PATHETIC customer service

Till now recommended for nearly 15 people and i feel shame for referring SNAPDEAL to MY FRIENDS.

Recently i purchased one Pen-drive for my friend.I suggested him to purchase from online rather going to shop, but he is not interested and convinced him to go for COD, he agreed, I purchased the product using the 100 coupon.

My money struct with them, they simply enjoy the interest and play with the customers .

I have Ordered a Philips Food processor (Rs. 3300/-)
however received the wrong product (Nova hair straightener) worth Rs. 500/-
My Order ID - [protected] and Item Philips HR7625 Food Processor. And complaint number 3841840.
Snapdeal Costumer care said that they will arrange a reverse pick up for the wrong product and will send the product in 3-4 days what i have ordered.

This thing happened on 7th November. From 7th to 21st November i have called the customer care Snapdeal more them 15 times. Every time they extend the date and tell me to wait. Its been 15 days. No one has come to pick up the wrong product. I am fed up with this.

Kindly do the needful.

I ordered iBall Cherry Deskset (USB) from Snapdeal on line shopping on[protected], But I received iBall Cherry V9, and I have given complaint but again they are providing wrong product, I have wasted one month approx. But still I am receiving wrong order, I have logged complaint in snapdeal customer care four times, But every time they provide wrong product, Now they suggested me to cancel the order or get back your payment, they have harrased me so much and already wasted my time.
Sir when I ordered this iBall Cherry Deskset (USB) on[protected], at that time this this order is showing in available,
But during for time replacement they never told me that it is out of order, and in site it is showing that product is available, but today they updated their site update this product is out of order, they are providing wrong information and misguiding the customer, please verify when i ordered it was available.one thing more if it is not available at that time when i ordered how can it registered and why dont that time they told me that we do not have that product, it is my humble request please provide me justice

    I have bought a necklace set from online from Snapdeal but it was a damaged product and when I called customer care they said that it would be replaced within 17 working days. But it has crossed more than 2 months and there is no replacement.

    i m vijay from chennai. I recently bought a new sony xperia mini mobile for 9999 rupees from snap deal online purchase. they delivered lately. when i open it for first time and switched on , mobile made a big vibration like its going to blast. i cannot suddenly switch off too. screen blinking and options are not worked. so i removed battery and made a complaint. after 3days they mailed to go for service centre. i got tensed. generally if any one use mobile and got prob means will go for service. but here new fresh mobile itself problem and they told to go service centre. For this where i should hit my head. if i call customer support means they too saying to service , and in rude manner they saying as we not responsible and its your problem. i dono wat to do. pls any one help me out. they will not replace mobile also and wil not refund money also.
    i going to file a case. i m in hectic. pls anyone help me.

    very poor product i think they import from grey market.

      I have placed an online order of Force Elite Brown Men Watch. Sms came to my Mobile number that my will shipped by Blue Dart and expected delivery date in April 6th 2012. My Tracking number is [protected]. the Complaint arises when i didnt received my Watch at the evening of 6th April and make a call to Official Blue Dart office in Panki on Land line no. [protected]. the person who received my phone call , disconnected my call several time without giving any answer. I make 15 times call. At the 16th time of call on Land line no. [protected] person told me that he is not capable to say about my Tracking number [protected]. It was so disappointing for me . These type of employee crushing ur pominant company`s image in market. Kindly take Necessary Official Action against such employee and inform me. This time i have no idea where is my Watch and when it will be delivered to me. Actully its very Shameful. Kindly take all the necessary steps and inform me when my watch will delivered to me.

        I order for a Belkin Swift laptop Backpack Online from Snapdeal.com and paid the full amount via net banking. Snapdeal has delivered me incorrect product (a Belkin Swift Top loader laptop bag). It has been 10 days since I raised the complaint in snapdeal (complaint number 353938) and I have not received the resolution. As per my last conversation with a representative of Snapdeal, she confirmed a hand replacement of the product over the phone to me however she send an e-mail with something we did not discuss (that I should send a courier to snapdeal of the incorrect product that they have delivered to me). I will not send any courier to them and I am looking forward to get my money back at the earliest possible.

        Please take some serious action on this.

          I purchased an item from snapdeal.Com on January 20, 2012.

          I received an email informing me about the dispatch of the product. After few days I tracked my product and found that the product has been returned back due to the house closed. More shocking was that the product was dispatched to mumbai ( maharashtra ) instead of cambay ( gujarat ) the distance between mumbai & cambay is approximate 550 kms. How is it possible that a product which has been dispatched for gujarat went to maharashtra.

