My Siti Ditigital STB is not getting the signal from past 2 months, regarding this we complained many times to the local cable operator but we did not get any response from them, how can you give the operating license to such kind of people and they are collecting the money every month from us,

    This type of network should be banned in all across india for monopoly they have installed jammer we are not having rights to choose our network because of siti in sapoorji palonji kolkata complex they have installed jammer for thier monopoly in wifi connection trade in the complex no other operator is having access in this zone, even the network signal is very poor people are not able to connect with even phone calls because of them, they charge high and provide the worst services atleast people should have thier choice in a gated community i request sapoorji complex organization as well consumer forum to take strict action agaist such unethical business practices .as soon as possible .

      This is from vishakapatnam, chinna waltair problem is
      Cable signal is not found from 4 days my card no.:[protected]. I ispeak with local operator but he is not responding properly. I try to speak with cable operator of vishakapatnam his ph. No: [protected] he is responding very recklessly he is speaking with out giving respect now i have a veey bad impression on siti care networks. This is the way of communicating siti digital operators... Very bad

        Dear Concern

        Its been 25 days and i am calling and calling to everybody but no solution so far.
        I have paid 2800 for HD set top box and one month rent, though HD STB was not available, Sandeep ([protected]) given me normal STB and told me that they change it in next couple of days.

        I have spoke to Pawan Tiwari ([protected]), who said i am Team Leader and will do the needful in a day. Next days onward all these people stop picking my phone.

        Then I have spoken to the customer care executive and my complaint nos as follows:

          Last 2 months siti customer care and cable operator poor wrost services provide to the customer cable opteater not pick the call and customer care service talk me pyamet issues at present tottly payment to the cable operator only one error shown on the tv stb not authorizes contact to the cable operator totally totally dissatisfied service provided nobody to help them

          Iam from Vijayawada Machavaram Down area. I had siti cable hd iam interrupting this for 10mintues getting like message as
          "150 service interrupted: contact cable operator"
          I don't know why it is coming like that kindly check it and solve the problem

            This is regarding our cable connection which is not functioning since 21.1.18. After reporting yesterday afternoon, the cable workers came late evening to check. We are residents of b-3/15-c, lawrence road, keshavpuram, delhi. The reason they gave for disrupted services was that someone had cut about 35 metres of cable wire that supplies our connection and now we are being asked to pay for the wire by the local cable workers and your ashok vihar office representative.
            Kindly let us know if it is our fault that the wire was stolen and why are we being penalised for this and being harassed to pay for it. Also, whenever we ask the cable workers to repair they say that they do not have any wire to repair.
            Please suggest how this harassment would end and the repair work will be done. I am a senior citizen and can't run around after your cable team members.in case this attitude continues, whom should your customer contact.

                I have complain for not working cable network on 6th august-18 at 02:55 pm (Complain no.[protected]. As per policy siti cable should solve same problem with in 24 hour. On 7th aug.-18 at 6:45 pm, a executive comes after 4 time call on costumer care no. By me, to see the problem and gone back without solve the same problem and suggest to change new set up box with rs-1000/=, for next day. On 8th aug.-18 again call to costumer care by me, at 12:05 pm comes two executive to see the problem and same as on 7th aug. Have gone back with out solve same problem.
                It is also to notice when i said to costumer care to close my connection and refund my security if any then costumer care executive told me that he is unable to do for the same and suggest me to visit his third party (In my living area) office.
                My problem is still as same.

                      I have 2 Set Top Boxes (Cable Operator - Swapnil, Chembur) due to problem with one TV I had one Set Top Box disconnected. Now on replacement of the TV I requested that the Set Top Box be reconnected from 1st July. I have intimated you previously that the Cable Operator is asking for Rs.500/- as reconnection charges. After paying these charges I am now told that one of the wires is defective and has to be replaced. I requested them to do the needful for which they wanted a further payment of Rs.500/- . This also was agreed to but they have not done anything up to date.
                      I would like to know if you intend solving this problem of mine, or should I change my Cable Operator. I may also state that I will not be paying any charges for the month of July as I have not received any service. Also advise about the Rs.1000/- that has been demanded for no legitimate reason.
                      Your urgent reply would be appreciated.

