Smashing Commerce — pest repellent from smashing commerce

The product sent is totally different from the image shown earlier. It is also very noisy and is heating up. I want to return it.

I also ordered same pest repellent from smashing commerce, but not even 1%relief from mosquitoes and insects with AWB:[protected] of Rs 480.00.People from this sight are not responding after knowing that the customer is not satisfied.

Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not responding properly.

how can returned this product

I ordered the pest repellent at RS 480/ from the FB link ..and when I received the product today it was a fake one..There is no return policy on their site. Kindly take action against this fake company.They are only looting consumers.

I'm Ashwini this product and company is fake i ordered mosquito ultre sonics machine but they send me some local brand machine and that machine also not working and they send me 100₹ local machine but they cost me 480₹

I have had the exact same experience - just as the above comments... The product delivered was NOTHING like the one advertised!
It really does look like a 50/- item, as commented by another buyer above...

This company is doing fraud with a lot of people . Lodge a police complaint for cheating. their phone no is[protected],[protected]. Address and owners name given below.

Everyone who wants their money back and to establish the liability of the fruad co. come ahead.
