I had ordered a laptop Lenovo G50-70 Laptop[protected] from snapdeal.com. Details : Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on Tue, 09 Jun, 2015 on 15th jun i got a laptop G50- 70 Notebook[protected] (Actually i belongs to IT so i have checked the product instantly because i know that snapdeal is a fraud. A common person does not checks product model instantly.) The more interesting thing is that i got invoice for my actual product(Very fraud work - warranty will never work) this laptop does not have good configuration as compared to G50-70 Laptop[protected] I made a complain by calling c care on 16th june. Complain no. registered was 02521437. They told me that we are very sorry, we have arranged a reverse pickup with fedex so plz wt. 3 days.After 3 days i again called c care they told that we are very sorry, we are escalating the issue and plz allow 2 days for reverse pickup. I called many times till today and i am getting same answer that it will be picked up plz wait. Snapdeal sent product through Gojavas couries( having reverse pickup facility), for reverse pickup snapdeal told me it will be done by fedex courier. But i got information that fedex does not have reverse pickup in my location. No one courier is available here to accept laptop and send to snapdeal address. So i finally came to conclusion that snapdeal is a big fraud company, they have changed product many times to me in my history. I will go to consumer court soon. I request all viewers of this complain plz don't buy anything from snapdeal.com. I recommends Amazon.in and Flipkart.com, they never changed product which you order. My product is still in box which i have packed for reverse pickup.

I am using a low configuration model laptop Forcefully and you say that problem has been solved. You have done a fraud work completely.

You have taken my money for higher configuration laptop a provided a low configuration laptop.

Did you provided any compensation for this?

    So this is tried reverting back to the [protected]@snapdeal.com also tried the contact us section, half the links don't work and give me error's. Respected Operation's Manager/Vice President/ President/ CEO (Kunal Bahl, Rohit Bansal), First of all I am hoping this hyperlink to send this mail across is working and my outcry, my plea reaches out to you loud and clear, beyond a supervisor and customer service representative. If you really are the brand that talks about winning the trust of the customer beyond endorsing high profile celebrities then please do have the decency to read this mail and revert accordingly. To cut the long story short, I placed an order for an ordinary product on your e commerce web portal SNAPDEAL.COM for a product called "Windus Black Faux Leather Men's Loafer" which is just a local brand with not even brand label on the shoe. Nor is this brand name on the box delivered. Its just an ordinary white shoe box. The number is Order ID: [protected] which is merely worth Rs 499 out of your million dollar trading transaction's per day. The order is in the name of Yusuf Hatimbhai to make it easier for you to pull up the details. The order was for cash on delivery and I was really impressed as to how fast the product reach me before the date of delivery. But for the first order I placed on SNAPDEAL.COM to my misery the product turn out to be a disaster of a low quality local brand, shabbily pasted like it is done by shoe cobbler sitting on the streets. My father's shoe size is nine which is standard size measured in many a local stores in the city. Sadly the so called size nine by "Windus" also does not fit him, leave alone fitting him, he could not even put his feet through the shoe opening. That is a brief synopsis of what the issue is in terms of the shipment. But my major problem is with SNAPDEAL.COM, the lack of communication, coordination and mismanagement. Even worse is there is no employee who wants to take the ownership of the issue and have it