          Finally, I asked the company to refund my money and they assured me that they will issue me a refund immediately. But even after such a long period of time ( about 2.5 months ) I have not been able to receive the money into my bank account.

          I already discussed this issue with one of the executive of the company on telephone.

          He assured me to resolve the problem within next 24 hours. Every time I enquired about my refund they answered me the same.

          It has been more than 2 and half months now now but I haven't received any satisfactory response from the company.


          I am really very sorry that I made my purchase with such a company.

          My shopping experience with snapdeal.Com is really very annoying.

          I was not expecting this type of ridiculous treatment from snapdeal.Com


          kindly take strict action on the company so that they practice to treat more gently, friendly and co-operative with a customer.
          hi friend i too faced problem with snapdeal.i ordered a watch on their website it was not shipped for more than 40 days.they gave fake reasons each time when i called them.i raised the issue on facebook on their wall.then i described my whole problem with snapdeal and shared in social networking .then they contacted and responded quickly to problem and finally they accepted that product is out of stock and i got the money refund within 8 days.i i feel you could also raise the issue through FACEBOOK.you sue them through facebook and spoil their reputation all the best

            On March 17, 2012, I had purchased one pendrive from SNAPDEAL.COM. First time after the payment made, I received error. Instantly I had received a mail from SNAPDEAL.COM stating

            'We noticed that your purchase at Snapdeal.com wasn't completed
            'In case the amount has been debited from your account, don't worry - we will refund it'

            Then once again I tried & this time, it was successful. I had received 1 product accordingly.

            But I found 2 transactions in my bank statement. Immediately I contacted SNAPDEAL.COM. They asked me for the screenshot of bank statement. I had provided that also.

            But still the money (which is charged for unsuccessful attempt) isn't refunded back.

            PFA the screenshot (1>bank statement, 2> snapdeal.com unsuccessful payment mail). I have removed the card no for security issue.

              My order ID is[protected]. I bought an collection of amar chitra katha books on 11th of March, today is 29th of March and still haven't received my order. Worst of all, the estimated shipping date as 24th of March. I have complained to Snapdeal several times and get the same bureaucratic answers "we don't have stock", "I've escalated this to concerned department", "we will ship it soonest". I don't want my order to be refunded and just need the item as soon as possible. Even they gave me an escalation request # 348080 few days back, but haven't heard from them yet.

              Overall Very Frustrating experience !!

              This is the most pathetic experience I have ever had with an e-commerce company.

              The customer care of Snapdeal is nothing bunch of liars which keeps on giving hope to the callers that they working in the background to get things resolved. BUt when the promises gets repeatative its too late.

              I had ordered Bajaj JX10 Juicer Mixer Grinder (Order #[protected]) on[protected]. Unfortunately paid the entire amount, as per my previous experiences with other e-commerce companies. Expecting the product will be delievered within 4 days, and the date of delivery given to me was 1st April. Till date the product never reached my place and I've been calling up the customer care of Snapdeal and the courier company Snapdeal has tieup with (Ecom Express).

              Both have been making a fool of me by lying each day that the product will be delieverd the next day. This is the most insensitive customer care / helpdesk I have ever interacted with. They expect us to believe the same lies which they keep on throwing at us on every call. I can name each and every agent with whom I have spoken too.
              On 2nd April I spoke to Vikas (disconneted the call and didnt bother for a callback), Ravi, then transfered to Floor supervisor Abhishek. Abhishek promised (which happened to be a namesake one) that he will be escalating with the courier company. Ddnt recieve the product till evening. Called up the courier company, the product was not even picked up from their local warehouse. Dont know what escalation are there for !!! On 3rd April luckily got chance to interact with Floor supervisor Abhishek, to which was given the same standard apology and the escalation lines.

              Snapdeal customer care have changed the definition of escalation and SLA's.

              Just want my refund processed as I dont want my money to be stuck with Snapdeal for ages till the order comes to my doorstep (if at all it comes) and me rejecting it. Or else I will be forced to think its just another scam in India making money by fooling common man.

              Kunal Bahl, expecting that you will be looking into this issue and not ignoring this issue, thinking that one unsatisfied customer wont make a difference.

                I ordered a maxima gold braclet divine watch on snap deal. They processed it in 7 working days and when i opened my parcel i got to see that i got a totally different watch. It was a leather strap watch . I called them to log a complain. they told that my complain will be processed in 24 working hour.
                after 5 days i got a call from snap deal and they told me that please return back the watch and 12 days after they will get the product return, they will send me the watch i ordered.
                Is this the service provided by Snap Deal.

