SnapDeal has a offer scheme for Mobile recharge. I have recharged 5 mobile numbers(50 rs for each) and 4 of them has been successfully recharged but 1 number had been not recharged and payment is deducted from my account for 5 numbers. I had call many times their customer support but they told that you will get your payment in next 4-5 days but till i have not got my payment. This scheme was on 25 May 2011. Yet i have no solution, so please provide me solution for this.

    i made an order of BHPC green aviator sunglasess on 12th september. i recived order on 16th september by cash payment. when i opend d box the sunglasess were not genuine.even the name of company of BHPC is not properly mentioned.My product item code is MVBHPC 103.i paid Rs750 cash to courrier boy.Its my complaint that i want to refund my cash with some compensation amount.

      I bought a package of massage (45min) + Foot reflexology (15 mins) , through snapdeal.
      which was clearly mentioned in the deal.

      But to my surprize they gave body massage that too for only 30 mins.
      On asking them about the foot reflexology , they said its all over which was not even done for a minute.

      And further
      1. The lady manager there argues that for the given amount of deal you get only for 40 minutes *deniel of their offer*.
      2. They didn't fullfill both services mentioned in package.
      3. They blame it on snapdeal to have termed it like ways.
      4. They display a very rude and incompetent behaviuor.

      SO I suggest NOT TO GO there, which makes you feel cheated. and incomplete services.

      I am calling ERA Healthcare Spa from last 10 days for appointment, every time he telling me that the appointment is full and behavior is too rude. That guy doesn’t have manners how to talk with customer. He had start arguing and blamed to snap deal.

      SO I suggest NOT TO GO there.
      snapdeal... chater.. cheating.. shameful company

        This is to warn SnapDeal consumers to beware ...from visiting GRACE N GLOW Saloon.

        Its sure that after booking deal on net U will come back without availing any services at this outlet because of their staff miscommunication and mismanagement of the bookings .

        First they confirm your booking and then they deny you to avail the services just because you are ten minutes late n on top of that they treat you like some outcast n deny to provide committed services from the company .


        I am extremely disappointed with this poor service and nonchalant behavior of the so called manager SAIJAL and to add to that i did not receive any communication from Snap Deal despite registering my compliant with their owner and being assured of a service recovery by rebooking our deal for next day .

        This is complete disservice to a first time customer n humiliation by their Staff SAIJAL.

        I am tempted to take legal action against the owner(Grace n Glow /SNAPDEAL) and will ensure to tell everyone of the bad quality and non responsibility towards the consumer.

        You have to stop this kind of wrong employees .

        Now they deserve disrepute along with your company that does not properly check the standards required from front liners .

        its waste of time to book a deal through d=snap deal at grace an glow .

        SAIJAL. the MONSTER ...total misfit for a hospitality industry ...she disturbed our peace of mind ...watsted our precious time ..with her senseless/baseless arguments ..instead of respecting our time she forced us to leave or appointment and talk to her owner regarding her behaviour .

        But still no action has been taken by SNAP DEAL .

        i would never avail any services of snap deal because of this worst experience at grace n glow ... they will loose business...if they keep on hiring staff without adequate work experience (beautician)

        such a bad services at grace n glow, they don't give i appointment 1st, if they give after a month, then thet tell u to wait 4 half n hr, thn there services are really really bad n also they r very rude
        Ya.. U r speaking true...all these deals make people fool... just to save a few bucks, people go to these places... These are all bad sources of advertising and publicity.

          Fully agree with you. I think that the prices mentioned at Snapdeal do not reflect the prices in the market at that point of time. They put the price the product was launched at as it MRP and claim any reduction (from launch price as is natural due to depreciation with passage of time) as discount even when the price of the product in open market would have fallen. This is a fake discount. Frankly I believe that the best bet to find the correct online price of a product is to check ebay.in to see the price at and around which most sellers have listed the product. I am not advising that people should buy from ebay.in (that is dependent on you), I am only saying that it is a brilliant way to judge the price of a product instead of depending on sites like snapdeal that advertise fake discounts

            This is in ref to SnapDeal voucher no 84693491, purchased on Jul 25, 2011 & expiring on Sep 10, 2011. I had gifted this to a friend who after repeated attempts finally managed to get an appointment with the conerned parlour today but the moment she reached there, the parlour people told her that SnapDeal is not accepting their vouchers & hence she will not be able to avail their services! She eventually had to go away emptyhanded! Kindly sort out this problem with the concerned vendor before the voucher expires otherwise I want a full refund of the money!

