Respected Mam/Sir, "We regret to inform you that delivery for SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Card, 64GB, CLASS 10+ SD Adaptor of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] was attempted on 17/07/2015 but was unsuccessful. Our courier partner Go Javas confirmed that you requested for Another Delivery Date. " Today this is the email that i have got from Snapdeal(www.snapdeal.com/) that they have re order my product in collaboration with Go Javas(http://gojavas.com/) without my knowledge and without even calling me to confirm weather i want the product or i want to re order that. How can they do this and i am sure that this is against the privacy policy. I need a strict decision against these corporate giants so that they know that they are not above laws and these fraud comes under Section 66C makes it an offence to “fraudulently or dishonestly” make use of the electronic signature, password or other unique identification feature of any person. Similarly, section 66D makes it an offence to “cheat by personation” by means of any ‘communication device’ or 'computer resource'.       I made an order on 7/14/15 and another on 7/16/15 and the orders were deducted from my bank. I have not received an order confirmation or order number. Snapdeal is not returning emails from their website and only give an automated email response when I emailed [protected]@snapdeal.com. There has been no answer when calling customer service at[protected]. I may need to have my bank stop the payment and file a fraud complaint to get my money back in snapdeal.com remains unresponsive.

      I have replied to that email. If you would ask for all the information you need at once, it would save time form this frustrating back and forth with 3-4 days between emails.Also, please respond to my email address with actual information as if you have read the emails I have sent. You have asked for information that I have repeatedly stated I do not have. You have asked for information that is already in my account details. You will probably need to contact your billing and accounting department to look at the charges made on the dates I gave you in order to see what happened since you do not have record of my orders. Unless you can either ship my first order to the unites states by 8/26/15 or have it arrive to my address in India by 7/31/15, then you will need to cancel the orders and reimburse me. Otherwise, I will dispute the charges through my bank and they will obtain reimbursement from you.

        I was required to wait all day long to receive my parcel of Mobile Phone ordered with COD(Cash On Delivery) and it never arrived on that day the courier reported falsely that my address was not found. which never attempted to deliver, I had to wait all day couldn't go to work and lost revenue/wages for that day (Stupid Me !!!) Gojavas Does Not Provide Local Delivery Points Contact Details for coordination to schedule proper delivery time. You need to make STD call to Gurgaon Headoffice. they act like robots keep repeating the scripted feedback no one seems to be helpfull. Out of frustration I rejected to accept the parcel which arrived next day this time they found my address where I stay since birth (45 Years) at one of the most prominent place in Mumbai (Chira Bazar) Finally they found my address which was not available a day before. Snapdeal has nothing to do with the delivery issues. Not a single call or mail received after complaining the issue. Beware of Snapdeal.com You can be disappointed.

          On 15th july 2015 at 11:45 am i recieved a sms from your company asking me to arrange the cash as the product is out for delivery. There was nothing mentioned in the sms regarading estimated time of delivery (Mistake no. 1 misinformation)

          I was excited to recieve the product so i decided to wait at home expecting that the delivery staff will return as there was nobody responsible enough available at home to pay the staff and accept the dellivery, i waited till 6:00 pm then called your customer care.

          Working hours :08:00 am to 08:30 pm (Monday to sunday)

          I requested the representative on the phone for assisting me and providing me with the contact details of the local delivery staff for information of my parcel and coordinating with them regarding the parcel. I was told that the contact details of local delivery center cannot be provided as the staff is very busy with the delivery and cannot be contacted by the receiving party (Violation of right to information) . I was confirmed that the delivery to home addresses are conducted till 8:00 pm so i was asked to wait till 8:00 pm the delivery staff will arrive. At 8:15 i called the customer care no. Once again to my disappointment i was told that they have no clue about why the delivery was not done. I once again requested to give me the contact details. There is no availability of contact details of your local delivery center to coordinate or schedule the delivery (Mistake no. 2 violation of right to information)

          I had to stay at home all day waiting for delivery i could have worked instead and earned some money during that and at last the online tracking system indicated at 8:24 that the parcel was attempted but not delivered - reason: - cid - address not found

          I am living at the address for past 45 years there was no mistake in the address i recieve all kind of parcels, mails, documents through courier almost every second day. How it is possible that your staff cannot find my address on such prominent place in mumbai. It is not possible one if attempted cannot find my address. There was no attemp to deliver the parcel (Mistake no 3 false reporting) .

          I was than forced to call snapdeal.com customer care to report the issue i lodged a complain and asked to cancel the order because i was frustrated due to long waiting by now since the order was cod (Cash on delivery) the representative asked me not to accept the parcel and not to pay the delivery staff if i decide to and reject to accept the parcel. I have made clear mention that i will never order a product from their if they continue to operate with gojavas. And i need compensation for the waiting for so long without going to work and loosing the revenue of wages which i could have earned if i was informed properly by gojavas.