resolved. For instance the very next day in the morning that I registered a return request of this particular product on my way to work. I received a text message intimidating me that the product will be recollected in some 90 mins approximately, there was no number of the delivery boy or the shipping company to let them know I am at work and wont be able to handover the product to you. I called up the customer service, if you can pull up the calls through my contact number, the lady who picked up assured that my request to have the product returned before a particular time has been processed. Ever since nobody has turned up. I keep getting intimidation that everything is fine but nothing seems to be resolved. The differences and the lack of coordination the SNAPDEAL.COM has with its shipping parter JAVAAS is not my responsibility, inspite of that the second person tells me I do not have the otherisation to co ordinate with them, sounds completely riduclusly stupid even listening to that a company cannot communicate with its own shipping partner. I even call the shipping company and have the pick up time scheduled requested since I am working person just like you and my time and work is also valuable.This information was also provided to me by one of the representative's. Every call that I make to customer service is also chargeable and is not a toll free number unlike many of your competitors. I have spoken to four different representatives and a supervisor. I have also called the courier service provider multiple times, all these calls have been recorded by me, if required and you cannot pull up the calls through your records then let me know I will attach and sent them to you. I have missed multiple days of work for this product to be returned, have called and mentioned so many times for the product to picked up and returned at specific time interval and first half in the morning since it is the month of Ramadan, we remain extremely busy praying all day and night fasting if you did not know that. This is has been a total harassment for me and my family. What's worse is I have been waiting here and I get mails after mails that there were attempts to have the product collected from my place but I was not there, when I have been missing my work and prayers sitting here waiting for GO Javaas to have it collected. I even got a mail stating that the customer has decided to keep the product when i have clearly stated the defects and reason why I do not wish to keep it for my father and have it returned. The 4 representative assured me to have trust and told me that it is our responsibility and our product, we will have it collected, do not worry and to ensure your satisfaction we have already processed your refund which you will be receiving shortly. So why so much confusion and contradiction ? It is not my responsibility to be doing SNAPDEAL's jobs!!! When nobody has shown up since I put up a request and have the pick up rescheduled then why send false information? This is absolutely pathetic. How do you ( Mr Bahl/ Mr Bansal) plan to solve my problem? Will you the owner of the company take the ownership and have the courtesy to atleast reply back to my email, if not compensate me for the time and harassment I have faced unnecessarily or should I put this email VIRAL on social media and the consumer court with all the details for them read the kind of service SNAPDEAL provides? This is not a threat but will certainly not do a great deal of good for people to listen to the calls and recording on YOUTUBE the world over. All this for petty issue which should have been solved and executed smoothly. Looking forward to your reply ( Mr Bahl/ Mr Bansal) not an executive or supervisor or team leader in customer service. Kindly forward the mail to him and ensure that he replies. I am sure he should be more than happy to be speaking to a customer without much of an issue. Do not act smart and revert back on his behalf. Thanking you.

