This is regarding an online firm snapdeal which offers discounts on products. I oredered a pair of Reebok Aviator glasses through snapdeal on March 25th 2011.
The order no. was 63373386
Snapdeal # 45017794
Cost : Rs 699
They promised a delivery within 10 working days . After 10 days whenever I called them they had just one answer Server not working and other excuses . After a few days no. offered for customer care didnt respond and finally the person at the other end claimed it as a wrong number and hung the phone .

Its been two months and there has been no delivery and no response .

Kindly look into the matter

Fake Referral Program
Snapdeal cheat people as the name of REFERRAL PROGRAM..

i checked snapdeal website there they mentioned that when you refer a friend and if he buys any deal you will get Rs100 SD cash. when i refer one of my friend and he finally purchased two deals but no cash in my account ([protected]@in.com) so i mailed to [protected]@snapdeal and they replied " Due to some technical issue we disable this services and now refereeing is not possible."

i am very disappointed with that ans... i want my SD cash because if there is any technical issue, why u not removed that referral program link from your website..??

All fault is yours and your technical team, why suffer people????

guys, double check when u buy snapdeal offers, especially services,,,,,

i purchased a service from snapdeal---COMPLETE HEALTH CHECK UP( 19 tests for Rs.600)
pay rs.99 advance and balance rs.500 to the merchant- SUPER RELIGARE DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, HYDERABAD.
out of 19 tests what they promised, they have around 5 tests,
blood urine test, ECG, x ray and thats it,,,,nothing more than that,,,,,
after that u are taken to a doctor, the remaining tests are done by the doc in a very funny manner
Dental--- doc asks to open ur mouth,,,,thats it,,,,end of dental test
Eye test-- doc asks to read some alphabets on wall,,,,,end of eye test
Nicotine test---doc asks whether u smoke or booze,,,,,thats it end of nicotine test

Like this the madness goes for ten minutes,,,,

when i asked snapdeal to refund the money as all the tests were not conducted, after much follow up they returned only rs.99, and for the balance 500, they say since i paid to the merchant and snapdeal dont have control on them, they cant return,,,,

Their CEO kunal once a while sends mail asking for feedback but never acts on feedback, i have written all this story to him, he replied ' our team will get back to you soon' thats it there ends his job,

I have purchased a Snap Deal voucher for Body care (Unisex) Salon for getting the Haircut, hair conditioning, Nail art, Facial & Bleach on 19-May-11.
My voucher code is 61062008
I have gifted this coupon to my friend, but when she went to the Pitampura outlet of the Body care salon after getting the prior reservation she has been asked to pay Rs.300 in addition to the deal voucher amount of Rs.399 (as per the snapdeal voucher) and she has to pay that amount for getting a hair cut done.
When my friend told me about this, it was very embarrasing for me also to hear a such case and moreover she didnt got the facial & bleach done as the salon members were not having some staff at that time (even after prior reservation).
The merchant clearly says that Snapdeal has given a wrong deal and we only provide hair trimming and not a hair cut.
Kindly get the amount reimbursed for the said amount of Rs.300 as she again has to visit that outlet anyhow for getting the facial and bleach done.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I took a scheme from snap deal worth Rs 1250 for weight reduction / inch loss through ILIPO Laser technology + skin glow/ rejuvenation/ anti-pigmentation package worth Rs 13000 at New Look (Unisex). This package mentions that duration of treatment will be one and half hour but they gave me only half an hour for the treatment. I have had treatment and I have not noticed any changes in myself for something which was worth Rs 13000 as claimed by snapdeal not even worth Rs 10 what they did to me is snap Rs 1250 from me in half an hour nothing more than that, this is a mere idea of snapping money from people's pocket by putting baseless claims. I do not want anyone else to be cheated by such cheaters please do not pay any heeds to their claims they are very smart cheaters using baseless claims to attract customers. I do not understand why doesn't our government takes action when such people openly cheat people anyone can easily understand that all of their offers are just a way to dig a whole in your pocket and you will get almost nothing for what you are paying.
Please I request the authorities to take action against cheaters as snapdeal and New Look.

I paid amount to recharge my mobile.But they are saying offer is cancelled.But they are not refunded my money still.And not getting status.

I purchased a Speedo sunglasses for women from snapdeal.com on 21 April 2011.The product has not been delivered yet.They guaranteed that it would be delivered within 7-10 working days and it has already been three weeks since I ordered it.I mailed them several times enquiring about this and they responded only once trying to assure me that the item would be delivered within a week.And that week also has gone.Now they are not responding to my mail.I think this snapdeal is a scam.I want them to refund my money.i don't think the the item will be delivered ever.So please refund the full amount.
And i also advise everybody not to believe snapdeal.Value your money and time.

I placed an order for Mitashi 5 in 1 Cordless Headphone on snapdeal.com on the 28th of April, 2011. I was promised that the product would be delivered within 7-10 working days. However, the product has still not been delivered and it has been over 11 working days since I ordered the product.

After sending an email to Snapdeal enquiring about the product delivery date, the tried to assure me that it would be delivered within a few days. Only when I insisted did they send me the product tracking number. I tried to track the product but failed. I told them about it and they said that the product would be delivered within the next week.

So it's gonna take three weeks (hopefully) instead of the promised 10 days for the product to be delivered to me.

I hope people think twice before the order a product from Snapdeal. I am very disappointed in them.
