Snapdeal has once again outperformed itself in providing extremely pathetic customer service. I ordered a rain coat on 09:17 PM, Wed, 10 Jun, 2015 (Order ID: [protected]) and after waiting for 16 aggravating days and contacting snapdeal multiple times and banging my head on the wall finally got the product which is not what I ordered. I ordered Versalis Desire Suit Black Polyester Rainwear and what I got is some cheap quality Challenger...