    Please do not give me parroting words cause your apoligies are meaningless. It sounds like a tape recorder playing it over and over again but without any results. I was promised by a supervisor yesterday that my product would be reverse picked up today but today was another day of inconvenience where the delivery boy from another logistic companies "MUJHE ISMEIN PHASA DIYA, MEIN TOH DUSREIN JAGAH ORDER KE LIYEIN AAYA HOON, AAJ TOH NAHI HO PAYEGA" this a routine dialogue I have to keep following up with your logistic companies when this is your bloody job. So if you can read ENGLISH beyond copy pasting words in email. GET YOUR MANAGMENT TO RESPOND TO THIS. 4 CONSECUTIVE PAINFUL DAYS OF COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR HOPELESS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGMENT

    HOW DO THE PLAN TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY PHONE CALLS, MY TIME, MY MISSED DAYS OF WORK AND MOST OF ALL MY PRAYER'S IN THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMAZAN.

      Worst service I have ever experienced with online shopping with Snapdeal. I ordered an HP 15 R284TU laptop on 17th June 2015 and was given a faulty product. When I requested for replacement, order status kept saying it was order with different seller. It was ordered with two different sellers other than the one it was originally ordered with. When I requested for order cancelation and refund, they promised me a text and an email in next 48 hours confirming that the order has been canceled which was never sent. I had to make another call to get the complaint number. but since it was not canceled from snapdeal, I thought of giving them another chance and decided to wait for the product as I needed it urgently. when I about to receive the replacement order, order status started saying it is about to deliver on or before 29th June 2015 but as per courier company that it is detained( Current Status: Detained At JAIPUR LPC due to Reason: RTO AGAINST RE-DISPATCH-UNTRACEABLE ). I have made numerous calls and was informed that the delivery cannot be committed on time as it is detained(as per courier company delivery status) today I called the courier company and they denied helping me with any query and asked me to call snapdeal only for any sort of query. I called snapdeal and they sounded clueless about the product delivery and asked me wait another 48 hours and when I denied to hang up on the call and asked them initiate refund on the same, they asked me wait until they get the product back but no one knows where the product is. further when I asked them to send me an apology mail containing whatever promises they made to me, the denied and sent me an apology mail stating that canceled order which is in non cancelable status I have experienced all this crap even when the payment was made all in advance.       i do not understand why the refund has not been initiated yet. How much time you need to refund money when the product is not being delivered. this is seriously pathetic service i have ever experienced and advised people not to use SNAPDEAL at all.

        To snapdeal.com, Complaint no : 02738902 Order ID: [protected] You deliver a wrong product to me and then after requesting for a return, you pick up the product. After picking up the product, you don't refund me my money back! When I contact snapdeal.com on their number ( [protected] ), your executives are giving horrible information and are telling the product has not been picked up yet! When finally one executive decided to transfer the call to the supervisor and the supervisor told me, the refund has been rejected from the finance team and I won't get the product back! WHAT IS THIS? JOKE? Edit : It's been 48 hours and I still didn't get the answer even after your promised! I would also like to add this : Even I'm ready to accept the fact that you won't provide me the refund but atleast give the product which I ordered for.

          I ordered a puma contest sneaker shoe. But when I got the package the shoe was missing. I called snapdeal regarding this issue and also e-mailed them but they told they can't do anything about this.The order id was [protected] and the suborder id is [protected] and the amount of the shoe was 1620 INR. I ordered the shoe on June 19, 2015 and the empty box was delivered on 24th June, 2015

            I would like to bring to your notice that one of the product (order No:[protected]) ordered via SnapDeal has been cancelled without bringing ​to my notice despite the payment has been successfully made. I had placed an order for Aurion Steel Chrome Dumbbell 5 Kg ( 2.5 Kg Each) on[protected]:54:25 with sub-order number [protected] for the price of INR 825.00. Post cancellation and as of today I see the price is INR 4000 since there is a weekend sale happening. Post liaising with SnapDeal customer support executives (Jyoti Neigi & Sulthana Khan), I understand that one of my order got cancelled due to technical glitches on the site and amount refund is in process. Though I didn't get the proper answer from them on what was the actual technical issue encountered. All I got was an abrupt answer stating "Sorry sir, we cant do anything here, your amount will be placed to your account back soon". Just wondering, how can a technical glitches stay on a open commercial site like Snapdeal for more than ten days and getting addressed during the weekend campaigns with higher price shown for the same product!! As a customer all I could sense is that this order was cancelled just to increase the price and Snapdeal doesn't care for the customer service and commitment made despite payment has been taken. I had purchased the product by making complete payment on 23rd June, however I got the cancellation email from SD on 27th June stating that one of the order has been cancelled & without any proper reasons. As per the executives update, that might have caused due to the prices difference. ​This was one of my favorite pro​duct which I was looking forward and all I got this disappointment from SnapDeal. I feel, this is not an right approach from a company like SnapDeal to cheat or provide an ineffective service to the customers.​ Trust I need to stop making any transaction via the Snapdeal site from this time forth.​ ​However, I still​ hope to hear back from one of you for my plea.

