I bought an iPhone 6 64gb on Thursday June 17, 2015 for 45000. The estimated delivery date mentioned was Monday June 22, 2015. On Saturday morning I get a message and email that your order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in your account in 4to5 working days. I called the call centre on Saturday evening and was informed that the order has been cancelled due to a technical glitch. Why should I suffer because a company is going through a technic issue on their end. I invested so much time for placing the order and now am told that the order is cancelled. I again called the call centre today but no positive response. Why as a customer should I have to pay 9000 more due to a technical issue from the company's end. Extremely poor service standards and no trust a customer could imbibe in Snapdeal. They haven't refunded my money back STILL. NO SNAPDEAL... THEY FIRST WILL MAKE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE AND THEN WILL CANCEL IT AND SAY OOOPPD TECHNICAL GLITCH AND CUSTOMER CARE WOULD TRY TO APOLOGISE BY GIVING YOU RS 100 A APOLOGY GESTURE. GUYS GET YOUR ACT IN PLACE OF YOU ARE GONNA BEIN SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH ALL UR COMPETITION SERVICING THE CUSTOMER TO THE BEST.

    Hi, I am not sure what's wrong with your tracking system, I tried to buy a Mosti Chota Bheem tablet on www.snapdeal.com of worth 4999.00 Rs and transaction failed before getting successful confirmation. Since then I am keep following but everytime I get like a recorded reply like I will be getting that amount back soon, I am really pissed off now I have dropped a number of mails with no luck, I am outside of country these days and I also tried to call but everytime it doesn't accept IVR options, today I came to know that you are not accepting any more mails on your support mail id.       I havent got my cash back of Rs. 2500 and not been credited in my account till now My order number is [protected]. I made the payment under 10% cash back offer by axis bank. Snapdeal promised me to give the cashback before 31th may and still i haven't got the cashback. Last date of getting amount is 30th june the after i wont be getting the money as per the condition by the snapdeal. 20 days are gone and still snapdeal customers care person are say that they are solving my problem. They are solving my problem from 20 days? This was the baddest experience from the snapdeal.

        I ordered a Casio keyboard (model MA 150) with a bit of apprehension given my past experience with Snapdeal (Last year Snapdeal had unilaterally cancelled a product - a chair - after taking the order and making me wait over 25 days). I thought I'd be smart and use CoD instead of credit card and that way my risk will be minimized - Wasn't I stupid! The product came a day before promised date (which was 7 working days post order) and at that time only my wife was at home. She was prudent enough to check the product before paying and realized that it wasn't working. She called me and we refused to take the delivery ... However, to our shock, the delivery person simply refused to go - He insisted that his salary is at stake and he JUST CAN'T GO without us paying him! After haggling with the delivery boy and customer service for over 30 mins and given that she was at home alone, my wife ended up paying the person - For a faulty product!!! I find it really bad that Snapdeal and their vendors have no mechanism for quality control ... and on top of that, they seem to be pushing their vendors / employees so hard that the person went to extreme length to dump the useless product at our home!! God Save snapdeal !!

        This is NOT about my order .. It is about work ethics and extreme focus on a figure called GMV by your organization!!!

        When it was clearly known - To us, To your vendor and To your Customer service - that there's a faulty product, then WHY did you try so hard to dump the product at my doorstep. No reason - other than to "book the sale" .

        Customer doesn't first .. I understand. But Customer shouldn't come last !

              I have ordered a mobile phone on snapdeal. Order number [protected]. I paid using my debit card the transaction was successful. After one day the order was cancelled without my concern, It was cancelled by snapdeal due to some reasons. They did not refund my money.They asked for the bank statement and i provided them but the refund is still pending. They are not even calling me back to know the status.

                      i ordered a "Khaitan 9 Inch Eurocap Exhaust Fan" on 28th april 2015 . while placing order the delivery time was showing 3 days i.e 30th april . But product was not delivered, after this i got a mail form snapdeal for regretting regarding this and committed to deliver product by 5th may. After this i waited for next 3 days but still product was not delivered so i called snapdeal customer care to cancelled this order and refund my amount back. customare care representative promised me to resolve this issue within 48 hrs but... Now, after more than 1.5 months, still i didn't get back my amount . is snapdeal don't have value for customers money...??? Where is snapdeal's Trust Pay stand..?? Completly exhausted by calling them many times...!!!

