In dariyapur (Fathua), distt-patna, bihar... So many people were theft electricity by taking wire to direct electric pole in his own house, u guys never investigate in that area... Very very poor... Fathua me maximum gharon me pole se direct wire connect kar k bijili chori kar rahe h, aur gharon me ac, heater etc... Use kar rahe h... Sabhi k gharon me sirf rs 300 fixed bijli rate h jo ki galat h aur elecricity board ke karam chari kuch nhi kar rahr h... Sabhi log fixed rate kar wa lia h board k karamchari k sath mili bhagat se

Dear Sir, I have already whatsapp message many times on your's whatsapp No. about electricity theft by consumer No.[protected] by which he misuse of electric for himself and his tenant also.All day waterloding problems face by passerby because they run motor for water frequently many times a day.

Already i the same on customer care at 1912. But they did not provide me any satisfactory answer and resolution.

      Sir, i am asha kumari, c/101, vrindavan apt., phase-ii, malahi-pakri chowk, k. Bagh, patna-20, consumer no.[protected]. I had informed the astt. Electric engineer, hanuman nagar, patna on 23.04.18 for replacing my defective meter (Letter no-dwo/750 dated 03.05.18). A new meter installed after intervention of mrs sangita prasad, agm (Revenue) on 11.06.18 but it is already defective. The june'18 bill (Rs 751) come to me with average billing and meter defect. Being a responsible citizen of india, bihar, i approached at least 10 times to junior electric engineer, hanuman nagar, patna, mr pankaj kr sharma on his mob.-[protected] and finally defective meter installed. It is the way to redress the problems of consumer? Once again, i request to the authority concerned, kindly check the meter and redress the problem. Thanks.

        For long, me and my father are running to increase the electricity load of our home but surprised to share that in office situated in sandalpur and gulzarbagh, patna nobody have information that whom to ask and which form should be filled for this purpose.

        I'm fed to run for the same work and shame on such a govt who hire such irresponsible staffs and i'm damn sure, on the level of reservation quota these people have passed out because they don't even know about there profile.

        Do something in it.

        i think this is no threeface conection.there is no more conjuption of electicty.my consumer id [protected] this is more problem pay to bill.
        I have paid my electricity bill through sbpdcl and amount from my account has been deducted but the transaction is failed. Neither i am unable to download any bill receipt not I received any SMS regarding bill payment...plzz refund my amount in my account..plzz..my consumer id is [protected]..

                I am from Kankarbagh, The person which is responsible for changing the bulb used to absent from office (Kankarbagh office of SBPDCL) and other officers don't take any conciseness.

                  Sir, i am resident of awadhpuri, paschim pakri, arrah, bihar -802301. We are facing a very high degree of fluctuation during supply of electricity to us. The fluctuation ranges from 45-50 volts to 260 volts and that too very frequently. Most of the electrical appliances we use are becoming unserviceable frequently due to high degree of fluctuations. Your kind action in this regard is highly solicited. We are also facing maximum power cuts in this region which is another area of concern. Please do the needful.

                    There has been frequent power cuts from ist of june, 2018 till the time of complaint being lodged. Our consumer no :ca no :[protected]Old no : kud/ht-86n ht) : contract demand : 1000 kva and our industrial unit is a food processing unit which needs uninterrupted ht power supply. Due to such a situation, our production process has hampered to the highest extent and became totally unsuccessful in compliance of the commitment for supply of our product and became exposed to demerage/penalty due to non supply of products in time. Moreover, a huge quantity of raw material became degraded/ rotten remained in the process of production at the time of power cuts and the final products do not conform the standard quality norms set by the industry coupled with deterioration/damage of a huge number appliances due to frequent power cuts.                     Pathetic situation of power supply. Power cuts is very often now and it goes for more than 10 hours per day. There is no power supply since yesterday evening and kids and all have sleepless nights. I am specifically talking about khajoorbanna, pathar ki masjid, patna 800006.

                    Government totally failed in fulfilling minimum complaince. Government will face the consequences for sure.

                          There is very low voltage supply in my area just because of transformer which is of low rating and due to increase in the load almost 50 to 60 houses gets a very low rating voltage which is just like a torcher for us
                          We just wants either install a new seperate transformer or change the present transformer with a high rating transformer

                              Our ca no is[protected], and is in tne name of echs polyclinic, buxar, which is a health facility for ex servicemen of the armed forces in buxar. For last a number of days the power supply is very - very erratic. The whole day either there is no power or the voltage is so low that no equipment can work thus causing a great deal of inconvinience to the armed forces veterans. Inspite of complaining to the local electricity board, there has been no improvement. May i request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                    As you know this is the holy month of ramadhan. So it is very critical to survive without electricity in this worst weather.

                                      My consumer id is[protected]. My meter reading in the month of march was 11241. My bill was rs.1292 which has been paid successfully.

                                      I have successfully paid my bill for the month of april also which is rs. 622. The receipt number is-sbpt[protected]

                                      The problem is that again in the month of may the meter reading
                                      Starts from 11241 as on 8.3.2018 but i have already paid my bill (Rs.622) on 21st april 2018. Hence, it appears that rs.622 paid on 21.4.18 is not excluded from the bill for the month of may and is added in the bill.

                                      I have already paid the excess bill of 1671 for the month of may on due date. Kindly, adjust my excess amount in the next bill.

                                        Myself Prawin Kumar Karn having CA No.[protected], resident of Ramnagri, Patna.

                                        My bill for the month of April, 2018 was issued by sbpdcl without recording the reading i.e. for 0 unit. And the bill was issued for 168 unit.

                                        Again, the bill for May, 2018 was issued on the basis of actual reading I.e. difference of present and earlier reading recorded two month ago.This was for 691 unit. The unit charged for April I.e. 168 unit has not been adjusted in the bill of May.

                                        I have paid both the bills within due date as it is my habit. It is requested that amount paid against bill of April may be credited in my next bill.

                                        I am attaching copies of both the bills. Hoping a hassle free credit from your end and I may not be compelled to move table to table for redressal.
