don't buy anything from snapdeal, they are making fool, I have purchase Olay Total Effects Day Cream SPF 15 50g with order:[protected].
Complain 1. they deliver this item after 17 days in open condition.
Complain 2. My wife is using same cream for last 3 years, but after first use of snapdeal delivered cream got reacted on chick (skin), then i Spoke to snapdeal customer care and he said we can't do anything in this case and also we can's refund your money.

so I suggest to all of you, don't buy product or deal from snapdeal.

    Booked micromax funbook tablet on[protected] order no.52715804
    Got message on[protected] that it will be delayed due to unavoidable cause
    I have called to customer care service they insist me to change the color from midnight grey to slate grey
    And re-order to get prompt delivery,
    I have done the same cancelled previous order and booked new order on[protected] order no.[protected]
    Now i have got mail that the order is cancelled (No specific reason for cancellation)
    I am very lucky that i have books it as cash on delivery
    And they are still selling this thing as in opening thing in tablet section

I have ordered "Dell 22 Inch WideScreen HD LED Monitor (ST2220L)" Order ID:[protected] from snapdeal .I recived my order on 2nd may but Power cord was not there in that box.I droped a mail for that and I got a ticket number-(ticket #478601) After that I did not get any responce from snapdeal I can not use my monitor because power card was not there I am waiting for reply from last one week.I did not recive any mail or call from snap deal.I am very much disappointed with his service. How can I use my monitor without power card.
      I suggest and I will share my experience that Don't buy any product from snapdeal.

        I had ordered Genius Netscroll 110X USB mouse from Snapdeal on[protected].
        I had received that mouse on[protected].
        But the mouse was defective.
        It was impossible to right click with the mouse.
        Even left click button needed a lot of force to click or double click.

        So I had complained them about this product on[protected]
        They replied me on the same day, saying that I need to resend the mouse back to them and I have to pay the courier charges.

        I thought the shipping would cost me just Rs. 50, so I went to BlueDart. (Their preferred courier service.)
        The courier guy said, I have to pay Rs. 340.
        The total price of this mouse is Rs. 199 and I was expected to pay 340 rs just for the shipping.
        Obviously I had not paid Rs. 340, so then I went to 'Professional Couriers'.
        Here I've paid Rs.80 and shipped the product back to SnapDeal.
        That means this mouse had cost me Rs. 279


        On 1 May 2012, I had mailed them the courier number.
        The next day they replied saying they will arrange a new product very soon and also credit the courier charges to my account.

        Since then I have e-mailed them thrice regarding the progress of shipping the new mouse.
        But they haven't replied even a single time. (Though the mouse was delivered to their address on 5 May 2012)

        SnapDeal is dealing with the customers in wrong way.

          Recently i purchased a webcam and i found it to be faulty!! The order was placed on 30th April 2012 [order no.[protected]] which was shipped through bluedart and it got delivered on 4th May 2012 i.e today. As i try to capture pictures or record a video a black screen appears and nothing happens!!

          So please look into this matter and make them replace the faulty product as soon as possible...

          I bought a D-Link Wireless N 150 ADSL2+ 4-port Ethernet Router (DSL-2730U) from Snapdeal.com ( Order Id:[protected].
          The product started giving problem within 10 days. I contacted snapdeal customer support and asked them for replacement and they told me that its not there problem and I should product customer support.
          I contacted the product customer support, they told that its a hardware issue and the product need to be replaced.
          Replacement of the product will take around 15 days to get replaced. So after paying full amount and buying a new product, I will be stuck with no device. So what is the meaning buying a product.
          So never buy any product from Snapdeal.com. Its a fake and fraud company making fool of customers.
          I recently purchased Samsung Guru Mobile from snapdeal and got faulty battery .....they arranged the reverse pickup and after that i am continiously following them regarding product replacement or cash but nothing in happening........ customer care are dump people who can do nothing expect writing mails to concerned department.

