Dear sir/madam,

The amount (Rs.5673) raised in the bill is not justified since we are not staying at home since july 2016 at my home town baniadih. Although, the meter reading is also zero after cutting the wire connection by your electrician since more then 12 months.
Kindly, observe the same and do the needful for very poor person, so that we can pay the bill as early as possible in this month.

Today I paid Rs 5436 thorough internet banking ( icici bank) in afternoon around 1 PM . The amount has been deducted from my ICICI BANK account ref number- [protected]. However neither I received a receipt from you nor your portal showing that bill has been paid.
In portal it is again showing that bill has not been paid,

    My consumer number is[protected]. (Prepaid meter). For last few months, my electricity bill has risen up quite a lot. For testing purpose, i switched off power supply to my house by turning off the main switch, and even after that meter was running.

    I suspect that either the meter is faulty or someone has connected wire to my connection which is shooting up the electricity bill. Hence, i request for my meter and connection to be checked. Plz take this is a serious matter. Nd shortout this problem as soon as possible.

      I suspect that either the meter is faulty or someone has connected wire to my connection which is shooting up the electricity bill. Hence, i request for my meter and connection to be checked.

        My (Consumer id - [protected]) electricity bill is wrongly generated after august-2017 month.
        My home is in rural area but bill is generating for the urban with default/no-actual reading. All villagers are getting electricity bill as per rural consumption. I have complaint many times to sbpdcl but after few correct bills they start to send wrong bills.
        So, please change my area type to "rural" from "urban". So that, i can pay the actual bill asap.
        Due to wrong electricity bill (Which is three times of my actual bill), i am unable to pay on per month basis.

        I have another connection (For water motor) with the consumer id - [protected] in the same village where my bill is generating as per rural area consumption. I am paying this electricity bill on regular interval.

          I requested for the disconnection of electricity on 28th june 2017. All the procedure was done by me, but still the staff is not taking any response. He called me many times in the office i did it, but every time he mad a lame excuse. I said this to departmental officer's to resolve it but attitude was same. Please suggest me what can i do

              Sir,
              I, bhgwan pandit s/o bilash pandit, at - mahesha, post - manjhali matihani, p. S.- belhar, distt - banka, had applied for new electricity connection in february 2016 through camp mode but my connection was not entertained. When i cunsulted the staff he told me that camp mode has been cancelled and told me to deposit rs 1400 for fresh connection and i deposited the amout of rs 1400 but receipt was given for about rs 900 on 23/12/2016. Till today i have not been offered connection. Consequentely, i am deprived of consuming electricity. Hence you are requested to help me in this connection so that i could consume electricity as soon as possible.

                This is the third time this year of such type o[censored]nexpected excess billing. My regular power billing is between rs. 120 to rs.900 per month. I don't use ac, cooler or other heavy equipment. This time the bill charge is rs. 1881. This is unbelievable. There may be some defect in meter or fabrication in billing. May i pray you to correct the bill immediately. Last time in the month of april 2017 i received such an irregular bill. I complained but response was to visit the office with current reading. I had to go to usa next day so, it was not possible. But with the help of an officer it was being corrected. I also confuse to read the meter. It regularly displays a no. Of things. The earliest correction is requested.

                  On date 16/11/2017 on sbpdcl rajgir counter lcd said that coins are banned so i am not going to accept your coins because local banks are also banned coins.
                  I paid 1830 bill at counter in 1700 as note and 130 as 5 rupees coins which is not accepted. He said don't come with coin at this counter...
                  This happiness every day with only normal people not powerful people..
                  The laws which created by indian government is unusual.

I request you to kindly check the unit used in the month of october 2017 is 2407 instead of my average unit 200-300/month.
                    I could not understand that how it is possible in particular month i. E. October 2017, 2407 unit used.
                    If this is wrongly printed then please send me actual bill amount and actual used unit for the month of october 2017.

                      This is regarding electricity bill paymnet to south bihar po-south b patna
                      I have made a payment of 1095 which did not reflect as paid. Later when i contacted my bank they assured the payment has gone through.
                      Below are the details of the transaction:

                      Arn 75260777306001298225300
                      Transaction date 02-nov-2017
                      Transaction settlement date 03-nov-2017
                      Transaction amount in rs. 1, 095.00
                      Authorisation code 084975
                      Merchant name south bihar po-south b patna

                      As payment did not go through i made the payment again on 6th nov.
                      However, first amount was not credited back to the account. Bank confirms that payment was successful.
                      Below is the reply form bank:
                      "in this regard, we request you to take this mail as a proof to the merchant confirming the payment has been provided to the member bank and also request the merchant to liase with the bank for further clarification."

                      I am not able to contact anyone from the department.

                              Dear sbpdc customer complain team,

                              My consumer no is 2237805 which is under bihta supply division, village vishanpura.
                              This is to bring to your notice that the bills are being generated without taking any meter reading, which is irregular also (From last 9 months i had not received any bill due to delay i opted online status checking and had paid the pendings without knowing what is the calculation for such huge bills.

                              Again today i had checked the current pendency and was socked to know that amt-5001.00 is the bill amt.
                              The online bill clearly states that-
                              Last reading and current reading are same which shows it's generated without meter reading.
                              No one is coming for meter reading as well from last one year.

                              Plz take it on priority and kindly regularise it.

                              My CA number is[protected]. My electric bill for every month used to be 1000 to 1200 RS on average. But I noticed that between the month of August and September it came as 14000 RS which is completely not acceptable . As the consumption was very avarage and not high at all. Kindly look into this matter and rectify it asap.

                                  I would like to draw your attention towards sudden power cut in my area (Gola road chandrashekar nagar) which may led to theft. I m victim of that.
                                  For instance yesterday there is long power cut time 9 pm to 11:45 pm. I have recording of that.
                                  Kindly clarify it is from your side or it is deliberately cut by burglars.

                                      Dear sir

                                      We have paid bills of sbpdcl regularly via paytm but this month when i go through online payment it shows 29745, while usually my bill was abt 300 approx, i have loaded my connection 1 kw but in bill it shows 2 kw, many a times meter reader doesn't come for meter reading and arrear duty becomes increase, i have attached my bill copy in this module, kindly resolve the same.

                                        I am very sorry to say you that the electric bill of my resident is too high for last two or three month. Before this month the bill was correct and i am satisfied your service. You can check my previous meter reading /bill from the date of connection of electric meter. But last two or three month what happen ur department. Please solve my problem of bill. There is no changes in my electric equipment. Previous average meter reading is 125 to 150. Now it is always more than 300 point. I am confirm that the consumption of electric is same as previous
