This is to inform you that I had purchase online through Snapdeal.com on dated 14.1.2011 but purchase was not successfull and same was confirmed by snapdeal (pl see below massage from snapdeal) but Rs. 598/- debited in my credit card and with repetead reminder/mail nither refunded nor reply by snapdeal you are requested to pl look into this matar and arrange to refund at the earliest.

    I purchased four vouchers for hushbabies.

    I tried to use the four for myself so Hushbabies declined 3 and accepted only 1.

    That is fair enough... but now when I have gifted the voucher to someone else all the 3 have been locked by hushbabies and cannot be redeemed.

    Is this logical? If a shop does not accept voucher they will just return them to the customer , have you heard of them taking the vouchers from you so that no one can use them again?

    Hushbabies and Snapdeal are scamming customers together in this.

      I had ordered two products from snapdeal.com on 14 jan2012.one was an earring and the other one was
      a clutch bag. I got the delivery of the earring which was a defective piece.It had holes in the metal on one of the earring.I wrote a complaint to the concerned department and they got back saying since they didn't have return
      courier service in that place i would have to courier it back and they would exchange the product.I agreed to it
      since human error's do happen.The very next day i got the delivery of my second product which clearly says grey
      shimmery clutch.Well it was a brown colored clutch which i never ordered.I again spoke to the concerned people.
      Now again they want me to courier the clutch back.I refuse to do this.Two reasons for the same.First what guarantee is there that they will send the product i want and secondly i don't trust them now.
      Mistake can happen once but with both the things i ordered it looks like snapdeal is a fraud company.Its highly irresponsible on part of the company to not even get back and rectify their mistake.
      I am attaching the pictures of both the products ordered by me.

        I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GALAXY FIT S5670 FROM SNAP DEAL ON 17TH JAN 2012, THE WEBSITE ASSURES A DELIVERY WITHING 7-10 WORKING DAY'S BUT ITS MORE THAN 12 WORKING DAYS AS ON NOW BUT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED FROM SNAPDEAL.COM. WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 27TH JAN 2012 ON TO WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE ATTENTED IN 24-48HOUR'S.. BUT THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT ASSURED IN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME NOR I WAS PROVIDED WITH A FEEDBACK FOR THE SAME. FINALLY AGAIN I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND TELL THEM ABOUT MY ISSUE AND ASKING FOR STATUS I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE DONE AND THE PRODUCT SHALL REACH TO ME IN 3-4 MORE DAYS.. BUT I FEEL AS ON DATE NO DISPATCH DETAILS HAS BEEN PROVIDED YET SO HOW CAN EXPECT FROM THE WEBSITE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON TIME..?? PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME WITH THE SAME..

          This is my 1st snapdeal order and very dissapointing, on 10th jan 2012 i ordered a perfume for women d&g 6 l'amoureux worth Rs.2249 paid cash on delivery and while opening shockingly found a men's perfume 'One by Calvin Klein' i immediately called customercare and they said for reverse pickup n gave me one address, so i sent it back to them, and now they hav recieved back the product, and i'm telling them to send me the right product, they are not sending i m just waiting getting really angry why they need so much time to send me the right product? If they won't send then i wil be forced to take action

          My main point here is why do snapdeal ppl keep such people who don't know to pack the right order??? r they illiterate or they hav the hobby to trouble customers? this case is not 1st i m reading other customer compaints also.

          SnapDeal — wrong product delivery

          I had Ordered for the Mitashi DVD Player Model No: Mi2211 worth Rs 1999 at 4-jun-2011 from snapdeal.
          The product is delivered of worth Rs 1599 (Model Strom), a defective piece with broken remote. My Order ID is:[protected] .I also get the Invoice of 1599.
          I have sent them a mail reg. same at 12-jun-2011.
          I have called then 8 to 10 times.But same excuses that your product will be replaced within 7 to 10 days. But no resolution yet.
          I'm UMAKANT SHARMA i had ordered for the farenheit geek style sunglasses at 15th-may-2012 the product is dilivered of worth RS.749 but my order is change because wrong product delivered by snap deal my order id is[protected]
          I ordered 2 tennis racquets worth 20000 Rs. And my mistake that I ordered using EMI option. The 2 racquets delivered are different. I immediately called customer care and registered complaint #763571. Order Id #[protected]. I received 2 calls from them and both the executives were completely unaware of the problem and didnt know anything they were talking. I feel cheated. They have given me the option to send the product back but reading the reviews here, it seems they are never going to re dispatch.
          I have just order jwell set and ayur cream from snapdeal and its cash on delevery . delevery date is 15 march.
          So what should i have to do accept the product and pay. or not ...
          becuase am checking here various froud cases about product...
          so please suggest what to do beacuse tomarow my product wil be deliver and i wil pay...

