month I am struggling with the network and after complaining no body is responding to attend the problem. I asked them so many times to correct the cable but no response. I want to ask them to give my money back so that I can switch to different operator.

I am not getting the HD channels for almost 1 month. I am calling local cable operator daily. They are telling they will fix it within 1 hour/ 1 day/ 2 days, but still they haven't fixed it. Please resolve and get me the HD channels at the earliest. I don't know what's happening. We don't have any other operators in our apartment. Had I been given choice, I would have changed it.

Signals are very weak throughout the day.. We are facing this problem since day 1. Asked Cable operator many times but no result till now. It us very frustrating when you are watching a movie/match and signals got weak and it stopped working.
I would suggest not to buy Siti Cable STB. There are lot many other options; a bit costly but you will not face this problem.

This complaint is against citi cable. My father mr chirananda dhali is an elderly gentleman & a widower who is the only one to watch tv. However everyday from around 5.30 pm the line goes dead (No signal) & on contacting the local cable operator he says directly that there is nothing he will be able to do. Hence on contacting their customer care on[protected] they directly told us that there is nothing they can also do & that is the service we will receive. So on saying that in that case we would be switching service providers they started quarreling & also abusing verbally even though that was a customer care. This shows the un professionalism of a company which is unwilling to either resolve the issue or provide the service for which they are being paid for. Looking forward to your co operation in this regards & expecting help in resolving this issue.

My name is chandra mohan. I'm from nulak pet near mangalgiri town of guntur district in andhra pradesh, from the beginning i'm facing trouble with our local cable operator. He is not at all service minded, very irregular behavior. I'm tired of his activities. Can anyone help how to face this person. He is such a careless person i never met in my life

JMR CALBLE SECTOR 110, NOIDA 201304.:I m using this cable for last 3 months . Its the worst cable as the signal is not there for more than a month but the man who comes to take the man argues with us strongly. No action has been taken yet . WHEN we call the person either their mobile is switched off or when they operate it they keep us on hold immediately after taking up the call. What an WTF company it. Is. The people arent working in the office to . This serious complain i think should take it to consumer court . So i m waiting for any action from the company if nothing will occur then they have to suffer a lot. It is a warning to the company and a threat. I honorably request this site to help us by forwarding this complaint to the company men or take severe actons

Channel is not properly work any time disturbing channel stop working 5 minutes later always cable operators not working good he was not action any complaints so you will be give me quick action I think this ITI cable do not work properly always problem all the time channel do not work seeing contact your cable operators why all the time problem any channel so quike action do not support channel this channel. Since day 1 of my broadband connection i am facing the slowest speed ever
Downloading speed - ~12kbps
Uploading speed - ~8kbps
While i paid rs1034 (Incl taxes) for a plan of 50mbps.
They are not providing any resolution even after complaining everyday.
Their attitude doesn't looks like they are giving this much attention.
No service is better than this kind of service.
I even asked them to downgrade or provide me a refund but they are not providing any alternative to resolve. This broadband is purely ripoff.
Kindly help me because they are not going to do anything.

I got a broadband connection from siti cable on 22 june 2016 with pakage infinite having 50 mbps speed but from the day 1 its not working properly and when its working speed up to 5 mbps only i complain on its customer care but they are not listening and its technician is also not picking up the phone now my internet is down by 3 days but nobody is want to listen . can u please solve my problem ASAP.

We have been complaing the operator about not getting the channels since past two months still the operator doesn respond nd does not respond to our phone calls so kindly take our complaint as a priority and solve the problem as the operator is very irresponsible in delivering the job being assigned to him .so hoping for a good response from your side.thank you

When i turned on my STB, at first it shows the first channel Snews were the remote dose'nt work and aftr that it changes the channel automatically to Naaptol and then also the remote dose'nt work for 5 more seconds . but today when i turned my STB On it was showing "card not authorized". i tried changeing the side and re-inserted the card but did not came up to the point.

Well as the subject stated its not working its been like this for more than half a month now, it started small with a few glitches here and there and seem to happen only at night later it start escalating to morning and sooner than a few days it started having signal problem for more than a day and when i thought it's working again the video and sudio are not in sync with each other and no more than a few days later it started to hang-up and still prevailing till now, i've given a complaint to the cable operator but still i don't see my problem being resolve.

Hai. This is Gayathri. We are unable to get the siti digital from yesterday onwards. We already informed to the concern cable operator. But they are not responding properly. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.. Am texting from madhuranagar location hyderabad... Siti digital network is not working in my location since yesterday. This cable operator's not answering the call. Please resolve the issue & kindly provide me the siti digital services.