          Its better to purchase specially electronic from store instead online.
          I ordered an Olive i pad 3G calling pad, and it was delivered to me in 7 - 8 days. but when it was delivered and i started checking the product, then i found the fault in the Sim slot. So, immediately i called to the snap deal customer care, but they were just tryingg to avoid me and they were saying me to go to the service centre of Olive. I was not ready to go to the service centre and i straightaway said no to them and asked them to replace my product, and the courier boys came to me next day & took the product along with them 14 - 15 days back from today's date, and my product is not yet delivered to me yet and they are least bother, they are not even trying to call me or not even revert my mail too. Please solve my problem

          I ordered a HUL Advanced Puriet from snapdeal on June 3, 2013 and recieved on 15th June, 2013. It is a damaged product and since then I am trying to contact snapdeal to change it or take it back but there has been no response. Everytime I call and they say it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. I am so tired of calling them up and writing mail. There has been no communication from Snapdeal. Product is still with me and is of no use to me. I want my money back and its been a month.           I had ordered &quot;Chanakya: An Epic Saga (Hindi) [DVD]&quot; set from E-Commerce site SNAPDEAL on May 29(Order No. [protected]). There is a problem in DVDs provided by the seller. The Disc numbers 2, 5, 7 are not reading properly(to be precise they get stuck) in the DVD player. The problem came when I played disc 2. After which I checked every DVD but 2, 5 and 7 are not working properly. I contacted snapdeal Customer care, they did not registered my complaint as 7 days has passed after delivery(as per there policy) and told me to contact PEN india(the distributer of the DVDs). It is not possible to watch the whole Series in 7 days. When contacting PEN, they told the seller is responsible for any change. Again I contacted SNAPDEAL on, they registered my complaint on 13 jun and gave me two days time within which there investigating team will contact me. Till now no call has been made from SNAPDEAL.
          Kindly look into this matter.

            Hi, i bought a refrigerator being order no. 50653411 from SnapDeal as on 12.04.2012. It was suppose to be delivered in 15-17 days, but after the expiry of the said period when i called to the office i came to know that my order has been canceled without any intimation whatsoever to me. After further enquiry i came to know that the refrigerator was not available with them and my money will be refunded within a week. this is serious deficiency in service on the part of SnapDeal and i would suggest such practice should be seriously condemned otherwise it would result in gross waste of time and money.

              Sir, I order 8GB Moserbear USB flash drive from Snapdeal.com. They charged Rs.279.00 through Jasper Infotech Pvt.Ltd Mumbai the in my credit card on the 13 April 2012. They promised that I would receive the order on the 18.04.2012 but until today I haven't received the order. I call the company almost everyday but no proper answer is given. I usually order from Ibibo, Tradus and flipcart they do wonderful service but snapdeal is doing a worst business and I got fed up of their service. When I open this website I found tonnes of complaints on this snapdeal.com. I need assistance to take legal action towards this company not because of Rs.279/= but I don't want others too get this sufferings.

                ORDER is cancelled without intimation. without my permission.it was a gift to be gifted on 12/04/2012.
                i placed it first on 25/03/2012 but it was cancelled as confirmation call could not be made. i came to know on 29/3/2012 so i placed order again after having long talks on snapdeal costing Rs.41. I had to call manytimes as it was not showing on my screen
                i placed order the expected delivery date was 7/4/12 ... but on 7/4/12 i got a sms that it is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances... i called many times on snapdeal to know shipping status call cost was around 60rs. i requested to dispatch soon so that i can gift it on event on 12/4/12 but it was not delivered.snapdeal customer care excutives has given me its shipping number so was calling bluedart who informed no such parcel received by them call cost 12rs.
                AND ON 16/4/2012 WHEN I CALLED SNAPDEAL THEY PEOPLE REPLIED THAT IT NEED TO BE CANCEL DUE TO STOCK ISSUE .... MY CALL WAS TRANSFERED TO 3 EXCUTIVES.... IT COST ME MORE THAN RS.100 AS I HAD TO CALL 10 TIMES... I HATE SNAPDEAL IT IS A BIG FRAUD... MY IMAGE AT COST BECAUSE I COULDNOT GIFT ON EVENT NOT EVEN AFTER THAT. I GOT THAT CELL FROM ANOTHER SITE RS.2300 BUT DELIVERED. NOT FRAUD LIKE SNAPDEAL.
                KINDLY CONSOLE MY INCONVINIENCE AND REFUND MY SD CASH + I EXPECT U TO SAME AND ATLEAST REFUND MY CALL COST + SOME SD CASH TO CONSOLE SUCH STUPIDY OF SNAPDEAL....

