We are really disappointed to see the power supply condition which is not regular in my village and the voltage is also very low which is not sufficient for any electrical appliances.

Power supply was dream for our village and after a long awaiting we could get the power supply but the condition is worst

Our main concern to request your attention towards the worst condition of electrical supply and low voltage.

Kindly requesting you to check the fault and take immdiate action to rectify

    power bill problem

    Respected sir,
    I'm ajay kumar. My village mathurapur
    (Rohtas), pin no.821305.
    I'm one of customer of sbpdcl.
    I have a problem with power bill. No one come to check the meter but the bill is issued by them on every month and the bill amount is so high even we doesn't using any machine.
    I requested you to please come and check my meter and give me the correct bill what i used and what the meter show...br...

    I had submitted an application to sbpdcl office, biharsharif regarding defect in meter and requested to change the meter on 29/06/2017.
    Before that and till yet the electricity bill is very high. Till today i. E 24/09/2017, the meter has yet not been changed and my electricity bill is also very high.
    I request you to kindly take appropriate action so that the meter could be changed at the earliest.
    Also please advice me the progress.

      Sir/ mam,
      My consumer no. Is tarsp/ds/1274. I have received my last electricity bill no. 973567 dated 27/10./16. I have not been recevied any bill after 27/10/2016. My electric meter was not working that time and did complaint to your branch office at sangrampur block, munger district. After that in may 2017 a new electric meter was activated by your side and old meter was returned on same date. Although, after that also i have not received any bill. But suddenly i have received a sudden bill with rs. 8175.00/- on 18/09/17.

      Now, sir please tell me if my meter was not working and connection was off during 27/10/16 to may 2017 as reason i mentioned above. So, kindly tell me please how the bill is summed up rs. 8175/- from may to july 2017? And why could i pay this huge amount for whay type of charges?
      Why your branch have not given month to month bill to me?
      Please clearify all and do something for modify the above charges of rs. 8175/- judeceously. I will sent this issue to consumer forum and rti forum also until or unless a corrected bill or details will be provided by your side as eralierest.
      I am also a central govt. Officer i could understand rules and regulation and ready to pay bills but it should be relevent or justified. It should be monthly bill not in this way to give one time bill for a year long. Kindly verify the issue and tell me proper amount i will pay surely. Thank you.

        उंटा मदारपुर जहानाबाद, वार्ड सं0 - 05 में गौतम बुद्ध उच्च बिद्यालय के पश्चिम एवं रेलवे लाईन के सटे पश्चिम स्थापित 100 के0भी0ए0 का ट्राॅंसफार्मर लगा है, उस ट्रांस्फाॅर्मर का अर्थिंग कमजोर रहने के कारण हमेशा 200 वोल्टेज से कम ही रहता है। तीन फेज के लाईन में किसी वायर में 100, किसी में 130 तो किसी में 200 वोल्ट रहने के कारण ग्रामीणों द्वारा जिस वायर में ज्यादा वोल्टेज रहता है उसी में टोका फंसाने का कार्य सुबह से ही प्रारंभ हो जाता है। वोल्टेज इतना कम रहता है कि गर्मी के मौसम में विजली वाले पंखा चालू रहने के बावजूद हाथ का पंखा उपयोग करना पड़ता है। पानी का मोटर चालू करने के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ता है कि कब वोल्टेज 150 से उपर हो कि मोटर चालू कर पानी का टंकी भरा जाय।
        कार्यपालक अभियंता एवं सहायक अभियंता से मिलकर शिकायत करने पर उनके द्वारा जबाव दिया जाता है कि कम्पनी का नियम मात्र 8 फिट का पाईप ठोकना है, उसमें आपको वोल्टेड मिले अथवा नहीं। इसका एकमात्र समाधान ग्रामीणों से चंदा कर प्राईवेट रूप से बोरिंग कराना है।
        ज्ञातव्य हो कि विजली विभाग द्वारा वोल्टेज तो सही नहीं दिया जा सकता है, परंतु विजली बिल मनमाने ढंग से देकर लोगों को परेशान अवश्य किया जा रहा है। कभी-कभी 2-3 कमरे वाले मकान में एक माह का लाखों में बिल आ जाता है तथा उसे सुधारने में कई महिने विजली कार्यालय में घुमना पड़ता है।
        अतः अनुरोध है कि उपरोक्त में सुधार लाने हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का कष्ट किया जाय।

          Dear concerned,

          The issue is with the transformer located beside shiva enclaves, ved nagar, rukunpura. The voltage at all the connections associated with one particular phase trips frequently, particularly in the evening, after 6. I am facing the issue from last 1 month and even after multiple complaints logged by neighbours, there is no action. Issue is the same as it was.
          Solicit immediate resolution or we'll have to knock the doors of higher management/government.

          A reply is expected on the same.

