I've purchased spidigo broadband internet plan and already paid 1 year fee in advance. But since few days my internet connection is down and i'm not able to even complaint for that. I tried to contact customer care but their phone is unreachable. Even their site is also down so i'm not able to complain that way as well. I'm requesting you to please look into it because without the internet my professional life is very much disturbed....

I have taken their annual package. The biggest mistake of my life. Ever since that day their internet is gone for days in every month. There is no customer care number or any customer care service from the company side. Even on their website they haven't mentioned their office address neither their contact details.
