My id vaghasiya. Vijay, internet is not working since 10 days i have been calling them, after 48 hours no technician came since that day i m calling again again and i reminds atleast twice a day to them that they have to send the technician today but no one care besides that i have to call them minimum 30 times a day to pick up my ph call, and around 2 month ago internet was not working for 20 days because they were shifting the company to pace internet connection something any that time also i my issue wasn't resolved by ph call i had to go the main office which is 20 km away from my home. My work reliable on the internet this and i cannot stand with this kind of poor service i ask you to give my money back

I've purchased spidigo broadband internet plan and already paid 1 year fee in advance. But since few days my internet connection is down and i'm not able to even complaint for that. I tried to contact customer care but their phone is unreachable. Even their site is also down so i'm not able to complain that way as well. I'm requesting you to please look into it because without the internet my professional life is very much disturbed.

I have spidigo internet for past 7 year in isanpur area of ahmedabad, gujarat. For past 2 months my internet isn't working and all the contact details of the company is unreachable. The registered office is also shut and hence no option is left for filing a complaint. Similar problem happened in january 2019 for 2 months and now again the same problem. I have paid full amount in advance for 1 year plan and so far 70% of the time it has remained inactive. Please provide us with immediate solution or simply refund the money. I have already dropped lots of email to the spidigo email address and no reply has been received.

I am facing issues related internet since last 5/6 months. Nobody ia bother to listen complaint and solve the issue.
I have compliant many times but it's not resolved yet.

Majority time s call center no is not working.

I have tried to write mail to nodel officer but not found mail id.
This is the worst service provider and i am rating as worst service provider.

My internet is not working and companies customer care number is not working
Spidigo is given to pace internet...
And there is no customer care number of pace internet

I have taken their annual package. The biggest mistake of my life. Ever since that day their internet is gone for days in every month. There is no customer care number or any customer care service from the company side. Even on their website they haven't mentioned their office address neither their contact details.

I assume its a fraud they have done with consumers and i am pretty sure if we fight individually, nobody from government or any other body is going to hear our plight. I think we all should form a group and collectively put pressure on concerned government authorities, so that we can teach this fraud company a lesson.

I paid advance rs. 5000 for one year plan to spidigo broadband in ahmedabad. After one month, the internet connectivity stopped since 18 june 2019. Spidigo brand is now sold to pace internet services pvt. Ltd. I complained numerous times on their customer care number [protected]. But no action is taken yet. Their office is closed in ahmedabad. Spidigo is under pace internet which has office in anand. Please help.

The broadband at my house in Nandanbaug Bungalows in Shela Sanand is not working since 3 months. I have not been given any response in spite of complaining n times. I really need a refund of the money that I have paid as a package.

I called the officials a lot of time on various numbers. Everytime they raised a complaint and said a technician will come and check but no one turned up. after a while they stopped picking calls and now there is no response

Net is not working from last 4 months. Kindly solve my problem. I have already request for refund. But didn't get any response from company side. Customer service is not picking up calls. Nobody is answering. No any register office. Old company's number is showing invalid and they are saying that we are officially pace internet company. I will register fir if i didn't get any my refund.

I have been trying to contact spidigo since a month, their customer service number doesn’t exist. How else can we contact them? This is highly unprofessional on their part. I would recommend to everyone not to have their connection since they have zero customer services and no responsibility towards it. If I don’t get my internet fixed I will happily file a consumer complaint in the court for their sham services. I need my refund. Or atleast some ethical behaviour on their part of contacting the aggreived customer.

I am suffering since more than 2 weeks due to unavailability of internet. I have complained for multiple times. Still no any action has been taken. I need to followup every time. I have always been heard for cable issue or power cut. If it so, please fix it. Please don't hanging the issue like this. This is not happened only for this time but in past i suffered many time due to lack of spidigo internet service.

I know, this has been changed now to pace internet but still, there is no any improvement in service.

I have Spidigo internet connection for 1 year and now befor 1 month the internet is not working.. And there is no one is available for resolve my internet problem.. And also all customer care numbers are not reachable.. So i want my money back.. I have 6 month available in my bucket.. Please help me out with this spidigo..

My internet is not working since last 7 months now.
I have made numerous calls and sent many emails but no resolution yet.
Not sure what to do now. I can't find any address to go and talk their manager or any representatives.
I want my money back don't want to use their internet any more but not sure where to go. Last month pace internet support guy did pick up my call but they would either disconnect in between or will say case is created and no one will respond after that.
And its not like sometimes it works and sometime it doesnot. Its not working at all i have not used even 1kb of data.

I have subscribed for a 15 month unlimited-6Mbps plan on[protected] with SPiDiGO, Ahmedabad which is now known as Pace Internet.

The company SPiDiGO changed their name to Pace internet in February/March 2019. Since then SPiDiGO/Pace Internet have failed to provide the reliable internet service.

Since then I've encountered frequent issues with the internet service every week.
About 15 days ago my internet service was completely stopped and I've made numerous calls to the company regarding the issue. Every time I've called them they always give the same answer that they've forwarded my issue with their technical team but they've failed to solve my issue.

The office address listed for the SPiDiGO/Pace Internet on this website (www.consumercomplaints.in) which is

When I have contacted this number to ask for their new address, they gave me an address near Law Garden.

Issue with internet connection. Internet is not working from 20 days please solve issues immediatelly. I m facing issue with 2 to 3 month but no one fix the issue permanently. Worst service. I request to all of the user please don't make mistake to buy this type of fake broadband service and also request to consumer complaint service to take hard action on it

I am a subscriber of spidigo internet services. My user id is atul_prajapati. Since more than last 15 days there is no internet connectivity made available by spidigo. Such type of irregularities have occurred many times but no prompt response given by spidigo. If the company is not willing to provide service than refund of my subscription may please be provided at the earliest please.

I m facing connectinity issue since from last four weeks and had already regestered telephonic complain on [protected] no for six to seven times but no responce and not attened by you people. Somtimes your this no. Not answered too. So pls. Resolve my this issue on asap. Otherwise i m going to take necessary legal steps againsts you people. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by the Spidigo company. No one are ready to take the responsibility after selling the internet yearly package. They are literally doing cheating with customers.

I have also made number of complaints through email but till date didn't get any response from Customer care.

Even customer care numbers are not working, they are out of service and not responding.

Strict action required against these types of compliance so that they can think times before the cheat the customer.