              Sir, my brother late sunil kumar jha (Patrakar dainik bhaskar) s/o late bhubneshwar jha was an electricity consumer of vill - dayalpur, po - jhandapur, police station - bihpur, subdivision - naugachiya, dist - bhagalpur.
              Now he died on 04 aug 2017. He informed to concerned electricity office in the year 2016 when he was alive that electric meter is not working.
              But till his death the electric meter is not replaced by the company or concerned office.
              Concerned electricity office is not collecting the electricity bill from the brother of the diseased consumer.
              Rep of concerned electricity office refuse to collect the electricity bill.

                Myy consumer id is[protected] i have complaint to south bihar power but without taking any action they closed complain. When i visited the office they told what ever is written on bill you have to pay or we disconnect the connection.
                In my bill some additional amount has been added which i am not aware and no one bother to explain.

                  We have paid bill till Nov 2016. After that they didn't give any bill details few months and suddenly received bill around RS. 4200 somewhere in march 2017. Why they don't given continue bill.
                  And currently my bill is 5605.94.
                  I don't know that how it's possible. I went the power station, but nobody listen to me.

                        Ref customer id:[protected] in name of amitesh raj, lekhraj parisar, road no 3, east patel nagar, patna. Mob [protected].
                        The electrical meter reading is often wrongly recorded by your meter reader. The present meter reading as recorded on 8/8/2017 is 1056 and the previous reading as 1016. The fact remains that i am a non-resident landlord of the said flat and no body ever lived there in july 2017. After inquiry on telephone from the care taker of the complex it is found that the reading is still 1016 but your reader mischievously recorded it as as 1056 and according the bill got inflated to rs287 where as it should be below rs90/ only. Though i made the payment as usual on line and informed you of the discrepancy and the wrong done by meter reader, but now it needs action against him to raise wrong bills against the consumers. I demand immediate action against him as enough is enough.

                          I sagar jamadar consumer id 5108519 paid rs.745 last month in june because bill had not been generated for last three months. But now in the month of july bill generated rs.1215 including previous months is unexpected and totally wrong. Messege not be sent of bill payment.

                          Myself Prawin Kumar Karn having CA No.[protected], resident of Ramnagri, Patna.

                          My bill for the month of April, 2018 was issued by sbpdcl without recording the reading i.e. for 0 unit. And the bill was issued for 168 unit.

                          Again, the bill for May, 2018 was issued on the basis of actual reading I.e. difference of present and earlier reading recorded two month ago.This was for 691 unit. The unit charged for April I.e. 168 unit has not been adjusted in the bill of May.

                          I have paid both the bills within due date as it is my habit. It is requested that amount paid against bill of April may be credited in my next bill.

                          I am attaching copies of both the bills. Hoping a hassle free credit from your end and I may not be compelled to move table to table for redressal.

                              Hello,
                              I have paid my all bills payment of amt rs.31096/- to sbpdcl. The problem is that department has locked my account. Now none bill i can see in my electricity account. When i reached at department to asking why my account has been locked then they replied you have to go to electric supply division banka & there you have to pay some amount. My question is when i cleared my all bills payment then why should i pay the amount to unlock my account.
                              So, please take some necessary steps to resolved this problem.

                                Sir, i dharamveer sonar customer id - bh00165 paid 1003 rupees last month (In june) because bill had not been generated for last 5 month.
                                But now in the month of july bill generated approx 3000 rupees which is unexpected and totally surprising.
                                It's either due to wrong meter reading or clerkial/technical mistake.
                                Please do needful and bill must be generated in monthly basis, so that we will able to pay bill in time without any problem.

                                Sir, Correct electricity bill is to be generated as early as possible.
                                Sir I am sunil mistry, con id - [protected], last month Maine June me 100 rupee paid kiya that, aur is month 25000 bill show kiya hai, after that mera meter kharab bhi hai Jo mai complane de chuka hu, so sir aap bill sahi karwa digiye, taki mai bill paid kar saku, metar ka application 2month before jama kar diya tha,

                                  Resident of akhand jyoti colony, jakariyapur are forced to get theier connection from a distance of atleast 3000' by erecting bamboos. During rainy season the erected bamboos (Carrying atleast 20 wires) fall everyday on to the road which may cause any unahappy occurrance any day.

                                  We are the consumres paying aour bills regularlly since last two and half years.

                                  Plz look into it..

                                    I want to state that bill no [protected] of rs -5349 was generated against my account no[protected], for the month of march 2017.
                                    Another bill of rs 1096 was generated for june 2017 against unit consumption was 194 unit.
                                    This bill has been wrongly generated as my bill was already in negative figures in march 2017.

                                    Total amount as indicated by bills is rs -5349 & rs. 1096. It means for 194 units coming in june the total cost is rs 6445. As per this calculation one unit is costing rs 33.22.

                                    So as per above statements you can clearly visualize that there is some problem in bill generation. For clear picture i am attaching documents concerning the same.

                                    You are requested to rectify the bill wrongly generated.
