I, bhgwan pandit s/o bilash pandit, at - mahesha, post - manjhali matihani, p. S.- belhar, distt - banka, had applied for new electricity connection in february 2016 through camp mode but my connection was not entertained. When i cunsulted the staff he told me that camp mode has been cancelled and told me to deposit rs 1400 for fresh connection and i deposited the amout of rs 1400 but receipt was given for about rs 900 on 23/12/2016. Till today i have not been offered connection. Consequentely, i am deprived of consuming electricity. Hence you are requested to help me in this connection so that i could consume electricity as soon as possible.
South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today I paid Rs 5436 thorough internet banking ( icici bank) in afternoon around 1 PM . The amount has been deducted from my ICICI BANK account ref number- [protected]. However neither I received a receipt from you nor your portal showing that bill has been paid.
In portal it is again showing that bill has not been paid,