          Next morning i received a sms again with the same text where i was requested to keep the amount ready and the parcel is out for delivery, the delivery staff arrived at 4:00 pm with the parcel which i rejected to accept. I asked the staff to show his id. He had notting to prove that he is an employee of gojavas. He had no office contact details this is very serious matter how can a company providing parcel delivery send a person with no identification to a residential premises. (Mistatke no 4 improper representation)

          I requested the staff if he has a receipt book as i was suppose to pay rs. 10999 / - for the parcel as it was cod (Cash on delivery) he said he does not carry a receipt book. (Mistake no. 5 not providing receipt for payment)

          So far i have counted main mistakes related to the transaction i was had to go through a lot mental pain due to waiting.

          This letter or mail is to inform you that i am forced to take this mater to the consumer court and get justice and see that you change the way you operate so that other consumers do not face such problems in future. There must be some barrier to stop you from keeping the same practice on.

          I believe your company would not like to get such negative remarks and would like to keep the reputation intact to be able to sustain in the business.

          The above incidence was quite possible to be avoided i i was reported

          1) proper time / estimated time of delivery.
          2) availability to schedule the time of delivery.
          3) contact details of local delivering staff / office for coordination.
          4) provision of local contact in special situation like mine.

          However i was made to look like a fool waiting all day, your customer care representative giving more importance to your staff then to your customer stating they are very busy people and i am not.

            This is regarding my order ID [protected] i placed order on 5th July, initially expected delivery date was 07 to 10 July and suddenly on 16th July i can see new delivery date on my order portal, but my order not deliver in time. I make contact gojavas courier partner and snapdeal person... but no mention i tried to contact snapdeal and got some contact number of gojavas which never answered nor give me any recent alert on where my product is plz

              Hi Snapdeal, I have been buying from your website for a long time around more than 7 years, I never came across such scenario what I am going through now. My money is stuck on your side for more than a month and I have been following up with you since 9 June but I am not sure why you couldn't do anything yet. I have dropped 50-60 mails to you, I have written many complaints on various forums like this, I have filled your online query form a number of times, but every time I just a pre-defined automated reply like your team investigating it and my complain have been noted. I am not in India and from here whenever I call your customer care it doesn't accept IVR options and my call failed all times. Now either I should doubt on your team's efficiency because after providing all the proof, statement even merchant voucher no and trace no, your team couldn't do in last more than a month period or I should believe that this is an intentional way of holding your customers amount and harassing them. I have no idea what else I can provide you so that you agree to return my money, for your reference I am attaching my bank's reply as well so that you can see my bank processed and transferred that amount in your account. Some other information which might be useful for you to investigate is as follows.                   I had purchased products from snapdeal.com. But due to some size issue i placed the request for return and i returned the product. Its been one and half months since i returned the products by sending them myself. But still i havent got my refund nor the courier charges i paid. I am continuously mailing them calling them but i am not getting responded till now.

                    I made an order of mobile phone on 9th july 2015 at 11:59 from snapdeal online shopping..i ordered 3 mobile phone as it was showing 90% off..total cost that i have to pay was 1650..i got a mail from snapdeal every time to stay updated about my product...on 10th july 2015 i got a mail that my order has been handed over courier service and the product will be dispatched to me till 13th july..i waited for three days but my product did not arrived..i call snapdeal on 13th july and told them about my last day of dispatch..they told that it will be dispatched by evening.. After 3 pm on 13th July I again made a call to snapdeal but they told me to wait till evening.. After 3.30 I got a message saying 'Our courier partner BD_EXPRESS has initiated the return of InFocus M2 8GB (Color: Black) of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] due to issues at their end. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted' I was very shocked by getting such message.. I called again to customers care of snapdeal and told everything about my problem.. They registered a complain from my side and referred a complain number and told that my problem will be solved within 48 hours and they Will contact to me 48 hours.. I waited for two days but I didn't revertive any call..I again made a call to snapdeal customers care helpline number to remind them... They again told that I will be contacted soon..but I got no call or help from snapdeal.. Finally I made a call today and the senior supervisor of snapdeal told me that I will not get my product as the price of my order was updated wrongly to the site..I was highly depressed by hearing..I wasted a lot of money and my precocious time by calling them and waiting for my product.. They didn't even solved my problem in 48 hours nor they made any contact to me..why my product was returned and if it was wrongly updated to site then why my product order was verified and handed over to seller.. They wasted both my time and money... I was totally bluffed by snapdeal.. They didn't even made any correct information to me from seven days...I was very much harrashed by the company.. As they did everything according to their own will...snapdeal didn't even make note of customers satisfaction