                This is regarding an online firm snapdeal. I ordered Mitashi 5 in 1 cordless headphone through snapdeal on August 24th 2011.

                A message was posted in my mobile phone that vouchers are available in my email address. On complaining they are telling that they have posted the vouchers again. These replies for complaint as well as advertisements from snapdeal are regularly coming as mobile messages and emails. However I am unable to find the required vouchers in my Email

                Whenever I try to contact on the helpline at[protected] , the line is either busy or I was put on indefinite waiting
                i have received the item on[protected]. Hence i am withdrawing the complaint

                  I had bought two offers of the same from Snapdeal on Aug.18,2011 for Jawed Habib salon in Ludhiana. As per the conditions mentioned in the offer, I had tried twice to take an appointment from them but they said that they are totally busy and cant give me any appointment, I registered a complaint with Snapdeal call centre (Complaint No. - 27294) for the same. I got a call from their executive and instead of helping me out he was rude and said that the best appointment he can give me was on Sept.10.

                  I had purchased an offer on Aug.18 for a haircut and the executive told me to keep waiting for another 20 days for a hair cut as the salon is too busy to cut my hair. And the funny thing is that when i call Jawed Habib as a regular customer and not a Snapdeal user, they are ready to give me any appointment and are free whole week. I had explained this to the executive but instead he started arguing with me that he will not do anything else.

                  The salon also refused to give me any appointment for Weekends whereas nothing was mentioned in the terms & condition and i had complained regarding this also to Snapdeal Executive but still this Snapdeal Executive was in favour of the salon and forced me in a situation where i either let my hair grow and look like an for the next 10-15 days or i waste my 200 rupees that i have paid to Snapdeal for this offer.

                  This experience has left me with a very bad taste of their service . And the feedback from Snapdeal was also as if its my fault that i used their service.

                  Cant hope anything more.

First ask to extend the time and later confirmed that they themselves are canceling the order.                   I ordered a product from Snapdeal. Snapdeal as mentioned by its reseller(SunInfo) in the site has dispatched the product within 1 business day. But the resellers or the courier service (Ecom Express Courier Services) is ridiculous. I asked them for a getting me the product on time and when called and asked they gave an explanation that they are tired opening the bags and searching for items, so they couldn't bring it on time. I would suggest Snapdeal to take of your business from Ecom Express Courier Services as it will help you only help you gaining customer dissatisfaction.

                      Beware of Snapdeal.com website as they are a big time cheater and fraudsters. Once their deal is sold they are no longer interested to ensure customer satisfaction and that their deal is honoured.
                      I purchased Deal # 75994314 on 05 July 2011 for Devika’s Beauty Salon, Pune. In spite of several calls to the said Salon, the deal has not been honoured till date and now the deal has expired. Even the only contact no of the Salon is not responding.

                      I lodged several complaints on Snapdeal Customer Service and also sent them e-mails asking them to refund my money, but they have not responded to any of my requests.
                      Their claim of refund is absurd and misleading, don’t fall into a trap !!! It is a fraud company & now I’m planning to lodge a cyber-crime complaint against them to teach them the ethics of business.

                      I have posted this complaint 10 days ago and snapdeal people haven't shown the odacity to reply back or take any action. The status of my complaint remains the same. Still no courier person has come for reverse pickup. I am never ever going to do any shopping from snapdeal.com

                      People from the consumercomplaints.in team has to send a mail to snapdeal of how shamlessly they are behaving with the customers. The call centre executives are equally disgusting. i don't understand why does it take so much time to do a reverse pickup. When I ordered the product for COD I got it within 3 days and the money was taken, Are you people just greedy for money, don't you have any shame. If that was the case why lure people into giving discounts. Why should the customers go through hell inspite of paying the full amount. I don't understand. I never made you wait for payments, I gave my full co-operation. Then why is it that I have to suffer like this,

                      I need an explanation for this.
                      I've purchased a Cannon 1200 Power shot camera from SNAPDEAL.COM (Order :[protected]. The camera was delivered as a defective piece as it doesn't turn on at all. I called customer care and shipped the camera back to Snapdeal and now the problem starts. They are trying to impose the defective camera on me by repairing it through service center. I refused to accept and REFURBISHED or REPAIRED camera as I paid for a new piece not a REPAIRED OR REFURBISHED one. I'm still struggling and fighting with Snapdeal to get a full refund which they are DELAYING without any reason.

