Sir, mai bhui, silao nalanda se belong karata hu mera division rajgir hai mera account no. S-4063 hai mujhe ekaek ek mahine ka bill 4400 ke aaspas aaya jiske liye maofficee complain kiya. par koi sudhar nahi hua please koi sudhar karane ki koshish kare

    Complaint regarding high energy/electricity bill I have got the bill of May, 2015 Rs.27734/- which is totally irrelevant. I generally get the bill of Rs.[protected]/month. I also consult SDO, Revenue, Kankarbagh but there is no help 0r suggestion by them. So, I therefore request to you kindly take action on my complaint.       Sir / mam, An year back one represnatative of SBPDCL can and got the EB meter installed at my home When I have asked for connection He replayed that a different vendor will get the power connection extended up to my home and he went our since than no one came. Few days back I have received an electricity bill with consumer number 2918794 Under ara division with account number HQR - 4327. I am surprised that without connection how SBPDCL can raise bill to me and second that why even after an year SBPDCL has not provided power connection to me while they have installed only meter an year back; regarding the same I have already complaint to company with complaint number O [protected] but no resolution till date received; even no any representative of the company have can to contect me.       Online previous bill receipt

      I m not able to download my previous receipt i paid my bill through paytm by three transactions but upto now i m only able to doenload last transaction bill only. ho can i keep the proof of full payment. tell me plssssss

        SIR /MAM MY A/C NO IS3501933. KINDLY LOOK UP MY BILL ON DATE 08 /10/2014 TO 06/02/2015. I HAVE SAY TO YOU MY BILL FOREVER 951 UNIT SO THAT MY METER IS ALL RIGHT . MY PERSENT REDING IS 1145 UNIT. KINDLY TELL ME WHY? MY PERSENT REDING NOT UP TO DATE. AS METER REDER TEAK EVEY MANTHS REDING. KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLAME AT TIME. MY METER IS NOT FAULTY.METER IS NEW DISITAL. THANK YOU SHRI GUPTESHWER PD O.P MARKET JAIL ROAD ARA.
