I am ajay mandal ca [protected] made payment of 25th may to 24th june 2018 on 25th june 2018 rs of 612 from netbanking and pop up reflected as successful but still receipt is not uploaded. Already i the same on customer care at 1912. But they did not provide me any satisfactory answer and resolution.
So do needful asap.

Sir, i am asha kumari, c/101, vrindavan apt., phase-ii, malahi-pakri chowk, k. Bagh, patna-20, consumer no.[protected]. I had informed the astt. Electric engineer, hanuman nagar, patna on 23.04.18 for replacing my defective meter (Letter no-dwo/750 dated 03.05.18). A new meter installed after intervention of mrs sangita prasad, agm (Revenue) on 11.06.18 but it is already defective. The june'18 bill (Rs 751) come to me with average billing...

For long, me and my father are running to increase the electricity load of our home but surprised to share that in office situated in sandalpur and gulzarbagh, patna nobody have information that whom to ask and which form should be filled for this purpose.

I'm fed to run for the same work and shame on such a govt who hire such irresponsible staffs and i'm damn sure, on the level of reservation quota these people have passed...

There is very low voltage supply in my area just because of transformer which is of low rating and due to increase in the load almost 50 to 60 houses gets a very low rating voltage which is just like a torcher for us
We just wants either install a new seperate transformer or change the present transformer with a high rating transformer

It is hereby informed that in my area babu ganj morh 12 patthar dehri on sone rohtas bihar power has been cut from last 8hrs, but there is no any working process started yet.
As you know this is the holy month of ramadhan. So it is very critical to survive without electricity in this worst weather.
I am insisting to you that please take necessary action for the same asap....

My consumer id is[protected]. My meter reading in the month of march was 11241. My bill was rs.1292 which has been paid successfully.

I have successfully paid my bill for the month of april also which is rs. 622. The receipt number is-sbpt[protected]

The problem is that again in the month of may the meter reading
Starts from 11241 as on 8.3.2018 but i have already paid my bill (Rs.622) on 21st april...

Myself Prawin Kumar Karn having CA No.[protected], resident of Ramnagri, Patna.

My bill for the month of April, 2018 was issued by sbpdcl without recording the reading i.e. for 0 unit. And the bill was issued for 168 unit.

Again, the bill for May, 2018 was issued on the basis of actual reading I.e. difference of present and earlier reading recorded two month ago.This was for 691 unit. The unit charged...

There was tripping at about 7.00 evening on date from above mentioned transformer. A complaint was given through toll free no 1912 but the authority concerned answer roudly and told that no body will go for rectification now, the mechanic will in day time.
Its not desirable from authority concerned. Kindly look into and arrange for rctification in night. There is too hot to live in. Consumer no[protected].
