This is Vimla Devi having consumer no.[protected]. Poor supply and low voltage from transformer is coming which is an inadequate energy for AC operations and lot of house facing this issue for the last 20 days so kindly acknowledge the observation and solve the issue.

            किसी ब्यक्ति द्वारा उपभोक्ता संख्या[protected] का मीटर कनेक्शन हटा दिया गया है जिसके कारण मीटर में कनेक्शन नहीं है और घर में अँधेरे में रहने के लिए बाध्य है . आपके जे इ चेनारी को कम्प्लेन किया गया था परन्तु अभी तक मीटर कनेक्शन नहीं किया गया . अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि यथाशीघ्र मीटर कनेक्शन देने का कष्ट किया जाए और किसने मीटर कनेक्शन हटाया है, इसका पता लगाकर दण्डित किया जाए . इसके लिए मैं आपका आभारी रहूंगा.

              उपभोक्ता संख्या[protected], खाता संख्या [protected] का मीटर स्थापित तो किया गया लेकिन मीटर में स्थाई कनेक्शन नहीं किया गया जिसके फलस्वरूप करंट हमेशा बाधित रहता है . करंट का धाराप्रवाह रेगुलर न होने के कारण अनेकों बल्ब खराब और पंखे जल चुके हैं. अतः आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि मीटर में स्थाई कनेक्शन दिया जाये ताकि करंट रेगुलर प्राप्त हो सके.

                I have recharged my account with Rs 600 on 16/06/22 and on 18/06/22 it’s showing-Rs125, I gone to Saket Vihar office they suggested me to recharge their, if previous amount was not updated will revert and then I recharged with Rs 500 in office and just now I got the massage to recharge again as there is low balance.
                And in my another home I recharged with Rs 500 on 15/06/22 and same thing happened there also.

                If this happens how will a common people servive.

They are charging me for another meter consumption which I never used I talked to many of staff of south Bihar power distribution department but no one is able to solve my problem.
