Dear sir
I have purchased KENT 8LTR Grand Plus RO Water Purifier from SNAP Deal dated On Mon, 18 May, 2015 . But due to our various deliberations material has been received on 2nd june 2015. M/s Snap deal has not provided the installation support in panipat. so i have kent authorized representative M/s Hemkunt enterprises shop no. 2, Apollo guest house, near bus sand panipat, Mb No. [protected]. They have send their representative & installed the same . After installation the RO M/s Hemkunt enterprises have asked for the installation report for which the same has been cut by the snapdeal. Due to which i have to pay Rs 200 to the kent representative(M/s Hemkunt enterprises) & all my warrent has been lost due to non availabilty of the same. Now their is some product issue i.e TDS is not properly working in the RO. For which Snapdeal unable to provide the solution at their end.
This is such a mistake at my end that i have purchased the item from snapdeal. Kindly look into this matter & provide installation report or replace the product from the snap deal.