                      I have ordered a wrist watch thorugh snapdeal.com as Cash on delivery. I got the wrong product hence filed a complaint about it with complaint number 383802. They instructed me to get the reverse pickup done but the due to poor service of the courier service, it was done after 7 working days. Now the Snapdeal support want 7- 21 more working days to refund my amount. This is highly disappointing as it is not expected from such big vendor. I have already waited for 8 working days and nothing have been done at there end. Can anyone suggest what is the best step I can take against them.

                        I had made a purchase from Snapdeal.com on 27-Mar-12 for a top.
                        The order is yet to be received as on today.
                        The payment was debited however the merchandise is yet to be received.
                        Today when I called them their reply was that they had couriered it on 9 April-12 and may be it got delayed due to courier service.
                        i am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference.
                        I would request you to kindly look into the matter so that no one gets fooled in future the way i did.

                          Guys beware of www.snapdeal.com

                          They are into unfair trade practices. I had ordered Abercrombie & Fitch T-Shirt from them, they have delivered an absolute fake one. Their site shows that the product is 100% genuine. Even sent photos of delivered product to Abercrombie & Fitch company & they have acknowledged that its not authentic. I could also make out as I have original A&F t-shirts bought from USA.

                          Least bothered about my money paid to them, but they can't fool customers by claiming it to be an original product & then sending a fake one

                          You are absolutley right, SNAPDEAL is a site to purchase apparels whose only purpose is to fool its customers.
                          Also you saved me, unless i would have also got fooled by them. All thanks to SNAPDEAL who couldn't deliver me Abercrombie & Fitch Black Graphic T-Shirt which i had ordered on 25th April and till date have'nt recieved it. After so many calls today when i called up one of their representative told me that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock.
                          I simply wanted to know how its possible because one can't place the order if it is out of stock, moreover if your site gets update after sometime then it was your responsibility to let me know about this thing after a day or two, but no one did the same. Today also after 12 days they are telling me this thing moreover when I enquired them regarding it.

                          There was a deal where if we purchase cosmetics worth 1000, i would get 50% off... I bought few lakme products like nail paints and compact... i feel they are fake...they are not original ones.. bloody they are cheaters... i have around 5 lakme nail paints bought from outside store..they have a strong gold coloured wordings on its bottle which has the brand name and address ... but these ones which bought from snapdeal have a light white name which would go off if scratched...

                          I have a complaint against Snapdeal. They seem to be selling fake/ bogus products. The site is genuine but the seller vendor nexus is intrepidly playing fishy tricks, it seems so. I ordered on 14.7.2014, a MAC Eye smoulder for Rs 999 and the sellers shown were Jasper Infotech and Thok bazar. However the consignment was shipped from Lucknow by Universal Traders in Aminabad which is a tacky place and I received the same today i.e. on 16.7.2014.. It gives me solid reasons to suspect that the product is not genuine. Moreover the Bluedart courier which was properly sealed by them when opened had the Eye smolder crayon in a loose packing i.e. its outer pack(MAC) was open and unsealed thereby suggestin that the carton is original but the contents have been tempered with and replaced with a fake one. I am deeply anguished and have lost trust in Snapdeal.

                          Hi, I have ordered a phone with Order ID - [protected] and Item Blackberry Z10 Black on snapdeal.com on 30th July 2014 and while un-boxing I found the earphone and data cable is fake then I call @+91-[protected] and raise a complain and next I went to blackberry service centre and I found that the product which I got is also not genuine and again I raise a complain on 1st august with ticket id #8252772.                           I ordered a pepe jeans chinos from snapdeal, the delivery was just awesome, even flipkart doesn't delivers any product in 2-3 days in our area. But the excitment i had was just gone after having a look on the product. As soon i opened the parcel. I was able to see the fake Pepe jeans branding on it. The seller used some iron stickers on a low quality fabric. I orderd a refund, lets just see what happens next but the real thing is that i am so very disappointed with snapdeal.

