This pertains to snapdeal.com Order ID:[protected] which was placed on January 31st 2012. The order was partially executed. Remaining refund has not yet been received from Snapdeal.com in-spite of numerous reporting and followups.

Whenever a call is placed to their Delhi call center, they report of a system error and are always unable to update on the status.

The website is pathetic in after sale services.br...

Hidden clauses

This is utter nonsense. If the deal says INR 17280 for two people travelling together , why do you have to mentioned another clause stating valid only for one person.

Why cant you make it clear it would cost 32560 for two person.

I have been using snapdeal for a while now & this comes as a shock & loss of trust with hidden clauses. Playing around with english language !!

Vouchers locked and not allowed to redeem

I purchased four vouchers for hushbabies.

I tried to use the four for myself so Hushbabies declined 3 and accepted only 1.

That is fair enough... but now when I have gifted the voucher to someone else all the 3 have been locked by hushbabies and cannot be redeemed.

Is this logical? If a shop does not accept voucher they will just return them to the customer , have you heard of them taking the vouchers...

I online purchsed maxima watch (699/-) from snapdeal.com on 13-jan-2012.
My order/payment was confirmed.
I received e-mail from snapdeal.com, stating that my order is shipped and will be delivered by 20-jan-2012.
They have given AWB number for courier. But that number is bogus number as I tried to track my shipment using online track facility (bluedart courier).
I emailed them 3-4 times but I got replied just once...

regarding order status

i recently ordered a FASTRACK watch on SNAPDEAL.COM, on[protected] and made the payment online.
the product page says that the delivery is made within 7-10 days of payment but ten days have passed and my product hasnt even been shipped yet!

even the customer care department of the said service/product provider(www.SNAPDEAL.com) did not take any proper action action regarding the shipping of the item...
