      Guys Be aware of the Snapdeal. They are selling the fake products. What they show on the website is diffrent and what they deliver to you is totally diffrent. I have Ordered WildCraft Rainsuit from Snapdeal. They have delivered .me some Bablubhai Brand rainsuit. Snapdeal Guys Stop fooling the Indians their Slogan Says Dil Ki Deal but its not Dil Ki deal its dil ki Fake Deal.

        Hi, I bought a Bajaj Glacier PC 2014 Air Cooler from Snapdeal.com delivered on 16th May, 2015 but it was not cooling/working properly. I have already registered a complaint on 26tyh May, 2015 and they told me to notify the Bajaj dealer also. Then, after the registration the bajaj shopkeeper sent an engineer and he checked all the machinery of the cooler. The bajaj engineer declared that the cooler is faulty and not working properly and he ensured that he notify their dealer and replaced the same in 3-4 days. But still there is no progress in replacement process

          I had ordered puma sandals ( order number: [protected]) which were delivered to me today. I get a call from a Ecom express personnel (named allias frenandes) and asks the direction to my house in a very rude way. I tell him the directions to my place which he didn't quite understand, but that's OK cuz I know finding addresses can be quite tuff... But than he tells me that I can't give correct addresses while ordering, and that's he's very busy delivering and that his time is being wasted. I tried talking in a calm way before losing my tempers and we engage in an argument, he tells me to get change of ₹80 in a rude way.and I had to go to him to collect my order. I was and still am pissed about his behaviour ecom express sucks. I don know if they can't recruit people very well

            I have ordered a Ricoh BW All In One Printer Sp3510SF from snapdeal on[protected] vide order no.[protected]. The assured delivery date was[protected]. After contacting the courier Jalgaon about Docket Number[protected], it was understood that my order was Undelivered due to PROBLEM WITH OCTROI CLEARANCE. I have also contacted snapdeal customer care on 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of June 2015. on every contact u gave me the same assurance that i will receive my parcel within 48 hours. But yet now I have not receive my parcel. now the present status shows that the parcel is returned back to u. it is very surprise and questionary that how i will receive parcel within 48 hours as promised by u. This is my second time when i have booked the same parcel. this time the same history is repeating as earlier. the history of first time in brief is as follows: I have ordered a Ricoh BW All In One Printer Sp3510SF from snapdeal on[protected] vide order no.[protected]. The assured delivery date was[protected]. After contacting the courier Jalgaon about Docket Number[protected], it was understood that my order was return back due to non payment of sales tax and other tax. I have also contacted snapdeal customer care. They promised me to call back after inquiry. But yet now I have not receive any reply from them. Till 4th of May, 2015, we have not received our order.So, i mail you on[protected]. in reply u informed me that we have resent your parcel and you will receive your parcel with 2-3 days. On 07th may, we received one more mail from snapdeal that, as per the update received from the courier company, your order has been returned to us because no one was available when the delivery was attempted from their end. than i had a telephonic talk with courier company on[protected] and they informed me that snap deal had not yet resent any parcel of yours. i also have a telephonic talk with customer sale of snapdeal on[protected] and they suggested me to rebook the parcel. they also gave me complaint no. 00879463. infact firstly the parcel was returned before 4th may because of non payment of sales tax and other tax. this was not my fault. it was totally your negligence. secondly you sent me false mail that your parcel has been returned to us because no one was available when the delivery was attempted from their end. infact no such delivery was made. same history is repeating again and again. first time when i booked the parcel the cost of the printer was 14, 758 and this time the cost is 16, 507. this letter may kindly be treated as notice. if i will not receive my parcel with in 5 days, i will take legal action against you.

            i have sent you legal notice as there was delay in delivery from your side. you ensure me on 12/06/15 that i will receive my parcel on 17/06/15. but till today i have not received my parcel. This is the third(3RD)time from April, 2015 when ur giving the same octrai reason for delay. it is very difficult to understand that why ur not taking steps for octrai clearance. Every time you dispatch parcel from Bhiwandi than it reaches aurangabad and than to jalgaon and after that it get back to u because of non payment of octrai.your mail shows that today my parcel is at Jalgaon. u demanded another five days for delivery. but this is not possible for me to grant you another 5 days. because there are very chances of repetation of same history. kindly take steps so that i can receive my parcel today only. otherwise i will take necessary legal action against you.

              From the snapdeal i shoud have got 500 Rupees cash back against the order([protected]) which was placed on Feb 2nd 2015. As per the offer mentioned in Snapdeal (http://www.snapdeal.com/offers/hdfcdebit1415), For the same issue I already raised a complaint over the phone call with customer support team(complaint no:[protected]. But still now no response from the Snapdeal. Please look into this issue.

                I had by mistake placed two orders for the same product on snapdeal.com in the month of January 2015 and upon contacting snapdeal I was told to accept the delivery of anyone product and refuse the delivery of the other one and the amount would be refunded back to my bank account within few business days although I have contacted snapdeal regarding this several time but no solution has been provided so far. The product name is Koxton TT Table - Leisure ordered on 20 January 2015 with order no. [protected] and bluedart tracking ID [protected]. The tracking ID is also showing nothing.                     I ordered a Kenstar cooler & received on 31st May but the product was in damaged condition so complained them online (Twitter) saying them I need a replacement. On the next day I received a call saying the product replacement is not possible but the refund will be done. I provided my bank details via mail & on 3rd june they called me saying the refund has been initiated. I was more statisfied by that but the logistics partner was least intrested in taking my product back. After complaining 5-6 times, logistics partner took the product away on 6th June. No the matter was about refund. I kept the follow up & complaining everyday, their social media team assured me everytime that the refund has been initiated. its been almost 8 days nothing has been done. They make false promises by making the customer fool over again and again. Please help me in getting my refund back; it will be indeed a great favor on my side.                       Musedo quitar tunar was posed on the site at Rs 1100, after 50% discount the final price to pay was 550 rs, with free shipping, however, when I received the product the actual price printed on the product was MRP rs 499. The merchaned has breached the ethics of doing business by quoting 1. Inflated price over MRP, 2. Charging over MRP and 3. Misleading consumers.

