PATHETIC customer service
Till now recommended for nearly 15 people and i feel shame for referring SNAPDEAL to MY FRIENDS.
Recently i purchased one Pen-drive for my friend.I suggested him to purchase from online rather going to shop, but he is not interested and convinced him to go for COD, he agreed, I purchased the product using the 100 coupon.

I am a customer since your start up .Really you make me fool in front of my friends,
Don't advertise that you have good customer support. kindly withdraw it .
I sincere request to all buyers from Snapdeal , Snapdeal is better since last startup to 2011, recently it lost his way..now i will not recommend Snapdeal , better to find another way .
My money struct with them, they simply enjoy the interest and play with the customers .
