I have ordered a Mototrance Bike Body Cover For Honda Activa New of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] at pin code - 759145(Nalco, Orissa) on 20th June, to which they are showing can be delivered while booking but on 27th June, a call comes from bluedart courier that your product has arrived at pin code - 759122(Angul, Orissa) and you have to come to bluedart office and collect it. That place is about 8 Kms from my area. I have tried to contact snapdeal many times but every time they are saying don't worry, your order will be delivered but today(3rd July) after one week since my product arrived at bluedart office, a call comes from snapdeal and saying that you have to collect your product from bluedart courier office.
HOW CAN SNAPDEAL CHEAT ME LIKE THAT... If my area was out of delivery area then snapdeal must show it while booking...This is totally FRAUD done by snapdeal and very very bad service by them...
In its fraud bluedart was also involved as they became ready to deliver my product at the time of packing...if my product was out of delivery area for them then why bluedart has accepted to pack my product initially at the time of packing...
