Today 1st of July at 8:42 AM. I've recharged my electricity bill of rs1500. But the bijli smart meter app crashed and electricity or bill didn't recharged.
Resolve and initiate refund of 1500rs

Recharged my account[protected] with rs 1000 on 25th june..amount debited but not credited to my meter balance..plz check and resolve the issue .....

I have recharged my account with Rs 600 on 16/06/22 and on 18/06/22 it’s showing-Rs125, I gone to Saket Vihar office they suggested me to recharge their, if previous amount was not updated will revert and then I recharged with Rs 500 in office and just now I got the massage to recharge again as there is low balance.
And in my another home I recharged with Rs 500 on 15/06/22 and same thing happened there also.

As i recharged my ca number[protected] with amount no rs.4500 my sbpdcl website and gateway hdfc-pg amount deducted from my bank account and not credited to my sbpdcl ca number[protected]...

Dear sir, there is no body at my village house( vill - Dekura, po+ ps- Charpokhari, Distt. Bhojpur, Bihar) but very much electricity bill raised now, where as now meter got shifted out side. So plz sir consider it.

Sir my recharge was done on 22 march 2022 around 4-5 pm. But my current balance is not updated in bihar bijli smart meter app.
My money has been debited from my bank.
I used the phonepe upi as my mode of payment. Please resolve it or refund my money....