                        Dear Sir, I have recently purchased a I phone 6 from snapdeal. They have given two fraud bills along with it. In those bills one bill have IMEI number & other bill not have it and the CST & vat tin number in both the bills are different. My phone broke down through no fault of own now I want to replace it from apple centre. They require original bill and claim money for replacement of phone along with it. Please kindly provide original bill and claim money for replacement as soon as possible because the validity period is limited for three days more. My phone number is [protected].                             I have ordered HTC Desire 620G on March 2015, after 3 months of i found that battery quality is not good and mother board has some issues. Customer care people are not responding. they just mailed me to visit the service center and blaming the manufacture. Within 3 months a phone stopped working and the r denying replacement

                              On 25th April'15 i have asked snapdeal to refund the amount against their suborder no [protected], as I have already return them the wrongly supplied item from their end. There is some Bank details provided by me to them for completing their formalities and that was wrong. After that I have rectified the same and send them on 2nd June'15. I got a formal mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com as they confirm that the amount should be transfer in my account within 4 business days. I have called them up several times but they didn't provide me the proper answers yet. Till date I didn't get my amount back in my account. Now what should I do.

                                I was buy a mixture grinder from snapdeal on 12th may my order id is [protected].after receiving the product I found some disputed on it and thats why I returned it to the custome but its already half months gone they stiil did not refund my money nor cooperate with me. So I request you to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Sir I was brought from you HDD Seagate hard disk. but i have problem on that now HDD now ringing loudly and when boot windows automatically left the HDD or when I m on windows desktop automatically hang.giving errors any of that I don't know what is that .so please sir replace my HDD And Seagate service center said we have not give you local service here for your HDD and so contact Snapdeal Seagate service center directly said me we can not help you So please help me and replace my hdd

                                    snap deal is disappointing by sending wrong product further not replacing and refund. order num [protected] - dated 21/5/2015 - reverse pick up order snd 0973035 rakesh mane [protected] - foolish and false cancellation of above reverse pick up order. And on 6/62015 refund order num [protected] and ticket num 01472189. mainly I am keep calling snapdeal and all given numbers but snpdeal representatives keep . It is disgusting snap deal

                                      Dear consumerforum Anindya Mukherjee from Murshidabad, I ordered sonia speedlite df600 from snapdeal.com on 20th may. the delivery date was 28th may. But the product was not delivered within 28th may and date increases bt 3rd june. But the product nor delivered to me within the date and again the date increased by 9th june. But the product still not delivered. Yesterday i called them and canceled the order and apply to refund my money. But money still not credited. Please help me sir. Its 4030rs.                                         ****IMPORTANT : Read Before Buy from Snapdeal**** ORDER NO. [protected] This post is something different from my Point of View. And it's out of my Blog Topic also. But still I found it reasonable to share with all of you as in this age of Online Marketing & Shopping, this could be happened with anyone o[censored]s. And if it troubles me these much...It could trouble you more than this. Read Before Buy something from Snapdeal : Guys... I want to share an incident I'm currently facing with Snapdeal. & In this post, I want to let you know what Snapdeal doing behind the Name of it's Customer Care & their TrustPay Service. Okay. A Payment of mine (As small as Rs. 2343/-) is due with Snapdeal from past 1 month. Actually I returned an Item to them against Order No. [protected] & they received the item almost 1 month before. But till then...their Customer Service executive asking me for few time again & again & already have taken almost 1 month but they still are unable to pay my refund amount. I was very much sure that I'll get my Money as I trusted Snapdeal as a reputed Brand & well known to everyone. But I never know Snapdeal could be as much cheap as they can eat a Buyer's money which is also very low (Rs. 2343). Okay...I called them from last 1 month for many times. I almost spent approx Rs. 200 to call them but all go into vain. All Customer Care Representatives just saying me that they are forwarding my Issue to the Refund Team. But I already got 2 mails from them that my Refund is Initiated but in actual it's all fake Emails because each time nothing is Credited in my Account. So in this kind of an issue if they said that your refund is initiated don't trust them because sometimes they are just lying to avoid the Customer. I share with them my Bank Account Statement 3 - 4 times because those peoples thought I'm lying..!!! I'm not that Cheap, Snapdeal. And the case goes to it's height when from SNAPDEAL's end, they deduct my Rs. 725 SD Cash from my Account. What the [censored]. And when I called then and asked they said "Sorry sir, I was finding the possible reason. But didn't found any. So it must be a mistake. I'm forwarding the issue & it'll be credited." But I didn't even got that 725/- SD Cash also. Means they are now busy looted me for almost Rs 3100/- I guess they would be very happy... But they didn't know it could cost them more than that. I bold that Word "Forwarding" because this word is only common when a Snapdeal Customer Care Representative communicate with you. They will say you everytime that they are Forwarding your issue... But what Forwarding can do... I already seen that. :D I'm going to report in Consumer Forum. I know...Thing will become harder for me. But now I want to a proper compensation on this Case for all is happening with me. This post is only for sharing my Experience with all my fellow consumers. This could be happened with you too.
