    I had mailed my complain to [protected]@snapdeal.com on 13.4.2012, there has been no response.
    Please look into this .

      This is with regards to the purchase I have made from Snapdeal of a Samsung Galaxy SII from their website. The displayed product there shows a black color handset. I place an order with them. I get the handset within 5 working days, which is good. But when I open the package, I get a white color handset. I call them up, they register the complaint no. 24839 and reply that someone would call me within 48 hours. But they did not get back. On their website there is choice of the color of the product. So one would say that the same black color would be delivered. There is no mention of any conditions, where in the disposal of the product color would depend on the availability of the stock.

      I have kept the handset packed the very next moment I saw that it was a white color handset and lodged a complaint with them. They give you the complaint number, but no email or sms is sent to confirm that the complaint has been registered and there is no way to track your complaints online except to call and check with them.

      I call them up again and again with regards to the complaint, and finally today I get to speak with Dhanesh (Supervisor) at Snapdeal and he explains me that it depends on the availability of the stock.

      Lodged complaint on the same day when the product was delivered, i.e. on 2nd Dec 2011 and I get connected to the Supervisor today, i.e., 7th Dec 2011 => 7 days (5 working days) just to get this information from their customer care, which makes you mad.

      I explain him that you advertise "What you see is what you get" and you show me a black handset on your site without any hint on the condition of stock availability, and send me a white handset. But he still sticks on to his point.

      At first I told him that I would require a replacement. So he tells me that he will get back within 48 hours, and let me know whether the handset can be taken back. After calling them up again n again and then arguing with him, I was fed up and told him that I would like to cancel the order and I don't want to have this handset. And after I told him that now I would like to cancel the order, he said me to call back after 48 hours.

      This is what you get from snapdeal. I hope everybody reads this and be warned on the treatment you get from Snapdeal and their customer service.

        This is in continuation to my earlier complaint against Snapdeal. It has been 1 month since I placed the order on 10th Nov 2011, I got the broken jewellery set on 14th Nov and the reverse pickup happened after calling them thousand times. Inspite of a week passing since the reverse pickup has happened I don't get any mail/confirmation on when I am going to get my jewellery. When my husband called today to find out the status, the uselesss executive (Sakshi) cut the call. Then another useless executive took the 'COMPLAINT' (12242) and said it will take them 10 days to process a check for me as the fresh piece is not available. I do not understand. It takes snapdeal 10 days to process a cheque??? I mean which year are they living in???? And this they had the shame to tell when we called,they didnt feel it important to call and inform us?? We had to call as if we will loose the deal. I don't want any deals from snapdeal and they work slower than the indian post I mean, if at all I had to go to hyderabad to buy the jewellery myself it would have taken me a day or so !!!!!

        Utterly shameless people I was relying on them to get that jewellery set. If you want to gift somebody or wear the jewellery on a special occassion you have to order the piece atleast 6 months before so that the order can crawl and come to you. Because there's no instant service and they DO NOT care for their customers. It was so evident, once we called and asked for it they have SO-CALLED started the processing if we hadn't called they would have kept the money also and the jewellery also !!

          I have Ordered for 8GB SD memory card but they delivered 8GB micro SD memory card. Same day as soon as i receive, i had given customer complaint (Complaint No 13184). They told within 3 days my product will be delivered by reversing pick-up. But what happened is, 3 days after they reverse pick-up 8GB Micro SD card & there is no phone call from snap deal after 1 week time also. Still i am waiting for my product!!!!!

            Products purchased from Sia collections is not worth for the money paid.Snapdeal delivers defective products when u order online and they do not respond i[censored] call them back to register a complaint. Worst online shopping portal and services.

              I bought a voucher from SnapDeal.com. Order No is[protected]. When I went to the merchant ( Jalaram, Pune ) to redeem the voucher, he put forward some additional Terms and Conditions ( like compulsory 3 months subscription ) which was no where mentioned on Snap Deal website when I bought the voucher. When I asked merchant that this is not mentioned on Snap Deal website, they told that its not their problem, we had asked Snap Deal to put these Terms and Conditions and now you contact them only.
              I contacted customer care of Snap Deal and some Mr. Asim told me that they aplogise for this and will get back to me with a resolution in a day or two.
              Now I am trying to get in touch with Asim but everyone on customer care says he is busy and will get back to you and not one is getting back to me. I am feeling harassed and duped by these Snap Deal guys. Can someone please look into this matter and help me and teach this fraud like online voucher / deal selling company Snap Deal?

