      i had ordered one creative 2.1 speaker on 4 june 2015... the order has came to me on 8th june 2015. i had found the legs of the speaker is broken. when i went for complain they asked me to go to the courier office to give the product. when i again approached for the return it was told that the return period is over while the period of delivery was just 1 day

        Hi Sir, My self P.Naveen Kumar I have purchased woodland trendy brown sandals from Snapdeal. But product quality was not at all good, very bad quality product.. I consult woodland showroom they are telling we are not responsible for online products.. And they are told this is Not a good quality not original leather.. We cannot services this product, Please consult Snapdeal. I raise ticket for this issue on 1 June 2015. Your Snapdeal Team acpet to pay 800 rupes refund for repair.           SNAP DEAL ORDER ID ([protected]) Dear sir I have purchased KENT 8LTR Grand Plus RO Water Purifier from SNAP Deal dated On Mon, 18 May, 2015 . But due to our various deliberations material has been received on 2nd june 2015. M/s Snap deal has not provided the installation support in panipat. so i have kent authorized representative M/s Hemkunt enterprises shop no. 2, Apollo guest house, near bus sand panipat, Mb No. [protected]. They have send their representative & installed the same . After installation the RO M/s Hemkunt enterprises have asked for the installation report for which the same has been cut by the snapdeal. Due to which i have to pay Rs 200 to the kent representative(M/s Hemkunt enterprises) & all my warrent has been lost due to non availabilty of the same. Now their is some product issue i.e TDS is not properly working in the RO. For which Snapdeal unable to provide the solution at their end. This is such a mistake at my end that i have purchased the item from snapdeal. Kindly look into this matter & provide installation report or replace the product from the snap deal.                       I ordered 2 gold coins of 10 gms. each on 31st May 2015, my order number is [protected]. Today is 8th June 2015, still now the parcel is not dispatched even. Contacting Snapdeal everyday, they are giving false claims that it will be done within next 48 hours. Today also I called they told that it is very unfortunate but we are looking into the matter. Cash On Delivery was not available so I had to pay first through Net Banking. The total amount of the order is ₹57, 106. I'm realling scared and worried. Please help me. Thank you.

I ordered for blue color mobile but while I received it was black color mobile.                                 I placed an order with snapdeal for 1.2 ton Hitachi Split Air conditionr vide my Order ID : [protected] Placed on :[protected]:30:44. The promised delivery date was[protected]. The shipment arrived at Taratala(Kolkata) warehouse of the courier M/s. Bluedart Express Ltd.on[protected] but they could not deliver it on promised date. The item is purely seasonal and if the delivery is not made during this height of summer, the purpose of the item is totally foiled. Herebefore, I placed an order with snapdeal for one bathrtoom cabinet, which I had to cancel for non delivery of the item as no person of the courier M/s. Gati KWE contact me for delivery during the period the item was kept with them. Their delivery personnel made a contact with me over phone after cancellation of the order vide Order ID: [protected] Placed on: 02 May, 2015. I would interested to know whether the snapdeal check the capacity and the credentials of the suppliers before publishing the ad for sell ?? Do the snapdeal indirectly indicate for not placing any order with them as their suppliers are not competent to complete the order in time?? I would happy to know the actions taken by the snapdeal against the sellers.

                                Today(08 June 2015) at 7-51 pm, I have received a sms to my registered mobile stating that "We attempted the delivery of your product [protected] but could not deliver to you". The sms was quite embarrassing for me as neither any sms nor any phone call I have received so far from the courier for delivery of the item till now. Moreover today at 3-20 pm, I received a phone call from[protected] by which the attending personnel assured me to deliver the item within 24 to 48 hrs. He also agreed that I will have the option to cancel the order if not delivered by Wednesday (11 Jun 2015).
                                My question is who is telling the truth ?? the phone conversation or the sms ???
                                I have, however, sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com asking for their reply as to when and where the delivery was attempted but failed.

                                After registering the complaint above, the snapdeal started sending sms to me, the text of which is appended below :
                                "Hi! We attempted the delivery of your product [protected] but could not deliver to you. Please give a missed call at[protected] if you want us to reattempt delivery of your product. In case you wish to cancel the order, please give a missed call at[protected]"
                                The first message was received on 8-Jun, 7:51 pm and the missed call was sent to[protected].
                                The second message was received on 9-Jun, 7:26 pm.
                                I wish to know, in this context, :
                                1.Why no reason is assigned for the failure of delivery ?
                                2.Whether snapdeal is insisting upon me to cancel the order ?
                                Meanwhile, today i.e. on 9-Jun, I have received a mail from snapdeal as appended below :

                                "Dear Gautam,
                                Greetings from Snapdeal!
                                Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.
                                Please note that your complaint against the order number ([protected]) has already been escalated and our team is investigating the same. We will update you with the resolution at the earliest.

                                      I have ordered two pairs of Boots on snap deal on 3rd June 2015, I have received constant details of despatch of one pair and delivered one pair well in time on 5th june. but not the other, when I checked I found that the order of the other pair has been cancelled without any intimation to me, when i sent an email to sanp deal they says that the product got unavailable after order but now it is available and u can order it again but paying the double the price. It is a pure cheating what else.

                                        I ordered an American Tourister 64X000001 Cyber Backpack on 30/05/15. It was delivered on 03/06/15. But I'm not satisfied with the size of the because it seems to be too small to carry books to school. The picture showed in the website was pretty good but when I got the bag I was shocked to see its size. So I would like to exchange the bag with a new one.