            This is regarding non reciept of ordered items. I oredered a Ashmita Black Long Kurta[protected]A Size: M through snapdeal on Janury 11th 2012.
            The order no. was[protected]
            Cost : Rs 629
            I was promised a delivery within a week. But I didn't recieve delivery. I called the customer care and I was told that the ordered item was out of stock and I would recieve a refund. But now the numbers offered for customer care didnt respond to my calls anymore. Whenever I try to call at these numbers from my registered phone my call gets diverted to an announcement.

            Its been 20 days and there has been no delivery, no refund and no response from their side .

                I online purchsed maxima watch (699/-) from snapdeal.com on 13-jan-2012.
                My order/payment was confirmed.
                I received e-mail from snapdeal.com, stating that my order is shipped and will be delivered by 20-jan-2012.
                They have given AWB number for courier. But that number is bogus number as I tried to track my shipment using online track facility (bluedart courier).
                I emailed them 3-4 times but I got replied just once for my first mail. They told me to wait for 24-48 hrs.
                Now as 10 days gone I called to their so called 24 hrs helpline number, but their representative told me that as server is down he can not tell anything about my order and he refuses to register my complaint also.

                Now I emailed them once again.
                I am raising this issue here in consumercomplaint site so that all people should know about this fraud website snapdeal.com.

                Please don't buy anything from snapdeal.com.
                They are looters..... They don't listen to you as they are dumb.

                HI,

                I am looking for your help on order delivery which i ordered on 20th march, 2013 online shopping company "SNAPDEAL".
                earlier they mentioned that product will be delivered by 25th March, but still product has not delivered also main concern for which i want to raise this complaint against them is that I am not able to trace order delivery details and while checking status on website it just shows below message for the last 5 days.
                "Product has been handed over to courier. Please check for tracking details after 12 hours."Est. Delivery Date: Mar 25, 2013"

                Also, when calling them 3 times and asked to raise complaint against the same they always mention that even they are not able to trace to delivery from bluedart courier service. and it will be delivered within next 2 days latest they mentioned product will be delivered by 1st april earlier they mention product will be delivered by 26th march and then 28th march.

                Also no update on complaints which i raised with snapdeal and every time they raise new complaint and dont provide any update via mail/call/sms.

                Looking for your help on this matter.

                I had ordered a book from Snapdeal. According to the tracking website the consignment had reached Pune on 10th of April, but still it has not been delivered to me. I have tried the SO CALLED courier service (Delhivery) contact number several times but it is NOT RESPONDING . Snapdeal customer number is also not responding, (one of the worst customer service I ever seen)
                I thought of collecting my courier from their office, but they are non-existent. Even Just Dial cannot trace or locate them.I think that they are fake...

                I request you to cancel my order and credit my money to my account.

                I lost trust in SNAPDEAL and I will never do online shopping through this website.

                Thanks for reading my complaint and I request you to return the money as soon as possible.

                I placed an order on SnapDeal [order details No.: [protected]] on 16-Jun-2013, they confirmed to deliver it on 19th but did not and said that will deliver in next 3 days. Those 3 days have been over and I have not got the delivery I have already paid the money through net banking and there is no status update from SnapDeal.com. I had other sites where same product was available but I chose SnapDeal but I am not in any position to buy from anywhere else because nobody is confirming me the Order Status. It is still pending. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.

                      Sanpdeal unethically misused consumer money for almost a month, following are sequence of events:

                      1. January 1, 2012 - I booked online order[protected] a perfume worth Rs. 2395/=
                      2. January 3, 2012 - Snapdeal website do not have online order status enquiry facility (link of order status does not work) nor provided any toll free number for customer service, hence customers are forced spend money over STD calls to Delhi number multiple times to get the order status.
                      3. January 7, 2012 - logged complained with Snapdeal.
                      4. January 10, 2012 - contacted call-center for status of order.
                      5. January 17, 2012 - Snapdeal informed order is cancelled and money will be refunded in next 1-3 weeks for bank to process the refund.

                      Conclusion Snapdeal have been unethically misusing consumer money in the name of online deals/shopping/Bank process for almost a month. Multiple consumers have similar complaints about Snapdeal at http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Snapdeal-com-reviews[protected].

                      Indian Cybercrime/Government agencies should investigate unethical business practices of Sanpdeal.com as well disrespectful consumer practices in the name of online deals/shopping.

                      don't buy anything from snapdeal, they are making fool, I have purchase Olay Total Effects Day Cream SPF 15 50g with order:[protected].
                      Complain 1. they deliver this item after 17 days in open condition.
                      Complain 2. My wife is using same cream for last 3 years, but after first use of snapdeal delivered cream got reacted on chick (skin), then i Spoke to snapdeal customer care and he said we can't do anything in this case and also we can's refund your money.

                      so I suggest to all of you, don't buy product or deal from snapdeal.