                        I am not receiving Siti Digital cable TV signals for the last 7 days reason appearing "Crad not Authorised". i have consulted the local operator he told me to keep the TV on till evening and we will get signal even after 36 hours there is no signal. same card not authorised apparing. the local operator took Rs.1000 as advance and he says he did his job and higher ups are not authorising the card. a complaint no 4412218 was registered and closed stating resolved successfully with out consulting me to resolving the issue. I request the Siti Digital Cable TV to resolve the issue immediately or refund the advance Rs.1000/- immediately.

                          I am interested to apcybernet cable for internet & t. V. Channels i already running siti cable when i asked to my cable network to change to apcybernet cable indeed of siti cable, i brought set top box for siti cable 1800/- from him but he says only 200/-will return for siti cable set top box and pay 1050/- against apcybernet connection. And he also said when you not return siti cable settop box for 200/- you will pay monthly bill for siti cable also.

                              My broadband is not properly working. I've complained many a times to them, sent mails to siti broadband, they "open" my ticket, but then nothing happens. I follow up regularly, but nothing happens, no one calls me, no engineer visit nothing.

                              And then they automatically close my ticket!!! And then nothing happens after that.

                              Their executive's close the ticket on their own, they make a fool out of the customer. They never visit, but they close the ticket saying that the problem has been resolved!!!

                              Fraud cheat they are!!

                              Avoid siti broadband at all costs!!!

                                About 7 month ago i have problem with my set top box. Cable operator repaired it from siti cable. It runs properly about 2 month. But now i am facing problem with stb. After reinserting sim runs few second. And then no signal. I come to know after heating the sim, cant work. Cable operator suggested me for new stb. But the problem is in sim only. Give me solution as early as possible.

                                Dear Management, we (3 peoples) have discontinued your services due to your cable operator name Mr. Pradeep, he don't know how to speak with the customers and using very rude behaviors.
                                you may pls investigate & take action against your vendor else in future nobody will use your services due to casual behavior.

                                  Dear team, i am hamza mansuri from gujarat, baroda and wrote this due to siti cable network not providing services as per our satisfaction. Siti cable charge 300 rs. Per month but in this package they not providing sony channels to customers. They want different charge for sony other than 300 rs. Where as other cable service provider like gtpl, den and other services provide these sony channels in 300 rs. Package and cable operator of siti want other charges for sony channels and not providing services as per government order. Request to take necessery action against siti cable services on immidiate basis and resolve customer's issue.

                                  Still I do not get resolution for this. @SITI team, Kindly call me or revert me. My GTPL set of box is in SiTI cable custody which is not returned by SiTI team intentionally to avoid my issue.
                                  Since 1 month disney and hungama channels are not working. Please take an early possible action
                                  No connection in Tv for most of the time for most of the days. Same answer upon calling the local operator that will send someone the next day.
                                  Not sure where to escalate thia further but its getting on to the nerve. Situation is the same for all the other houses of the same area as well.

                                    Abrupt disontinuation of sony channels, especially sports channels were highly diappointing! As a sports fan, cricket lover, unable to watch those highly intense matches telecasted in sony channels. The issue is also taken to the notice of local cable operator but he turned down the same by giving us irresponsible answer! Look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest!

                                      अतः आप से विन्रम निवेदन है कि हमारी इस समस्या का समाधान करें और सोनी के सारे चेंनल केबल ऑपरेटर को प्रसारीत करने का आदेश करे ध्न्यवाद

                                        Everytime i request them to subscribe the requested channel the give me same answer every time that "it would be subscribed in the next 24 hours"