After my hectic effort your organization sent the the original item as per my order. Very many thanks.                         Hi, This is regarding my order ID [protected] i placed order on 27th Jun, initially expected delivery date was 04 to 05 July and suddenly on 16th July i can see new delivery date on my order portal, i tried to contact snapdeal and got some "invisible" contact number of gojavas which never answered nor give me any recent alert on where my product is. I have very bad experience with snapdeal shopping. My IDD on 21 july 2015 So looking to the IDD celebration I placed order on date 27 July 2015 but my order not deliver in time. I make contact gojavas courier partner and snapdeal person 4 to 5 times for my product but nobody provide any details about my product, and suddenly 16 July 2015 inform me you product is return and for re order not possible to unavailable of product.                           respected sir, I have purchased a htc desire 820s from snapdeal about 15 dyas ago.from the first day itself it has the complaint of dimness of display, so I have sent an email to notify this, but no enquiry or no action or even I have not got a response from your side.The display became near to normal now .so, I have neglected your un responsive behaviour, But Now my phone started to show another problem, The phone speakers are making a sound like "ttto" after playing any sound and sometimes its not clear what it is playing.and the power adapter also not fit for usb.I think its an old faulty product. I dont need this kind of phone with this much of complaints. I have to be replaced the phone with a newer one.and kindly do the needful with immediate effect.for my first email they have not taken any action. my order number was [protected]

                              I ordered a pair of jackets from snapdeal.com (Order ID: [protected] Posh 7 Black Reversible Jacket+ 1 Mask Free), I got the Delivery before the estimated time But one of the product (Posh 7 Black Reversible Jacket+ 1 Mask Free) which i got was totally different. on that behalf i register a complain for replacement to snap deal customer care and the customer care promised me to replace my original order with the duplicate item sent. On that behalf i refund the item ( code - [protected] / ticket no[protected]. Now the customer care is not ready to replace, they are ready to refund my money . WHY??????? where as this item is still available on your snapdeal.THE DIFFERENCE IS ONLY THE PRICE IS DOUBLE. when they have not the guts to give an offer then why they are trying to do that?                                 I ordered a pair of canvas shoe of a brand called sukun from snapdeal.com on 7-7-15, I got the Deleivery as the estimated time on 15-7-15. But the product which i got was totally different it was a sports shoe from columbus brand. And when contacted Customer support regarding this they said they will replace it but first they have to check with the dealer & it can take 10-15 business days.

                                  I have placed two seperate orders on Snapdeal. I bought two dresses for my 7 year old niece. Both the dresses had poor material so I raised return request for both of them. Order details are as follows: Order 1: [protected] Item Name: Tiny Toon Pink Sleeveless Party Wear Dress Suborder No: [protected] Order Id: [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:11:16 Amount: 1400/- Return Request - Ticket ID: 03560873, Raised on July 8th Order 2: [protected] Item Name: Hey Baby Pink Synthetic Partywear Stylish Princes Frock for Girls Suborder No: [protected] Order Id: [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:09:28 Amount : 1125/- Return Request - Ticket ID: 03719730, Raised on July 11th One day a guy from Gojavas came and collected [Order 1] i.e.Tiny Toon Pink Sleeveless Party Wear Dress. But next day what I saw is - Order 2 - is updated in snapdeal app mentioning that it has been returned and they even refunded the amount for it, whereas i havnt returned that dress.Its still with me. The dress which i returned i.e. [Order 1] has not been marked as returned and no money is getting refunded for it. Moreover nobody is coming to pick up second dress. Despite of making several calls nothing is happening. in each and every call call center person says that we will get back to you in 48 hours but no action has been made yet.                                         Hi Snapdeal Team, Yet another disaster and disappointment from SnapDeal. I have ordered Skullcandy S2SBFY058 earphone online last Friday 10th July 2015. As I am already aware that there are many cases about not delivering genuine products by Snapdeal. That's why immediately after placing the order I have called onto Customer Care of Snapdeal to know about what needs to be done if the product is not going to be genuine or os going to have some faults. Siraj was the customer care who attended the call. Yesterday 14th July 2015; I have received the product and guess what, same thing happened that was expected from SnapDeal. First I have ordered for Skullcandy S2SBFY058, but the product box states its S2PGFY-310 and you will laugh when i will say that the invoice states that the product is S2SBFY058. When I have unboxed I found that the earphone was not even skullcandy genuine. It was a duplicate china product with no standard at all. To testify same I have attached 5 photos. Along with complete refund, i want to know why you Snapdeal entertains such seller. I want to know what action you are going to take against such seller. I have raised complaint against Snapdeal over Akosha and Consumer Forum as well.
