Within a week period of purchase of Mi book mi5 + tab, the sound has stopped all of a sudden. I ordered the same on your site Snapdeal and got the device on 26 Jun 15 (Surprisingly, I ordered Mi5, Order ID [protected] but received Mi5+ tab, however it was running good so I retained the same). On 05 Jul 15, the sound of the device has stopped suddenly. Inspite of factory reset, I could not the solve the problem of 'no sound'.
Astonishingly, for your kind information, I would like to update you that I have tried a lot contacting customer service of Byond tech HQ at Pune and customer service centres at Hyderabad (as shown on website) but unable to contact even single of them and also the mail is not being delivered to them at their displayed address. Finally I came to know from sources and one of the old executive of Byond tech Co. at Hyderebad that Byond Co and its customer services are totally stopped in the past year itself. There is no such Co. existing atleast in Hyderabad.
Sir, first of all I would like to tell that the device amount for which I paid is so less and it does’nt matter me but I want to know from your Snapdeal Co. authorities that how come you are selling the products whose customer services are totally stopped wherein the customers after buying their faulty devices get suffered.
Plz suggest or take my device back.

Complaint marked as Resolved Very special thanks to Consumer Complaint forum and also thankful to Snapdeal for reconciling my problem.
As and when I lodged a complaint, the authorities of this forum have reacted fast and immediately informed Snapdeal Customer Support Service in connection with my problem.
Snapdeal Support Staff called me in reply within 2 days and resolved my problem. An email was also sent to me by snapdeal Co. Unfortunately, I regret to say that I have nothing neither an email-id nor phone number sent/called-on by Snapdeal. I deleted both, so I could not mention here.
Lastly, I would like to mention here that I am thankful to both of them and especially this forum from which you can blindly anticipate a solution.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to share the most horrible experience.
I have ordered F&D F6000U 5.1 Speaker System of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] on 2nd July 2015 and got text confirmation on 3rd July 2015 that my order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within 12 hrs.
Since the date I did not receive any further confirmation or my product.After making several calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!! .Its almost 8 days and I wondered how many days it will take to deliver my order to my home even I am living in most approachable city Delhi not in abroad.
I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing.
I would request to all my friends to not look for snapdeal any more. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal deal.