                  I purchased a voucher on the 20/03/12 from snap deal.com for a spa called revital mantra in noida. The price list mentioned in the website made me think that the salon will be extraordinary, kerala full body massage for 1000 and facial for 1800 exotic manicure and pedicure for 600. The discount was 84 % so I thought it sounds like a good deal but before I pourchase the voucher i chekced few complaints on this website and they were all negative and had a bad opinion about snap deal and the oulets which are included are not even worthy of the price you pay after discount. I didn't care about the complaints because I wanted to try and i bought the voucher, i called the outlet and fixed an appointment. when I went there once i said I have a snapdeal voucher then the girl at the reception gave me a frown and asked me if i want to upgrade the services, she said that that's basically just for promotion, i said no i dont want to upgrade so she asked me to pay 720 before availing the services and then she asked one behen ji who doesn't look at all like a professional masseuse to me and she told her snap deal, the other woman asked me to follow her, she could barely move, the salon was aweful, the place where the massage was held was small and compleatly not calm, she brought oil in a plastic container, the oil smelled so bad and i didnt feel relaxed at all cause they were some people talking so loud and that massage had nth too do with a kerala massage, it was a basic usless massage. the pedicure was ok but nth exotic and the manicure was pathetic, the facial was a disaster and they said if i want to have the haircut which was mentionned in snapdeal offer list then i have to pay 250 or i ll get just a trimming. I advice you all to never purchase any voucher from snapdeal because basically there is no deal, the spas are cheap , smelly , the staff are unprofessional, not worthy of any single ruppe you pay. and at the outlet they make you feel very bad as if they are doing those services for free.

                  i agree and have faced such situation too...snapdeal doesnt have a structure for complaint resolution of customers .! they wont help u at all...so complaining them is baseless.! they advertise fake and false.!
                  I agree The REVITAL MANTRA is duping the customers.. the set up is shady with very small cabins, and so messy.. is their massage.. Never GO to REVITAL MANTRA they are looters, they are extorters, because they do not provide the services better, they ask you to pre pay before availing services.. TAfter fixing the prior appointment thety kept me waiting for 45 Minutes then, the girl doing the massage was so irressponsible about the customers.. Can you believe it during the course of massage she left me in that state and was missing for one haour.. I had to rub the oil myself and came poput .. the rest of the services they were not willing to do.. they weere so rude.. how can they treat the clients like this.. they are only concernerd about the money... Because they take money first .. they say( they do so with snapdeal customers) we are left with no choice... I was feeling so cheated and depressed that I was about to cry... with the kind of treatment they did.. Sinceit was their closing time... all the girls wanted to go.. and not willing to give the rest of services( facila, waxing)... Look at them they said since girls are not available, you can use boys serivices ...This was HIGHTS.. I could not bear further INSULT.. I LEFT THE place cursing snap deal and RIVTAL MANTRA.. PLS PLS PLS DONT DOnt GO TO RIITAL MANTRA.. dont get fooled by the website they have.. They are the extorters and the criminals sitting their.. I will haeve no surprises if they are doing illegal activities also there...
                  I agree with above comments. Revital mantra people are just cheaters, the lady sitting at reception who calls herself dietician look like a fat buffalo. I dnt know how can she advice other people about diets. The manager and the assistant manager were so rude and bad. I went there for tummy reduction services and after so many sessions I dint even lost a single cm. And on top of that when I complained they dint even listend. I felt like slapping all of them. Bloody cheaters. No one should go there and revital mantra should be closed. They are cheaters bloody money suckers.

                  I purchased the Times Deal of Revital Mantra for Loreal Hair Rebonding (Any Length), Hair Spa & Haircut worth Rs 2200 @ Revital
                  Mantra.

                  When I called them they were very polite but when I reached their the first thing that happened was that the lady at the reception took me to a room and started up selling my package .The AC was off, water was not provided but up selling had already started.

                  When I refused she made a face and the best part was in the website it was written Rs.2200 but she asked me to pay Rs.3370.She said Rs.500 extra for wash and the rest is registration charge. Registration charge …where am I registering I asked ;on
                  which the package came down to Rs.3070

                  My second surprise was that the staff there are not at all organized. Anybody would assist the person doing the hair be it the female sweeping and cleaning the room etc or be it the receptionist.

                  It was so so unhygienic…And the person doing my hair suddenly vanished for assisting some other client who was a regular client of theirs.