                        I bought and gifted one ornament to my friend through snapdeal.com. Order No :[protected] worth around Rs.1050.

                        One of my friends said that he encountered the issue with snapdeal that, if the billing address and delivery address are not same, they used to send some junk product instead of original one.

                        So, I contacted the person who received the gift and found that it was not the one which I ordered. That was a birthday gift and for a curtsy she did not show her displeasure about that junk product.

                        Finally, I contacted the snapdeal CS with this issue and got most irresponsible answer(which wasn’t their T&C) “If in case you have receive a different product then you should have reported the issue within 24 hours. Now it would not be possible for us to force the vendor for replacement or refund. “

                        Mean that they do all frauds and you have only 24 hours to react. There must a great deal between snapdeal and their vendors.


                        So folks: BEWARE of snapdeal. Stay away from them. Search some other sites who provide customer protection like eBay.

                        Snapdeal: you should not sell the products where you have no control on vendors. Its looks like “impotent marrying a Miss World.”. so better to change your name snapdeal to SCAM DEAL.
                        You are absolutely right ...
                        They should rename their website to "SCAMDEAL.com" from snapdeal.com

                            I had placed order for 2 tennis racquets from snapdeal.com on 7/7/2012, amounting to INR 20,160/- . Hoping that the order will go fine, I paid using EMI option. The 2 racquets are different in specifications. I even called on Monday(9/7/2012) to confirm, that the order should be for same racquets. But their executive was not ready to listen anything. Constantly, speaking you will get what you see on website and what you ordered. And now this blunder.Both racquets have different specfications. One has 4.3/8 and other has 4.1/4. One has GT technology and other is older model. Weight of both is different. One is 2009 model and ther 2011. I am fine keeping any of the 2, but the racquets should be same.
                            Request you to check/investigate this blunder and let me know which one is available in your stock, so that I can send the other back. Kindly do this asap and arrange a pickup.

                              I alredy sent 3( three) messages to 1909 to register my mobile No. [protected] and [protected] so that un-necessary sms messages by any are not sent. Despite sending repeated requests to the complaint register system of TRAI, it is found that, the above noted company "Snapdeal" are very regularly sending sms messges and thus disturbing me.
                              with this complaint, I like to first register my complaint against TRAI as to why the TRAI authorities have failed to register my numbers for not to disturb me and also why my telephone numbers has been supplied to that company leaving a customer to be disturbed by other . I also like to register my complaint against that disturbing snapdeal.com company and ask the TRAI authorities to take appropriate actions against those .

                                This is regarding the boots cotton buds I ordered through snapdeal. Order ID[protected]. I did not receive the product and I did not get any status update on that for almost 20 days. I called up customer care twice just to hear their usual 'we will get back in 24 hours', but they never replied nor called. I called up again & asked to cancel the order, they said it will be cancelled and the refund will be processed in 7 days, but that too did not occur. Now, whenever I call the customer care, I am getting the usual response 'we will get back in 24 hours'. Moreover, the guys at customer care says that I do not understand what he says. This is the kind of attitude they show towards the customers once we pay the money.

                                  They are sending fake offer to the customer, if we use the discount offer, such product they are not delivering. If they deliver less discounted product also, but the "product are either of very poor quality or damaged one".

                                  They send offer coupons customer and make them browse the products. If customer place third class but costly product, then they will deliver product bought with that discount coupon, else they will simply cancel given some hopeless reason.

                                    (Order Placed On :[protected]:43:14) and paid Rs. 3357/- through net baking, till this day I could not received the product. please give a call to my phone [protected].

                                      My Freind Shagufa had ordered a watch from Snap Deals. the order was placed on 16 december 2011 but till today its not yet delivered. She had tried calling customer care for help but no positive assistance from customer care.
                                      This really unacceptable services are been offered to customer. The vendor even has not shown the curtsy to call customer and update about the status.

                                        Snapdeal is the most laid-back in terms of customer service., They promise that they would give a special discount coupon on first purchase. Not only did they give an invalid coupon code, after I made the purchase of a Blackberry on Snapdeal, their customer care executives do not even have order status for 6 days post placing the order. All they have to say is that it will take 10 working days. A request to expedite the order is out of question. They are just clueless. Pathetic customer service!!!!!! I just read about the watch example above . I am also quite sure, they would let me know on 11th working day that the product is not available. They are hiring from top Indian B schools. I wonder, how they can afford to be so lax in customer service. If I do not get a quality product within stipulated time, I will go to consumer court.