                        I have order Sony MDR-EX110AP In Ear Earphones with Mic (Black) on 10th April 2015 with Order ID- [protected] which cost Rs 560. I've received cheap sony china earphones which i can even get for 100rs. So, i have requested for return with ticket number 18549292 and got a mail stating amount refunded as Snapdeal Cash. Again i raised a request to credit to my bank account by furnishing all my bank account details. Snapdeal team said with referance to ticket 00216316 processes initiated on April 21st, 2015 today date is June 20th, 2015. I have called probably 10 times in between every time i got a response we are escalating with High Priority. Where is my money? Do you take years to refund money to bank accounts? Who is the mindless person handling this request? Do you guys have any ethics? Please note: If you want any proof i have all the mail trails i can provide you with screen shots.

                            I have order vibes chanderi dress material on snapdeal I receive it on 30 of may. After open I found it was damage. I call customer care & request for return & Refund.It says there is no representative present to receive at my location so I hv to send it address provided by snapdeal. They send me a return form for Kolkata Centre. I send the product by post.The product return from there due to insufficient address.where is my fault? I have not yet receive my refund. I call plenty of time CC representive no one is providing right solution all says different thing. I spend rs 200/- on phone call for a product rs 639/-.How & when I got my refund?

                              I orderd HTC M9 + in gunmetal grey color and now they are saying that theyonly have gold on silver color. I even called before placing the order to confirm that the color that was mention on the website is accurate. I fill like i am being forced to buy the other color order no.[protected]

                                Not getting warranty I had purchased one ASUS Laptop from snapdeal one year before (2014 april), by that time I got 3 years global warranty with the same. Now with a complaint and i was supposed to reach a Asus service center in Bangalore, they are checking that product and saying that the product have only one year warranty and its over now .Its not showing about 3 years and all .I have that product slip that i got with the laptop and its mentioned 3 year global warranty with the product. Am really confused now, What i have to do to get the warranty, i had registered my laptop in Asus website by that time only .                                 With reference of your reply in consumercomplaint.in

                                I had purchased the asus laptop from your site.Now i have some problem in laptop(hardware). So i reached out the authorized service center in Bangalore. when they checked out for the warranty they found that the laptop has only 1 year warranty and it warranty got over. At the time of purchase its clearly mention that the laptop has the 3 years of global warranty in the bill from Snapdeal also says the same. After the purchase i have also registered the product in the ASUS website.

                                  The order was of a bombay dyeing white floral cotton double bedsheet with 2 pillow covers. The AWB no. is [protected]. The order was placed on the 12th of june at 11:28 am and the order was shipped of by 6:45 the same evening but the order has still not been received. 2 msgs were sent to the mobile on the 16th and the 18th respectively telling me that the product had been got for delivery but the house was closed and delivery was not possible but both times there were atleast 2 members of the house present. I request that no such facade be put up anymore and the delivery be made promptly and without any such hassles. If there is any trouble with the product or the delivery we should be notified properly instead of these transparent ruses.

                                        I ordered a Split AC worth 42000/- from snapdeal.com. After installation i discovered that it was faulty. I lodged a complaint for the replacement of the product and compensation for the installation of the product. It has been a month and no one has come to pick up the Ac. I lost my money and whenever I call snapdeal they are transfering me from one department to another and not giving me proper response. Following are the supervisors I talked to PRIYANKA THARKHAMBHA MANISH NAGRA RITESH VERMA SHIV I am going to sue the company for Mental Harrasement and Fraud case.
