    Last 2 months nearly 25times we lost connectivity.local operator not responded over phone.. This could be happen by every saturday..this problem faced by only us but not our neighbors or friends..100% this is a revenge drama by local operators.. Initial days I have made a complaint on local operator at their head office located at Vijayawada.. We are paying so we have to right to question so they are treated with this type of distrabannce.. Please look into this matter

      When I am trying to customer care number they don't even pick up the phone
      So much irritated i am
      The worst service the worst cable is siti cable.
      Please resolve this problem as soon as possible

        Always showing card is not authorised contact cable operator... If it ll happen in night time how can we call cable operator... This is not 1at time... Plz resolve my problem... It is 3 rd time... We are suffering alot... And my cable operator is not available at night time how can i get get my programs again... Why always only my set too box facing this situation... Am very irritated... Plz take action

            I bought a set top box of siti cable last year (2016) of rupees 1400. They promised to give the security money back of rupees 1000. When i asked for bill and other documents, they did not give anything. Now i went to return it on 17 june, 2017, they refused to give the money the back.

            Now, may i request you to take a stern action against them and give us justice. I am enclosing the pictures of the set top box id. It is registered on mr. Rajkumar bhatia, lal chand colony, jhajjar haryana.

                Hello

                I am using my internet services from siti broadband, customer # 246704.

                Siti broadband called me and promised to gave me 20 gb extra data, if i renew my account with them, same day (24/05/2017) a guy from collection team collected rs 689 from me. And its been more than 15 days no data has been added to my account.

                I called them many a times now, every executive comes up with different theory, they told me to email the details to particular email id ([protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com), which i did on 10th june but no reply given so far. Untrained and unprofessional staff they dont even know the turn around time for a complaint.

                  From last 4 months i am suffering from poor service as cable is not available for almost 10 days a month. The operator is not having setup, to resolve our complaints. Even they do not respond on phone. Now when i want to change my operator to a different local guy, she is pressurising him not to provide the service to us. And hence i am badly suffering from this. Please help.

                      I am living in guntur. My complaint is about the set top box. After the purchase of stb, it works nice for 8-10 months. After that it didn't worked properly. So i notice to the local contractor. He gave us a used stb and said use this till ur stb will work. After 3-5 days, it didn't worked. It is showing like this - card not authorized. Contractor doesn't response

                        We are living in kummari vari street, gunadala center, vijayawada. Our set top box is not working since 12days... We have made many calls to siti digital customer care... But no one responded till now.. Even no one is lifting our calls sometimes.. Request you to look into this issue and solve on urgent basis as it's almost 12days we are not watching tv due to this set top box problem. Hope you understand our problem and sent someone to solve the issue..

                          From the last one month animax channel is missing whose channel number is 412, and now a new channel named sony yay is been telecasted in place of animax which is more favourite to me and more others than sony yay. Even now a days from past 3-4 days all channels related to sony are been missing and im unable to catch up the ipl matches. So i kindly request that to bring back animax back and also sony. At last please make sure that a best costumer service makes the service of the network more better and benificial. Thank you and please take action on my complaint.

                            Hi, this is Priyanka Verma. 5th feb 2015 i got a new connection of siti cable in bb265 sector 1 salt lake kolkata 64. During the time of purchase, the company asked me deposit of nearly Rs. 1500/- and assured to refund the whole amount at the time the returning the set top box. Today[protected]i called them to return the product.One person named Mr. Anuram came to my place saying that only RS. 200/- will be refunded giving some lame excuses...

                            I need your help regarding a problem as below-

                            My television ( t.v ) got damaged from city cable set of box

                            due to some faulty electical or current problem which comes directly from main

                            cable input wire to my television.

                            I am sure this damged happen to my T.V.

                            Set of box all wire are burn out ( i.e audio, video input ) which is
                            connected to my t.v.

                            Since my home is protected with electical MCB, s all over & no chance
                            of any voltage fluctuation from main electricty supply.

                            2 more TVs damaged to next of my 2 nos. neighbours also dut to same
                            problem at same time.

                            so I called company engineers, they told me that this problem has
                            occurred due to fault in set top box extra flow of current thru hdmi
                            cable to TV, the mother board of S TV got short and and processor too
                            got short, due to which main screen panel is also damaged

                            Pl help me find a solution and pl get my TV repaired, as it's
                            ethically sity cable responsibility

                              With extreme agony, would like to inform the causual attitude of Local Cable Operator of Siti Cable in Bansdroni, Kolkata area.

                              We have been using old model Set Top Box provided by Siti Cable since 2006. Though we have requested the local operator to replace the Set Top Box with a new and advanced one, but they have always declined justifying the box is best model.