              Snapdeal has once again outperformed itself in providing extremely pathetic customer service. I ordered a rain coat on 09:17 PM, Wed, 10 Jun, 2015 (Order ID: [protected]) and after waiting for 16 aggravating days and contacting snapdeal multiple times and banging my head on the wall finally got the product which is not what I ordered. I ordered Versalis Desire Suit Black Polyester Rainwear and what I got is some cheap quality Challenger rainwear. I have clicked some pics that you can asses your self. What I ordered Versalis Desire Suit Black Polyester Rainwear What I got Cheap Challenger Raincoat I ordered black colour What I got green colour I ordered L size What I got M size Picture on your site shows wellcrow strap on sleeves One I got has elastic and is 2 inches short on sleeves I ordered a decent looking Rainwear What I got can make Sharukh Khan look like a clown. Its so pathetic

              I booked Mototrance Bike Rain Suit With Shoe Rain Cover with order No. [protected] but what I got some cheap quality "AutoFurnish" rain suit with shoe rain cover with small size... it is disgusting. I want to replace/exchange it with ORIGINAL Mototrance Bike Rain suit with shoe rain cover as soon as possible as monsoon is already exhists. It is really shocking that snapdeal is doing such kind of worst and careless service with the customers while snapdeal is big, authentic and trustworthy name... I really disappointed with snapdeal's such kind of service.

                  I ordered http://www.snapdeal.com/product/blacksmithh-white-100-cotton-handkerchief/[prote... on 20th Jun, 2015 (Order id-[protected] ) but the product I received on 26th Jun, 2015 is no where near comparable. They send me "MAHAJAIN Handkerchief" which is not even comparable.This is a total case of Fraud.

                    I ordered a King size bed from snapdeal on 11th May 2015. Order ID: [protected]. The site promised me delivery of the product as well as installation. I received the product within the promised date however snapdeal call center was calling me stating that the order was getting delayed. I informed them that the product is delivered however installation is yet to be done. Since then I have made numerous phone calls to the call center and also raised escalations through their web site. Everytime, I get a ticket number but no one has bothered to fix the problem.

I also approach Snapdeal, compl no. 02914755 date[protected] and told the position. No information is received from either side.

Even today they have not initiated any action on it. they are messaging that they had refunded the amount as SD Cash, but i can not access that amount or even see that option while my purchase. Again on 17th June 2015 I gave another order for Panini pendant set vide order no. [protected] ( item code no. 167184) for Rs 389/-, but on opening the packet one ear set found to be damaged, hence the same is to be returned. Thus, you are requested not to send this pendant set any more, rather these amounts (Rs 389+ Rs 389 = Rs 778) remains due on you, which could be adjusted on my future ordered items.                                     I bought an iPhone 6 64gb on Thursday June 17, 2015 for 45000. The estimated delivery date mentioned was Monday June 22, 2015. On Saturday morning I get a message and email that your order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in your account in 4to5 working days. I called the call centre on Saturday evening and was informed that the order has been cancelled due to a technical glitch. Why should I suffer because a company is going through a technic issue on their end. I invested so much time for placing the order and now am told that the order is cancelled. I again called the call centre today but no positive response. Why as a customer should I have to pay 9000 more due to a technical issue from the company's end. Extremely poor service standards and no trust a customer could imbibe in Snapdeal. They haven't refunded my money back STILL. NO SNAPDEAL... THEY FIRST WILL MAKE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE AND THEN WILL CANCEL IT AND SAY OOOPPD TECHNICAL GLITCH AND CUSTOMER CARE WOULD TRY TO APOLOGISE BY GIVING YOU RS 100 A APOLOGY GESTURE. GUYS GET YOUR ACT IN PLACE OF YOU ARE GONNA BEIN SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH ALL UR COMPETITION SERVICING THE CUSTOMER TO THE BEST.

                                        I havent got my cash back of Rs. 2500 and not been credited in my account till now My order number is [protected]. I made the payment under 10% cash back offer by axis bank. Snapdeal promised me to give the cashback before 31th may and still i haven't got the cashback. Last date of getting amount is 30th june the after i wont be getting the money as per the condition by the snapdeal. 20 days are gone and still snapdeal customers care person are say that they are solving my problem. They are solving my problem from 20 days? This was the baddest experience from the snapdeal.