                  And the best part ; I had done the rebonding on 5th July 2014 and got it washed on 7th July 2014 and my hair started curling within 1 week and today being 23rd of July2014 it does not look like rebonding hair…

                  I had done rebonding twice before through different deals and my hair was perfect both the times and also lasted long but Revital Mantra, Sector-18, Noida was pathetic…

                  I want to SUE Revital Mantra, Sector 18, Noida for cheating and duping customers like this. I want my Hard Earned Money (Rs.3070)
                  which I spend on a useless, unhygienic service Back…

                  I do not want to go back to Revital Mantra ever… not even to take my money back… I want it in my account ASAP.

                  My complaint in not about Snapdeal but the saloon itself. I have been going there twice a year for Hair color only, and each time they have charged me a different amount. I tried to talk to them about it but they made stupid excuses like new taxes, or this time the hair wash was not included etc. So one time I called them from a friend's number and enquired about the price of hair color and they said its only 2500 and they have been charging me around 3000 each time or more. I have the bills and I tried to confront them about it but they just ignored me. And I hate it how they always try to sell you the upgrades even when you are paying the highest prices.

                  I too had a horrible exp with Revital Mantra NOIDA brach, i converted my gym membership to beauty services as i ws not able to continue with it. I took d appointment one week before on d day i had to wait for almost an hour for waxing. I gave dem a suggestion that lets to d other services next week dey denied. As they were busy servicing there regular clients the facial that ws to be done worth Rs 1500 ws done by the weight loss therapist and the lady who give body massages as a consequence it ws pathetic dey didnt know the steps, d gurl dont know wht amount of bleach is to be mix n applied, no back massage, blackheads was nt removed i dont know wht i ws doing in a clumsy room with no AC, sombdy ws doing clean up somone else did so call facial.ALso the cream which dey applied gave a burning sensation i complained dey applied different cream dis tym .I gave my feedback dere only to which dey had no answers, i shared d sam thing with the gurl who is in beauty services she replied if I am satisfied with the service she wud redo it somtime later 10 /15 days thinking i will gt another facial i left d place, dey r nt doing it for free i hav paid for it dey made me feel that dey r just clearing som sort of liability from dere heads. whn i called after 10 days for the facial appointment HEMA who manages the centre bluntly refused it that dey wont redo it also its my piont of view . I told her its my experience and feedback abt dere services . she said someone from the beauty services wud hv done my opinion wud hv been same... dis is bizaaree n ht of anything . dey r jst concern abt d money and nt d services . the center is worse whn it comes to client habdling and management. earlier also in 2014 whn i gone dere for the gym conversion dey faked d price of spa n body massage n told me dey hv revised d rates d price list has still nt com from printing with revised rates . still i went dere i regret it now.i dont suggest ddis place for anything .Also dey tool different price for gym from its different members ...absurd place.

                    This is in reference to the subject order number which is[protected]

                    It’s a complaint on the pathetic and defficient service of your company which has no goodwill in the market. The subject deal was purchased after going through the relevant terms and conditions. The subject deal was of a restaurant in Kolkata named “The Sonnet”. When i called up today for prior appointment to book a table the concerned person in the Hotel said “Our tables are fully booked for tonight” BUT when i called from a different number and did not announce in advance of the coupon of SnapDeal they readily accepted the booking. Further after the confirmation when i said i have coupon they said you cannot use the same.

                    Where was it written in the deal that you cannot use the same on Saturdays and Sundays?? Is this the repute of your company??Your vendors are denying service on the use of your name??NOTHING BUT MORAL HARASSMENT AND EMBARASMENT.

                    Further when i called up the customer care : Miss Ahira said “ i Can’t commit to get you a table today,if you want we can get the money refunded”
                    This is the way your customers are being handled in such rude tones. I don’t know how you tend to keep your customers.

                    Hope you can improve, although i see no scope for the same.

                    PS : HOPE THE MONEY GETS REFUNDED IN TIME. PLEASE STOP FOOLING PEOPLE AND MENTION THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROPERLY. FOR EXAMPLE: IN THE INSTANT CASE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN THE DEAL CANNOT BE USED ON WEEK ENDS.

                          This is utter nonsense. If the deal says INR 17280 for two people travelling together , why do you have to mentioned another clause stating valid only for one person.

                          Why cant you make it clear it would cost 32560 for two person.

                          I have been using snapdeal for a while now & this comes as a shock & loss of trust with hidden clauses. Playing around with english language !!


                          This is purely a case of fooling people. I am sure there would be thousands of people falling into this trap everyday.

