    महोदय
    प्रखंड सासाराम, पंचायत भदोखरा, ग्राम सिंगुही यहा पर बोर तक लाइन पहुचाने के लिए तार पोल लगाया गया लेकिन चालू नहीं किया गया कुछ समय बाद आंधी आने से ट्रांसफॉर्मर गिर गया बाद में एजेंसी के लोग वहा से ट्रांसफॉर्मर तार लेकर चले गए जब एजेंसी वाले को काम पूरा करने के लिए बोला गया तो आज कल कर रहे हैं. समय लगभाग दो साल हो गया लेकिन काम पूरा नहीं हुआ जिसके चलते आस पास के खेती के लिए पानी नहीं मिल पा रहा है. बहुत परसानी हो रहा है आपसे निवेदन है इसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाए ताकी किसान समय से खेती कर पाए.

      In the month of July we got the bill of 7513.This seems very much with respect to the usage in our home.It seems meter is going very fast.Please check and rectify the fault immediately.

                  From two months onwards power supply not available in Kaladiyara (rural).what is the problem for this issues.some private persons are cutting supply from jurawanpur.                             I, Fulkumari Devi, is a consumer o[censored]r company. My consumer No. is [protected]. For last two months, my electricity bill is coming in excess. I am a consumer of rural area. The consumption of energy is only a bulb and a fan. The electricity bill of this month has come today itsel i.e. 21 days prior to the month and the bill is Rs. 226/-wheteas the electricity bill for the month of May nd June was 49/- and 149/- respectively. So, look into the matter nd resolve it.

                              Please refer my CA number[protected] In marche shows 40 units consumption. But I'm April showing 780 Unit consumption only after personal checking. How can i use 780 unit in single month it's rubbish
                              It means SBPDCL has charged an excess amount of more than 700 units.

                              Daily charges is around Rs 20. But there is Sharp Rise in electric charges related to Pre Paid Smart meter of consumer[protected] from 6th July, 2021. I recharged Rs 600/= on 01/07/2021. After 05/07/2021, smart meter may become defective. Today, I received message that electricity will be disconnected due to negative balance. I surprised to notice abrupt charges. I recharged for Rs500/= today on 07/07/2021 again. I suspect that smart meter became defective. Pl get it checked and resolve the issue.