                              Since 2nd January (Monday) evening suddenly Set Top Box stopped functioning with a message that error in card (some 170 or 160 error code)

                              We had lodged complain with
                              1. Siti Cable customer care[protected] at 9.20 pm on 2nd Jan. We were suggested to contact the Local Operator.
                              2. we could contact Local operator at 11 am on 3rd Jan.
                              3. Support person from Local Operator arrived at 3 pm on 3rd Jan. They assured latest by 5th January (Thursday) morning, we will get the repaired Set Top Box. We were also told that against repairing we have to pay Rs 250/- and for new card 400/-. We were agreed with the terms
                              4. When we followed up on 4th evening, we were informed that Set Top Box has been sent to Siti Cable office on 4th afternoon. For certain internal reason could not sent on 3rd itself
                              5. on 5th when we followed up, we were informed that it will take whole week. One lady available on the no[protected] responded so casually.

                              Request to pay an heed to the matter.

                                This email is in regards for the Siti I'd SITI00268053 and the trouble ticket [protected] which was raised on 29th November, 2016 @ 12.09 Pm.
                                This is my 3rd complaint since I took your connection on 3rd November, 2016.

                                My internet was not working since 29th November 12.00 a.m. but as your customer support doesn't works after 12 in the midnight, hence I could not reach them. When contacted next morning your support staff tells that the internet was down in entire Delhi/NCR region last night which is why it was not working. Then I was suggested to switch of the modem and turn it on after 5 minutes which I did but guess what no resolution there, hence as a result I had to call back again.

                                When discussed with another support staff of yours he raised a complaint regarding the same and one of our guy from the technical team shows up and after diagnosing for an hour he couldn't find any resolution to my problem either. Hence he asks me to wait as the modem needs to be replaced with a new one. I waited for that entire day but no resolution was taken either and internet was still not working.

                                I contacted again to your support team and they asked me to wait for another day for the modem replacement. When I called again on 30th November in the morning one of your support staff 'Suman' committs that my issue will be resolved 100% by 6.00 pm on that same very day and asked me to wait. I repeat she committed to resolve it 100% by 6.00pm, also mentioned in your recorded line.

                                As a result I waited till 7.00 pm but no call backs, no followups on my complaints either, hence I had to call back to the support team again on their toll free number for an update. Your support guy again tells me to wait for 24hrs as the modem is out of stock and which is why it couldn't be replaced. This is pathetic. Worst broadband service and worst customer support ever. As a result I won't be using your broadband services in the future anymore and also I will be posting this on the consumer complaints forum to let others how you guys harrass your customers. Disgusting service!!!

                                  Let me give you a detailed explanation about why Siri Broadband's service is so frustrating:

                                  1. The support staff steps into my place and does the installation successfully . However, wait, I am not done, the Mac I'd which was taken by him was wrong and the same was not updated in Siti's system too. Hence I was not able to connect my wifi for the entire 3rd of November.

                                  2. Let's proceed with the next reason. I called up Situ guys on 4th and a ticket number for the same was raised for my account. I got a call from them stating that one of their support staff will visit my place in 1hr. Let me also tell you the support guy visited my place after 2 hours 20mins @ 3.15pm . No respect for time either.

                                  3. Continuing with the 3rd reason the support staff reset my router but couldn't resolve my problem either. Why? Because when he called your the team he was told that the Mac I'd was updated wrong in the system. Now this guy called the first guy who installed the router at my place also taking the technical support team on conference started blaming and abusing each other in my house. No Decency at all.

                                  4. When the blaming and abusing phone call got over, the support staff who is still in my house asks your technical team to update the Mac I'd as it was merely a job of 5-10mins. But wait the technical team has such a bunch of Idiots filled in there replies on the call that they won't do this as they need to go for lunch. I mean what kind of service are you they trying to provide ????

                                  5. The support staff's call was disconnected and he was left nowhere in the middle as how to resolve the issue. He leaves my place @3.35pm, 20 mins after that whole drama assuring me that the Mac I'd will be updated in one hour I.e. by 4.35pm. I waited till 5.00 pm no response either.

                                  6. I called back again on the toll free number[protected] they again raised a ticket for my query & still no follow ups . Three back to back tickets but still no response from the Backend team. This is Insane.

                                  It's been more than 24hrs since my newly connected wifi service is not working and I have been going under this harassment since that long. Hence I would like to file a complaint against this company ASAP.
                                  This kind of support is unacceptable.

                                      I am, hereby, drawing your attention to the fact that my TV off ...shows "Technical Problem".from 7th Oct. '16. though I have reported it several times to your local office at Sreebhumi, Kol -700048. Related S.Box No. C[protected] & S.Card No.[protected], My address: 106, Canal St. Ft. 2B 2nd Floor, P.O. Sreebhumi, Kol -700048. I have paid the subscription for Oct. '16 on 04.10.2016. I am sorry to say that during Pooja festival, We have been fully deprived from my genuine facility of watching T.V. due to your fault so that you should adjust my subscription for those days. Yet now my T.V. shows "Technical Problem: Pl look into the matter immediately .
