In the month of July we got the bill of 7513.This seems very much with respect to the usage in our home.It seems meter is going very fast.Please check and rectify the fault immediately.

There is no power supply in whole area from early morning in ROAD No.-11, ASHOK NAGAR, KANKARBAGH.

Not able to see online electricity bill .

Due to heavy rain and thundering electric meter provided by the SBPDC for farming purpose installed in the open field got 80% burned and needs replacement.

From two months onwards power supply not available in Kaladiyara (rural).what is the problem for this issues.some private persons are cutting supply from jurawanpur. We told to je but they not responding nothing.some lineman cutting power supply for money .They are giving money to lineman for supply cutting from jurawanpur area. Please solve this issues as earliest

In my village- Badshahpur post- mandana dist- Sheikhpura, last 2 month has the problem of voltage fluctuations and last 4-5 days there is no light so PLZZ solve this problem quickly

My connection from electric pole is disconnected by some common people of the village/mohalla. This happen again and again by some specific people.

I, Fulkumari Devi, is a consumer o[censored]r company. My consumer No. is [protected]. For last two months, my electricity bill is coming in excess. I am a consumer of rural area. The consumption of energy is only a bulb and a fan. The electricity bill of this month has come today itsel i.e. 21 days prior to the month and the bill is Rs. 226/-wheteas the electricity bill for the month of May nd June was 49/- and 149/- respectively. So, look into the matter nd resolve it.

Please refer my CA number[protected] In marche shows 40 units consumption. But I'm April showing 780 Unit consumption only after personal checking. How can i use 780 unit in single month it's rubbish
It means SBPDCL has charged an excess amount of more than 700 units.
It can be seen from different months bills wherein the trend of billing aver & noted readings are taken irregularly for billing. The consumption...

Daily charges is around Rs 20. But there is Sharp Rise in electric charges related to Pre Paid Smart meter of consumer[protected] from 6th July, 2021. I recharged Rs 600/= on 01/07/2021. After 05/07/2021, smart meter may become defective. Today, I received message that electricity will be disconnected due to negative balance. I surprised to notice abrupt charges. I recharged for Rs500/= today on 07/07/2021 again. I suspect that smart meter became defective. Pl get it checked and resolve the issue.

From 9:00pm our area electricity cut down and whenever we complaint about this to sbpdcl officers and staff... They are not helping us and using anger voice tone... And saying do whatever you can...

There is no electricity from last 24hours in my house. There is some problem from the main connecting pole itself as there is no supply to the electric meter.

Every day at my study time always line cut after every 5 or 10 minute the electricity go

As 3rd takes in load but that doesn't continue.

Sir my electric meter is functional. On 20.05.2021 meter reading given by meter reader was 163. On 20.06.2021 meter reading was 163. So difference is 0 . But on electric bill total consumption is shown 83.
For more than one and half month my home was locked and didn't used electricity. So kindly help to get total consumption be corrected. I will be thankful to you.