                            Don't trust snapdeal. I ordered one neutregena fine fairness mask (Rs 89)using the first purchase discount of Rs 50 . My order number was[protected]. It showed I have to pay Rs 39 on COD. But when I received the package it was printed I have to pay Rs 89 with no sign of discount . Bitterly I paid the whole amount and took put the product to see if it was ok and to my disappointment I found out it was a limited offer pack with Rs 26 discount . So I paid more for the product than it's MRP. I'm not going to buy from them again. Beware of this site, overall it's a bad experience for me.. I fell for the discount and ended up paying much more for the product .

                              I placed and order no[protected] on 17/2/12 for full sleeve tantra tshirt code CRIKCKET-CHOCO. Right from placing order to the shipment , at every stage i had a very bad experience.Following are the issues unresolved:

                              1. As a first time shopper on snapdeal.com i should get promotional discount of INR 50 ,that i never got.When i checked the pathetic customer support after holding the line for 30 min , they said that they will correct the invoice amount so that i get the promotional discount . I never got it.

                              2. They delivered the item that was completely different from the one that i had ordered.I actually ordered full sleeved tshirt for my nephew , instead they delivered a half sleeved tshirt. The delivered product is not what i intend to gift my nephew and i felt ashamed of that.

                              3. Emails sent to customer support when without any heed/action.unsupportive customer support.

                              Guys please beware SNAPDEAL.COM is a big liar and never deliver the correct items.

                              Peothe who resided in US where customer satisfaction is the top most priority of business have experiened excellent treatment when they buy anything from amazon etc With the same impression they try in INdia But one thing they forget is India is full of cheats from the lowest level beggar to the topmost politician This treatment of non responding is not with commodity alone it is with insurance, bank deals, real estate promoters, two wheeler dealers, service centres of vehicles and what not Hence it is not unique and they should expect in every activity VANDE MATHARAM HAS turned into VANDU EMAATHAROM I have experienced this with a reputed Bank and LIC

                                  On 4th feb 2012 I ordered product to snap deal i.e Fusion Jewellery against item code no. 996794 (Fusion white pearl beads set with Mahroon strings), My snap deal reference no. was #p[protected] (against AWB no. [protected]) as per delivery note. For the same I paid RS. 1299 as a value chargers, product was delivered to me on 7th feb against my order requst made on 4th feb. The sealed box was delivered to me with a written description on the box as I placed the order. After reading the material on the box I paid the amount to the delivery boy and accepted the delivery, when I opened the sealed box I found a different product inside the box (???) immediately I lodged a complaint to the customer care of snap deal regarding wrong delivery against my order, the reference no. which was given to me was 20991 by concern call attended person, and he assured me within 24hrs. the product will be replaced. For your kind information sice 7th feb 2012 till writting a complaint for your kind reference no one from snap deal came to exchange the product as ordered and wrongly delivered neither communicated to us by a phone call or email, when I called up to the customer care of snap deal on 12 feb then customer care representative (Mr. Rajiv) and supervisor (Ms. Shruti) refused to change the product and straightly said come and change product by your own and we have delivered whatever had been ordered to us, such kind of calls are not been entertained by snapdeal customer service, when I told them to change my product otherwise I complain to consumer forum they said you are free to make an complaint but we cannot change our S.O.P

                                  I will request you to take up this matter with snap deal and help me to replace my correct order against the wrong delivery which is blender made by snap deal.

                                      Till date I have not received the product in hand, whenever I call the customer care they are saying that product is out of stock and in 2 or 3 days i would be receiving the product, today when i called asking for the update they are comming back to me saying the to do the shipment of the product will happen only next week. Now i am not sure if ever i will get the product so I have cancelled the deal and asked them to reimburse the money back to me.

                                      The most funny part is the customer care executives, neither they have any idea to respond nor they have any knowledge...I felt as if I was talking to automated machines...they keep repeating the same answer...

                                      Actually my friend had recommended not to do any purchase on SNAP DEAL as they are absoulte fakes...but like a stupid i went ahead and placed an order..today I regret my decision...

                                      Suggest you guys to watch out when you place an order in SNAPDEAL, they actually SNAP the DEALS after placing an order...they live upto their name..

I purchased a set of pearl studs and chain.But the studs is seen different.One have 2 petals and the other have 3.I contacted over phone to their office and as per their direction I returned it through blue dart courier.They denied the parcel and send it back when i contacted them they told it has been rejected because the set was incomplete.After talking with them over phone they accepted to take the article back and to refund the money.They communicated through mail and agreed to give the money back.but now they are asking me to register another complaint.Please do the needful to get me justice for me.Hoping that my humble request will be fulfilled.
