My name is lakshmi, i have purchased few items from snapdeal and one item that i purchased disappointed me because of its quality, so i returned the item.I hand over the item back to one of your staffs who came here to collect on 27th april.As i haven't received any further information i am placing this complaint.The refund amount is 290(pair of bangles).

    My order no [protected] dt 3/7/2105 . It was very shocking that when i opened the snapdeal plasitc packing there was shopclues box containing duplicate nike airmax shoes .       Sir, I have bought Epson Dot Matrix Printer Model No (LQ50) BE12 @ Rs. 8037/- through Snapdeal. one checking of product i found that printer size is too much small as well as shown in snapdeal website. in this regard when i have talk from customer care executive to replace another dot matrix printer he says that we can't returned soled items. Sir i can't use that printer in Office because this printer is unable to print out A4 size paper. so return this printer from another Printer Model No EPSON LX300 +II DOT MATRIX PRINTER Your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.         i have purchased KARBONN PLATINUM P9 with item code: 467299, order no: [protected], IME No: [protected] With invoice dated 07- march- 2015 3 weeks back i have lodged complaint to snapdeal regarding the defective phone as the microphone of the phone malfunctioned. i was asked to contact karbonn service center... and they repaired it after 3 weeks and have received my phone back. now not even a week since i have received the phone... again the microphone stopped functioning.. please find a solution for this now for another 3 weeks i have to wait for repair. and i am having the notion that the instrument was probably defective when i purchased it... i have already asked about the return options to the phone... but i was said that it is not possible... i am a regular customer of snap deal and i kindly request you to give me a reasonable solution for this problem.

          Dear Snapdeal, I would like to share the most horrible experience. I have ordered F&D F6000U 5.1 Speaker System of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] on 2nd July 2015 and got text confirmation on 3rd July 2015 that my order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within 12 hrs. Since the date I did not receive any further confirmation or my product.After making several calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!! .Its almost 8 days and I wondered how many days it will take to deliver my order to my home even I am living in most approachable city Delhi not in abroad. I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing. I would request to all my friends to not look for snapdeal any more. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal deal.

            Hi, From last 12 days I am calling Snapdeal again and but money is not refunded yet. I had ordered Bajaj Mixer Grinder of Rs. 2151. I have cancelled it on 25th June 2015 but after calling for cancellation company stop updating status of products. Now Company is saying that company has no idea where is the product from last 12 days. Online status of the product was updated 12 days ago. Please suggest me how can I get my money refunded back.

                  Date of Purchase :16-DEC-2014 I bought a Skullcandy Headphone from Snapdeal and it had a manufacturer warranty period of 1 year. After some months into the purchase of the product, one ear phone was not working. i contacted the warranty provider for Skullcandy in India (intersection.in) and i was asked to send it to them in Noida. After physical analysis of the product the warranty provider ruled it out to be a duplicate product. I sent this information to the snapdeal team and they are not ready to replace me with a new headset.

                    Within a week period of purchase of Mi book mi5 + tab, the sound has stopped all of a sudden. I ordered the same on your site Snapdeal and got the device on 26 Jun 15 (Surprisingly, I ordered Mi5, Order ID [protected] but received Mi5+ tab, however it was running good so I retained the same). On 05 Jul 15, the sound of the device has stopped suddenly. Inspite of factory reset, I could not the solve the problem of 'no sound'. Astonishingly, for your kind information, I would like to update you that I have tried a lot contacting customer service of Byond tech HQ at Pune and customer service centres at Hyderabad (as shown on website) but unable to contact even single of them and also the mail is not being delivered to them at their displayed address. Finally I came to know from sources and one of the old executive of Byond tech Co. at Hyderebad that Byond Co and its customer services are totally stopped in the past year itself. There is no such Co. existing atleast in Hyderabad. Sir, first of all I would like to tell that the device amount for which I paid is so less and it does’nt matter me but I want to know from your Snapdeal Co. authorities that how come you are selling the products whose customer services are totally stopped wherein the customers after buying their faulty devices get suffered. Plz suggest or take my device back. Thankx with an anticipation towards your reply.

                    Very special thanks to Consumer Complaint forum and also thankful to Snapdeal for reconciling my problem. As and when I lodged a complaint, the authorities of this forum have reacted fast and immediately informed Snapdeal Customer Support Service in connection with my problem. Snapdeal Support Staff called me in reply within 2 days and resolved my problem. An email was also sent to me by snapdeal Co. Unfortunately, I regret to say that I have nothing neither an email-id nor phone number sent/called-on by Snapdeal. I deleted both, so I could not mention here. Lastly, I would like to mention here that I am thankful to both of them and especially this forum from which you can blindly anticipate a solution.
                    Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    Sir I got one reply with regards to above case from Byond staff that

                    "BYOND games use the FMod library for sound, and that should only rely on your system's internal sound support. Whatever is going wrong, it couldn't possibly be at our end".

                    Sir what a joke and whats going on. I am talking about customer support service and they are telling that our Co. is not responsible if anything in device goes wrong.

                              I ordered Micromax Android A1 my order id is [protected], got the Delivery in time but got a Faulty product and now no one is listening to my request on refund/replacement, Customer care just talk with me about doing something but they never do anything instead i always have to waste my mobile balance.I'm completely unsatisfied with snapdeal.

                                  What is wrong with your service. I had been more than week that i am complaining about faulty product "Apple Macbook Air".But from Your side i am not getting any solution rather than extension and extension on every call. Its highly valued product and its under truat pay policy and i am stuck with faulty product. I am fed up with your lies and poor service.This i was expecting from snapdeal as a regular customer. Wither you please refund my money or i make a police or court complain now..i want my refund of "Rs 60218" by Monday "6-July-2015 else i am going to register POLICE COMPLAIN and MEDIA COMPLAIN.You have show all yours and mine call history and your fake commitment that you made me.Intiate my Refund money today. Do what you wish to do with your faulty product but Intiate my refund today and in future i am never going to shop from snapdeal and will never suggest anyone to do so.. and i am going to make all neagtive reviews soon from all my mates and corporates.So its better you Refund my amount of Rs. 60218 into my card by 6-july-2015(Monday) or i would make Police Case

                                      I recently I bought a LG LED TV through SNAPDEAL...While the delivery was on time, the installation and warranty stuff was totally a mess...LG denied to do the installation since the item bought through SNAPDEAl...the SNAPDEAL guys told that they will resolve the issue but no use...Finally they told me that you do installation on your own and apolozised!!! I am not sure what will happen to warranty terms...I lost faith on these guys and an unethical business done by SNAPDEAL