                Then I checked the MRP of many products on snapdeal.com. What they are doing is wrongfully they are writing hugely inflated MRP and

                  i had purchased an snapdeal voucher for spa services at kalyan lookwell spa my voucher no is 16570719 the owner of lookwell spa is not ready to accept the voucher she says before puchasing you should have enquired with me now we are very busy with our normal business and we cannot entertain snapdeal customer for atleast 2 months this is horrible and total discrimination between snapdeal custimer and normal direct customer to them when i called the spa i booked and appointment for the same services she gave me the next day appointment but when i told them that i have an snapdeal coupon she immd told that we cant accept snapdeal customer
                  this is ridiculous i want an immediate resolution for this and i[censored]r vendor is not accepting ur coupon why u want to entertain such dealers
                  i m ready to go to another vendor for the same service opted in nearby area plz help me for the same by sending me new coupon for the same services of the vendor who is ready to accept the same

                    I ordered a product (Tommy Hilfiger Men’s watch) on Nov 25th via Snap Deal & the same product was delivered to me today. I was very happy they delivered on time but it was a shock when I saw wrong product was packed instead of the one I ordered. I ordered a men’s watch & the one I got was Women’s watch with a white strap. I am totally disappointed with the service you guys do.

                    Now I have to parcel it back to you spending extra bucks from my pocket ! I hope you guys will atleast help me in cancelling the order & do the refund asap.

                      Snapdeal lures customers promising heavy discount of the products listed on their website. They ask you to pay a token amount (say 10%) and get discount from on the merchant when you purchase the product.

                      I also got into trap. I paid Rs 90 in a online transaction from my bank account for getting lunch in ibis hotel gurgaon for 2 persons at 45% discount. Snapdeal has promptly sms me the discount order no #[protected] with two vouchers no #[protected] and[protected] to get it redeemed at the counter. As it was mentioned in the T/C of the voucher to at the appointment in advance, i called the hotel to pre-book. To my surprise Ibis hotel refused to honour these discounts on Sunday when i wanted to visit them.

                      I called up call center of the Snap deal to complaint about the same. They heard my complain but shown inability to influnce the merchant to accept their discount request.

                      I am disgusted by the method of cheating snapdeal is doing online. They should be penalise under the provisions of Indian penal code for online fraund and cheating.

                        I wish to highlight here Order ID[protected] which was placed on 3rd Nov 2011 for purchase of a Casio Ladies watch costing Rs. 2049/- with the respective payment made immediately. Today, even after 15 days, there is no status update from snapdeal's side. I made numerous calls on their customer service helpline @[protected] and spoke to the "call centre executive" who was nothing less than an answering machine, hardly knowing anything more on the status of the order except that it is pending, and will be delivered very very soon.

                        I was referred this cheap (as in fraud) website by a very old friend in Delhi and gave it a try. I did order another item which got delivered almost immediately. But i realised as that was an unbranded inexpensive higher margin product, and they were more than willing to earn quick brownies. The present order is of a branded stuff which is at a fixed price...

                        I want to know how does snapdeal plan to make good the irreparable damage it has caused to me. This watch was supposed to be gifted to somebody very special on 14/11. The letharic approach, mismanagement and selfishness has ended me feeling humiliated and ashamed. I have had to cut a very sorry figure to the person it had to be gifted, plus my family members who rebuked me on trusting the foolishness of snapdeal.com

                        I await response, as now the gift which i was supposed to give becomes useless. I want that they refund me the full amount and compensation as they deem fit as per snapdeal customer service ethics and empathy standards.

                          I had purchased a jewellery set worth rs. 899/- from snapdeal.com last week. When I received it, I noticed that the jewellery the necklace is broken into 2 pieces. The earring was missing a big stone in it. I was shocked. After ruining my purchases with yebhi and other sites, I was thinking at least snapdeal will be proper considering I have made so many purchases here but no :(

                          When I called the customer care executive Pradeep, he said that the courier person will come the next day and asked me to pack the item as it was and give it to the courier person for reverse delivery. The person has still not come and hence I am not able to send it back X-(

                          I was suppose to wear for a function this weekend but now, I am struggling here to send it back and hoping to get a new piece asap.

                          Dear snapdeal, please consider my complaint (ref no. 162671) and act as soon as possible. I am sick and tired of complaining against these online shopping sites.