                          I had ordered indulekha hair oil 300 ml pack for Rupees 322(INR). The oil is completely fake. It's odour, color, nature is absolutely different from the one which I am using from last 8 months which i am buying from a pharmacy shop near my residence. The product is completely fake and i don't know what they have poured in it, it has increased my hairfall drastically . This is completely disgusting. This is so unethical. I won't be ordering anything else in the future from this app.

                          I have ordered Fastrack women's watch ! But, the product I received is fake Fastrack watch - no warranty also given .
                          Snapdeal is full of fake products .Waste of money .

                          My watch not working in AC room. Deep Vapours layer create that time in watch screen. Fastrack service center tell me it is a duplicate product and we can not help you. Request to change this product or refund my money in original mode.

                              Order was placed on March 14th on the site Snapdeal.com details of which are given below-

                              Over one month has passed since payment has been made, but the item has still not been delivered even though the website promises delivery within 5 working days.

                              No response has been obtained from the management of the website after Apr 2, 2012 even though request has been put up to update me about the status of the delivery.

                              I would request you to probe this matter, as I feel cheated having not got the item I have paid for almost a month ago.

                                On 12/3/2012 I have place order for two 8gb pendrive the order ID is[protected]order placed on:[protected]:24:40) and order ID:[protected]order placed on:[protected]:46:34). Both my order were cancelled which I came to know only on 16/3/2012 by a mail by snapdeal.Com and the when I enquired on phone they told a stupid reason "two is a bulk order". Even though I am not satisfied by the reason I asked for the refund at least, for which they told I will receive in a week time. But till now I haven't received the full amount. Please help me to get my money

                                  I ordered iBall Cherry Deskset (USB) from Snapdeal on line shopping on[protected], But I received iBall Cherry V9, and I have given complaint but again they are providing wrong product, I have wasted one month approx. But still I am receiving wrong order, I have logged complaint in snapdeal customer care four times, But every time they provide wrong product, Now they suggested me to cancel the order or get back your payment, they have harrased me so much and already wasted my time.

I recently bought a new sony xperia mini mobile for 9999 rupees from snap deal online purchase. they delivered lately. when i open it for first time and switched on , mobile made a big vibration like its going to blast. i cannot suddenly switch off too. screen blinking and options are not worked. so i removed battery and made a complaint. after 3days they mailed to go for service centre. i got tensed. generally if any one use mobile and got prob means will go for service. but here new fresh mobile itself problem and they told to go service centre. For this where i should hit my head. if i call customer support means they too saying to service , and in rude manner they saying as we not responsible and its your problem. i dono wat to do. pls any one help me out. they will not replace mobile also and wil not refund money also.

                                      I have placed an online order of Force Elite Brown Men Watch. Sms came to my Mobile number that my will shipped by Blue Dart and expected delivery date in April 6th 2012. My Tracking number is [protected]. the Complaint arises when i didnt received my Watch at the evening of 6th April and make a call to Official Blue Dart office in Panki on Land line no. [protected]. the person who received my phone call , disconnected my call several time without giving any answer. I make 15 times call. At the 16th time of call on Land line no. [protected] person told me that he is not capable to say about my Tracking number [protected]. It was so disappointing for me . These type of employee crushing ur pominant company`s image in market. Kindly take Necessary Official Action against such employee and inform me. This time i have no idea where is my Watch and when it will be delivered to me. Actully its very Shameful. Kindly take all the necessary steps and inform me when my watch will delivered to me.

                                        I order for a Belkin Swift laptop Backpack Online from Snapdeal.com and paid the full amount via net banking. Snapdeal has delivered me incorrect product (a Belkin Swift Top loader laptop bag). It has been 10 days since I raised the complaint in snapdeal (complaint number 353938) and I have not received the resolution. As per my last conversation with a representative of Snapdeal, she confirmed a hand replacement of the product over the phone to me however she send an e-mail with something we did not discuss (that I should send a courier to snapdeal of the incorrect product that they have delivered to me). I will not send any courier to them and I am looking forward to get my money back at the earliest possible.

                                        Please take some serious action on this.