                      I'D NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SNAPDEAL.

                      SNAPDEAL IS A FRAUD AND FORGE COMPANY WHO DOESN'T HAVE ANY CREDIBILITY. They should be banned to run any business in INDIA.

                        Through www.Snapdeal.com website on 15.08.2011 t-shirt purchased, where Rs. 99 paid through internet banking and after deal, gift voucher worth of Rs.500 not recieved. Several times call to customer care [protected](Mr. Nitin) but still not get.
                        Another problem is that at the time of deal it was mention that MRP was Rs. 500 and Discount Rs. 401, means only Rs.99 to be paid. But after payment mention that it it applicable for purchase of Rs. 998 in highlight section. which is just like cheating.
                        In this condition I want to refund Rs.99. Plz Resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                          You mentioned Rs 50 (Pay in advance) which by word itself is advance that to be adjusted that is not adjusted and claim of 35% discount is also limited.. i have not got complete discount on addon (pasta and dip)
                          as mention in highlight section their is no exclusion for that.
                          "Offer valid on a wide array of veg & non-veg pizzas, desserts etc.
                          Not valid on simply veg, simply non veg pizzas, combos and beverages"

                          But When I reached to the food counter there is no dosa offering and there is not a provision of dosa on the food counter, manager changes that to burger, but finally when we qued for the offer they misbehaved and denied for considering coupon and finally after half an hour of heated arguments they offered us refelling of coke.

                          Im regular customer to snapdeal. But i saw a deal regarding IEBHSPA in hyderabad. That's a worst place for spa more over there is no doctor over their to counsel or do consultations who are medically approved & the certificates of photoshope are waste too...which they show..If a custoemr walks into this place then he/she is obviously carrying problems to home as they give massages which will effect in few days and they ask to come back to same place for solution. This a a big waste place for all health related issues & i request snapdeal people to be aware of these kind of places which are playing & making money with health related issues. These days every1 is more found of snapdeal equally to FB so its snapdeal's responsibility to take care of customers in providing best services which are beneficial.
                          Hope you take necessary action and bring awareness among people.

                              I have taken Sankara Spa & salon voucher from Snapdeal on 29th April, 2011. It was 6 months service i.e Upto October for Rs 399 (Voucher No:[protected]

                              There are 3 complaints regarding this:

                              1) Saloon is closed from Mid June. There was no prior information given by Sankara or Snapdeal. It has been over a month, every time after making inquiry at Snapdeal regarding refund, they are just delaying the process giving excuse like they are still in talk with service provider & they can't give right now.

                              2) Voucher says taxes are included but I paid taxes 1 more time (Rs 31) when Sankara converted voucher into their bill. Snapdeal customer service says that they have credited equivalent 'SD amount' to my account. But there is no such amount credited to my account

                              3) regarding refund, Snapdeal team is refusing to make payment by cash/online transfer/cheque. They say that they will only credit equivalent 'SD amount' to account. But I don't want any deal from snapdeal after such bad experience. then what will I do with this 'SD amount' ?

                                i have purchased a mitashi dvd player from snapdeal.com almost 2 months back. the remote was broken when we opened it in front of the delivery man, he said it will be replaced within 72 hours. now its coming to be 72 days yet no replacement. are these kind of online selling companies are making fool o[censored]s. the order was made under mobile no.                                   we request you to please alter the timings of the alerts, as we have been receiving them recently in a very in appropriate time> that being :

                                  1) middle of the nigth.12.30 to 1.3
                                  2) late at nigth some time at 3.30 am to 4 am
                                  3) at times as early 5.30 to 6.30. am

                                  we truly believe by default or otherwise the system needs to be checked and a proper decent hour should be selected for forwarding them

                                    This is regarding the dominos snap deal.
                                    I ordered food for 447 and after 35% off it comes to 298.

                                    I paid 50 Rs in advance to your website. And this advance was not deducted.
                                    And ultimately the deal is not worth for me. And I called the customer care and I waited for 15 mins. A shear waste of time. As a service company I`m completely dissatisfied on the customer service

                                    I have recieved mail from snapdeal that reverse pickup of my product is arranged but no one comes for pickup.

                                    when i placed complaint they sent mail that SD cash will be credited in 24 hrs but 7 days passed no replies to my mail and no SD cash credited.

                                    so people check reviews and buy.

                                    dont ever try to go for snapdeal or i[censored] r going consider your money is going in well and will not give any output.