                          I have posted this complaint 10 days ago and snapdeal people haven't shown the odacity to reply back or take any action. The status of my complaint remains the same. Still no courier person has come for reverse pickup. I am never ever going to do any shopping from snapdeal.com

                          People from the consumercomplaints.in team has to send a mail to snapdeal of how shamlessly they are behaving with the customers. The call centre executives are equally disgusting. i don't understand why does it take so much time to do a reverse pickup. When I ordered the product for COD I got it within 3 days and the money was taken, Are you people just greedy for money, don't you have any shame. If that was the case why lure people into giving discounts. Why should the customers go through hell inspite of paying the full amount. I don't understand. I never made you wait for payments, I gave my full co-operation. Then why is it that I have to suffer like this,

                          I need an explanation for this.

The vendor http://www.topskin.co.in/ is not responding to my phone calls for deliver of the product. Order number: 968. Please do something about www.snapdeal.com and http://www.topskin.co.in/, so that they cannot do fraud with other customers.

                            I order dell laptop order no[protected], but are not delevary.
                            I have ordered a laptop skin, order #5204 from topskin.co.in on 7th June 2017. till today (21st June) the order shows as "pending" and there is no revert from topskin to multiple mails from my end. Somebody picked the call on the listed number on the website, and promised to cancel the order and refund the amount, but after that nothing has changed from the last 11 days. The company looks like a fraud company. I really repent for making the payment in advance, and not opting for COD option. Do not buy anything from them.

Every time i called them they said within 24 hrs we will call you and give you ur shipping detalis...... but still no calls nothing...... product is still under process...... dont know wats hapening.... i thing they are making customers fool...... plz have look into it.. its jst me.. yere are lots more customer facing the same problem......

                                  I have place the following order online with Snapdeal.com on 30.09.2011.
                                  The orders placed online with snapdeal.com, and payments made through Net banking on Sep 31 are,

                                  Total Value 11051.00
                                  Till date they have not dispatched my products and are evasive in reply when asked about the status.
                                  I also have registered a complaint with their customer care No.[protected] on Oct .13th with Complaint No-93722.
                                  I request your Good offices to resolve the issue and restore my money with snapdeal.com.
                                  It's also a listen i have learnt not to deal with such online companies as their genuine interest to serve customers is not proved.
                                  My apologies for disturbing your time and request your valid intervention to restore my payment.

                                    I purchased a snap deal offer with The Hilton Hotel in Mumbai, according to the deal I was required to paid Rs 99 for two persons via credit card online for buffet which I purchased, according to the agreement, the said amount was to be deducted at the time of final billing at the restaurant, however I was informed that no such amount would be deducted and I was misinformed, how could I be misinformed when the details are clearly stated by snap deal on their website.
                                    When I called snap deal about my complaint they asked me to all the work and email them the bill so they could look into it. This is ridiculous, putting the customer through all the inconvenience and grief.
                                    Please do not believe their deals, it's better to reconfirm with the merchant about the agreement before making any payments.
                                    My complaint still remains unresolved !

                                    i got a deal for lunch @ pebbles restaurent mugappair, the deal is valid up to 12 th october, but the restaurent is closed since 12 th of september, i want the amount back which i paid to snap deals for buying the deal. Do the needfull

                                      I have purchased Combo offer from My Grahak.com(order id:5892) through Snap Deal(order id:[protected] on 23rd September 2011 and was committed to be delivered upto 25th September 2011 but upto till date i haven't received any thing even after telephonic & mail conversation from your & yours merchant side, i was totally harassed by both the Sellers as I have already made payments to them.

                                        I have ordered a YES brand Bluetooth headset on 25th September, 2011 which was delevered to me on 28th September, 2011. But to my sheer disappointment the product is faulty i.e. it is never power on.

                                        Well to my surprise snapdeal customer care was very quick to respond to my grievance & within next 5-6 days i have my product replaced that too at home...Thanks snapdeal for such a quick response & cheers to all the customer care team...
                                        Sad - Snapdeal has the guts to ask me my feedback for a problem that has no solution for me :(. What a shame.
                                        I am currently stuck in a problem that was caused due to SDs technical glitch (after the transaction there was a mail informing that it was a failure and it suggested me to retry - and I DID:((). Now, its been approx 45 days from the date of transaction and am still waiting for my fund reversal.
