Dear Snapdeal, I would like to share the most horrible experience. I have ordered F&D F6000U 5.1 Speaker System of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] on 2nd July 2015 and got text confirmation on 3rd July 2015 that my order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within 12 hrs. Since the date I did not receive any further confirmation or my product.After making several calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!! .Its almost 8 days and I wondered how many days it will take to deliver my order to my home even I am living in most approachable city Delhi not in abroad. I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing. I would request to all my friends to not look for snapdeal any more. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal deal.

Dear Snapdeal,

I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing.
I would request to all my friends to not look for snapdeal any more. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal deal.

    Hi, From last 12 days I am calling Snapdeal again and but money is not refunded yet. I had ordered Bajaj Mixer Grinder of Rs. 2151. I have cancelled it on 25th June 2015 but after calling for cancellation company stop updating status of products. Now Company is saying that company has no idea where is the product from last 12 days. Online status of the product was updated 12 days ago. Please suggest me how can I get my money refunded back.

          Date of Purchase :16-DEC-2014 I bought a Skullcandy Headphone from Snapdeal and it had a manufacturer warranty period of 1 year. After some months into the purchase of the product, one ear phone was not working. i contacted the warranty provider for Skullcandy in India (intersection.in) and i was asked to send it to them in Noida. After physical analysis of the product the warranty provider ruled it out to be a duplicate product. I sent this information to the snapdeal team and they are not ready to replace me with a new headset.

            Within a week period of purchase of Mi book mi5 + tab, the sound has stopped all of a sudden. I ordered the same on your site Snapdeal and got the device on 26 Jun 15 (Surprisingly, I ordered Mi5, Order ID [protected] but received Mi5+ tab, however it was running good so I retained the same). On 05 Jul 15, the sound of the device has stopped suddenly. Inspite of factory reset, I could not the solve the problem of 'no sound'. Astonishingly, for your kind information, I would like to update you that I have tried a lot contacting customer service of Byond tech HQ at Pune and customer service centres at Hyderabad (as shown on website) but unable to contact even single of them and also the mail is not being delivered to them at their displayed address. Finally I came to know from sources and one of the old executive of Byond tech Co. at Hyderebad that Byond Co and its customer services are totally stopped in the past year itself. There is no such Co. existing atleast in Hyderabad. Sir, first of all I would like to tell that the device amount for which I paid is so less and it does’nt matter me but I want to know from your Snapdeal Co. authorities that how come you are selling the products whose customer services are totally stopped wherein the customers after buying their faulty devices get suffered. Plz suggest or take my device back. Thankx with an anticipation towards your reply.

            Very special thanks to Consumer Complaint forum and also thankful to Snapdeal for reconciling my problem. As and when I lodged a complaint, the authorities of this forum have reacted fast and immediately informed Snapdeal Customer Support Service in connection with my problem. Snapdeal Support Staff called me in reply within 2 days and resolved my problem. An email was also sent to me by snapdeal Co. Unfortunately, I regret to say that I have nothing neither an email-id nor phone number sent/called-on by Snapdeal. I deleted both, so I could not mention here. Lastly, I would like to mention here that I am thankful to both of them and especially this forum from which you can blindly anticipate a solution.
            Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Sir I got one reply with regards to above case from Byond staff that

            "BYOND games use the FMod library for sound, and that should only rely on your system's internal sound support. Whatever is going wrong, it couldn't possibly be at our end".

            Sir what a joke and whats going on. I am talking about customer support service and they are telling that our Co. is not responsible if anything in device goes wrong.

                          What is wrong with your service. I had been more than week that i am complaining about faulty product "Apple Macbook Air".But from Your side i am not getting any solution rather than extension and extension on every call.                               I recently I bought a LG LED TV through SNAPDEAL...While the delivery was on time, the installation and warranty stuff was totally a mess...LG denied to do the installation since the item bought through SNAPDEAl...the SNAPDEAL guys told that they will resolve the issue but no use...Finally they told me that you do installation on your own and apolozised!!! I am not sure what will happen to warranty terms...I lost faith on these guys and an unethical business done by SNAPDEAL

                                  I have ordered a Mototrance Bike Body Cover For Honda Activa New of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] at pin code - 759145(Nalco, Orissa) on 20th June, to which they are showing can be delivered while booking but on 27th June, a call comes from bluedart courier that your product has arrived at pin code - 759122(Angul, Orissa) and you have to come to bluedart office and collect it. That place is about 8 Kms from my area. I have tried to contact snapdeal many times but every time they are saying don't worry, your order will be delivered but today(3rd July) after one week since my product arrived at bluedart office, a call comes from snapdeal and saying that you have to collect your product from bluedart courier office. HOW CAN SNAPDEAL CHEAT ME LIKE THAT... If my area was out of delivery area then snapdeal must show it while booking...This is totally FRAUD done by snapdeal and very very bad service by them... In its fraud bluedart was also involved as they became ready to deliver my product at the time of packing...if my product was out of delivery area for them then why bluedart has accepted to pack my product initially at the time of packing...

                                        I placed an order on 27 June(order id: [protected]) for GAS New Buggey Denim Casual Shoes with size UK10. I received the order properly. But I noticed that shoes are a bit larger and I need size UK9. The price I paid for the shoes was Rs.1400/-(product had a price drop and I was monitoring the product daily for more than a month) So I applied for product exchange with new size UK9. They collected the product and on the same day they cancelled the order. The reason is now the product price has changed to Rs.3499/- When I called their customer executive, he told me that vendor does not have size UK9 available; hence they have cancelled the order. But the same vendor still has the size UK9 available(refer current image). So basically they are lying and giving irrelevant reasons. Before cancelling the order they did not call me / mail me to mention the reason(actually a lie) to cancel the order. And all this to achieve what? They want me to buy the shoes again(if I want) for much higher price(Rs.3499/-). I'm going to spread this everywhere possible so that other people can see true face of Snapdeal.

                                        Very unethical people. Couple of hours ago I received call from them. My hunch was right, they admitted that they cancelled my exchange because on that day product price was increased and now they can't deliver the exchanged product with old (less) price. They said I should order it again with today's price. The guy was repeating the same thing that "we have initiated the refund; so we can't do the exchange". But remember I never asked for refund; you guys initiated the refund without even notifying me so that you can have an excuse to deny the exchange and close the order.

                                        That being said, this was my last order on Snapdeal. These people have lower standards than any other e-retailers. Let's see how many years they stay in the business with this kind of service.

                                        To the fellow consumers, go with Amazon or Flipkart instead to avoid these kind of hassles.
