        I ordered an Infocus m330 for a discount of 90%, order is placed, payment had done, it got processed, intimated product coming in 3-6 days, we know it will come in 2 days. They cancelled it after one day. What about our value, i intimated my friends and family that we r getting a new product with snapdeal with a great offer. Finally I became fool in front. It's a snap deal made me fool in front all. Was it good, is it a consumer treatment. Simply they are looking for business, used me advertising their product.           I bought 3 items from snapdeal last day night(10/07/2015) after 24 hrs all the three orders cancelled automatically by snapdeal. I paid through Net banking. I bought two Infocus M330 worth Rs. 1000 each(offer price) and one Infocus M2 worth Rs. 500(offer) The price shown as snapdeal selling the products for discount (I bought all the 3 items on 10/07/2015 in between 1.10am and 1.35am) attatching all the screenshots (the offer price listed, order status after few hour, cancelled mail, and order status after 24hrs, etc) I didn't requested for cancellation.                 The iball slide 3G calling tablet is not delivered to me as you mentioned above. Instead Micro Max canvas juice2 Smartphone is wrongly delivered to me. With reference to your e mail I am to register that I never informed you that I am not satisfied with the product that I ordered. After all I requested that the wrongly delivered item may be taken back only after delivering the Iball calling tablet. Unless & until it is delivered I will not allow you take back the Micro Max Smartphone. I may be constrained to take recourse to consumer court to resist your attempt to take back the item wrongly shipped to me without delivering the ordered item first.

                  The good purchased in snap deal (Order ID: [protected]-Apollo Kitchen Sink AS34) was returned due to nondelivery of goods and still refund is not processed as well as i cannot cancel order in the snapdeal online. Money is stuck. Several times called snap deal call centre and after logging complaint was simply closed without resolved. Rs.2520.00 is pending with snap deal. Simply these people are looting money one or other way. Such companies should be punished under consumer act so that other customer do not suffer same. Please take up with snap deal and request for refund.

                    Snapdeal Delivery issue - This is huge warning for all those who go behind low price on the online shopping websites. I had placed an order for a ceiling fan (Remson fan, order # [protected]) on 4May2015 keeping all plans on hold for purchase of ceiling fans from the open market.It has been over 2 months, there is no sign of the fan. I received an SMS on 5th may that the Fan was ready with the seller and will be shipped any time within 48 hours. Finally I was sent an mail and SMS on 7th July 2015 that the Fan cannot be delivered as it was lost in transit. Guys, please be aware of these issues before ordering the products you like on the websites. These are dark secrects which nobody will reveal and ultimately the consumer suffers. Luckily I opted for CoD where I did not pay upfront, otherwise I am sure I had to run pillar to post for a refund!!. Snapdeal folks should be taken to task and god knows how many customers like me are fooled.

                        I have already paid amount for what I ordered, but the item has not reached me still. Whereas you have sent courier man to collect the wrongly delivered item despite my firm stand that unless & until the item ordered by me is delivered to me first I will not return wrongly delivered item which has been informed to you already. Sorry that I am not able to take your organisation & the dealer with whom you placed orders in to confidence. If you are not able to deliver what I ordered return the cash first & then take back the item..The action in this regard should be reciprocally simultaneous on both sides. I insist on this.                           I was ordering Clothes on 9thJuly on Snap deal. I chose the option of Net banking and after I made the payment there was a power failure and I didn't get the confirmation of the banking. However the Payment was deducted from my State bank of India Account. It is showing as 'IGOAHPYWF7 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O' in my account and an amount of 1703/- has been deducted from my account. I request you to please refund the amount back to my account. Please help me out

                            Hello, I had placed an order for a HTC Mobile against the Order No [protected]. My Product was promised to be delivered by 4th July 2015. Inspite of numerous followups since 1st July and Urgent Complaint with the Snapdeal Customercare, I am yet to get the Product. I also tried to get in touch with the Savanex Couriers with whom the Product is lying since 29th June 2015 but their Customercare person is not picking up the phone. Even the multiple Email to their Customercare went unanswered. I am now out of the Country and still to get any update from Snapdeal. I have never seen any Company Like Snapdeal and Savanex Courier as Unprofessional as them. I am now planning to take Legal action against Snapdeal and sue them for all the harassment and loss caused.

                              I have received my nova trimmer on 13Apr, 2015. Order ID: [protected]. When i use the trimmer it do not work properly. Its already in 1 year warranty. I am attaching the invoice PDF file. So how can i replace my product ? If this can not be done then what should i do ?

                                A part of the complete Ramayana series was delivered. Collected back through below details after a formal complaint was lodged with Snapdeal office holders. The supplier agreed to his fault and spoke rudely saying that mistakes do happen and that the matter need not be taken up with Snapdeal. He would send the balance material. The wrongly delivered item is returned to Snapdeal through their courier service. Ordered material / refund is yet to be received.                                   My name is lakshmi, i have purchased few items from snapdeal and one item that i purchased disappointed me because of its quality, so i returned the item.I hand over the item back to one of your staffs who came here to collect on 27th april.As i haven't received any further information i am placing this complaint.The refund amount is 290(pair of bangles).

It was very shocking that when i opened the snapdeal plasitc packing there was shopclues box containing duplicate nike airmax shoes . I have logged the complaint and complaint no is 03570839.                                       Sir, I have bought Epson Dot Matrix Printer Model No (LQ50) BE12 @ Rs. 8037/- through Snapdeal. one checking of product i found that printer size is too much small as well as shown in snapdeal website. in this regard when i have talk from customer care executive to replace another dot matrix printer he says that we can't returned soled items.                                         i have purchased KARBONN PLATINUM P9 with item code: 467299, order no: [protected], IME No: [protected] With invoice dated 07- march- 2015 3 weeks back i have lodged complaint to snapdeal regarding the defective phone as the microphone of the phone malfunctioned. i was asked to contact karbonn service center... and they repaired it after 3 weeks and have received my phone back. now not even a week since i have received the phone... again the microphone stopped functioning.. please find a solution for this now for another 3 weeks i have to wait for repair. and i am having the notion that the instrument was probably defective when i purchased it... i have already asked about the return options to the phone... but i was said that it is not possible... i am a regular customer of snap deal and i kindly request you to give me a reasonable solution for this problem.
