This complaint is directed to the promoter/ ceo of spidigo in india for taking note of the poor quality of service and responsiveness of spidigo network in ahmedabad. Having transitioned from gurgaon to ahmedabad a few months back, we were recommended spidigo as one of the leading internet service providers in ahmedabad. We got into an yearly plan however since may, it has been a consistent poor performance with delivered speed below what has been promised and signed up to. Every night after 7pm, the internet stops to work and again starts at 7am in the morning and the same on the weekend when the service is not available throughout the day. Over the last 10 days, there is no network in our house and inspite of repeated complaints there has been no action or help provided to us by anyone in spidigo. False promises are made that someone will be sent to handle however, no action gets taken. We faced similar issues at the time of activation when there was a months delay in activating the account after taking the money. I am surprised to see so many similar complaints from other customers and still no action has been taken by spidigo. This pathetic level of service forces me to take legal action and take spidigo to consumer court for business malpractices and loss of work in absence of net at home. Will appreciate you reaching out to me directly and not by some junior manager who can have a conversation on the above topic. Expecting an expedited response and hope the complaint will not get stuck in the bureaucracy of outsourced partners and will reach the right levels in the organisation. the company is bankrupt and ahmedabad office is closed better to change provider and dont give the router to them back they wont come they are gone myself internet to is disconnected
Same issue. I had gone for the 18 months plan. They are not responding to emails or calls. The call gets disconnected in 4 mins saying all the executives are busy. Worst service in last 3 months.

    Last 9 days don't connected internet. I have already tak with your customers Carr agent. He is don't move my complain and still not come engineer at home. Now a days don't pick a call ur customer care agent.

      I have tried 50 times to call customer care but every time getting all executive busy. So at every 15 days my internet shut down.
      Don't know the reason for the problem
      Unless engineer visit it never resolved

        Internet lease line not working. They said from company that it's a internet leased line and it will work continuously for mbps but currently from last 2 days internet is not working i have called all the numbers which are available but there is no response in the customer care numbers. One of the old customer care executive said me that 90% of speedigo staff has left the job in ahmedabad.
        SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Internet is not working from two days, and it shows only no internet service. customer care executive not attending a call and I tried for 3 to 4 hours but they not give any answer. Give a good internet service otherwise give our money back.

          Once a week i need to waste my 1 hour to call the customer care for the resolution of my broadband as they keep us on hold by saying wait while we connect your call - your current waiting is 30/40 in queue, they keep us on hold till 2/3 in queue and disconnects the call by saying all our agents are busy try calling us after some time.

          After getting connected they simply takes a complain and inform us that our technician will get in touch with you, technician atleast takes two days in reverting and fixing the problem, after which it works properly for next 3 days, again the problem arise and this cycle repeats every time and i am tired now doing the same thing.

          Would love to get the refund for my 1 year subscription plan with spidigo, not at all happy with your service.

          And it's been 10 days.
          I have tried calling them regularly around 20 to 30 times a day but their executives are too busy.
          Its not busy the company is bankrupt and the ppk ran away they just put on telecaller money his gone go for other internet

            I don't have internet connection at my home from past week. After trying to reach to their customer service like a million times last week i got to talk to them and they told me that they have registered the complaint and technician will visit my house within 48 hours. But one week later i still don't have internet connection and no-one has came to check what the problem is and no response from spidigo. Now when i try to call them there is always a huge queue in waiting and when i think i will get to talk to them next after holding on for 3 to 4 minutes they always hung up on me saying "all our customer care representatives are busy attending other customers please call us later" so this means i am not a customer who wants service and this happens when i am at very front of the row now i need to call back and again i am at the end of the huge queue. I am suspecting that they don't even have any representatives on the other side most of the time as after calling like 10 15 times in a row i wasn't able to reach to them. So please do something about this as now they don't even have their address on their website so that i can pay them a good visit to see what's going on there. And also note they don't even reply to mail anytime. And this issues has became so frequent in last 3 months that i don't have internet connection in like 10-15 days in months. So please improve your quality of service and internet connection. My username is pateljagruti.

              My internet was not working since last 2 weeks, and i lost all my important work due to connection issues. I am from it department and nowadays the internet is mandatory for guys all peoples.

              Spidigo customer care, as well as all of their technical executive's numbers, are not reachable since long times and some of their technical people told me that they left spidigo because of their salary was stop by spidigo due to bankruptcy and company is planning to wind up their services and all offices.

              Saturday, i visited their main head office (Ahmedabad, pakwan-s. G. Highway) was also closed and moved it to mumbai location and their number is also not reachable.

              I have paid for annual and more than half of the time period is left.

              Note: - i need my refund back for the remaining period.

              I am still facing a connection issue and the problem is still on.

              How can anyone or any executive mark this complaint as solved? even they have not asked me for customer id or contact no.

              Today on 6th March I tried to visit the SG Highway Parshwa Tower office. The security guards said that the whole office is closed from Saturday and no employees are showed up. The rumour is that they haven't even paid salaries to the employees for 2 months.

                    Totally waste of money, and poor services providing,

                    Main head office staff are ruthless and so much aggressive towords their clients like me,

                    So disappointed.. Looking for completing current season, will not going with further in spidigo,...

                      Third class company with no class in service.net not working. Trying to contact customer care but everytime long queue. I think everybody is complaining with no resoltion from companyend. Great mistake for long time subscription. Every body whose contact no.                             Dear Sir We have taken for 12 months from Spidigo Company for Proper Broadband
                            service but from 15th January, 2019 I am facing issue of internet connection Lost
                            everyday. We have tried to call customer care daily but occasionally we get to connect
                            them in 2 days and they are just saying your problem is registered but no proper
                            action is taken from their end.Even after 10 days Daily Problem No engineer had ever

                            not picking the phone and our issue is not solved.Now we are need to take another
                            connection of GTPL as an alternative connection as we are CA (Chartered Accountant
                            rm).We have missed many client's GST return

                            complain with the JIO Connection of Mobile. We also have twitted and try to get to

                                  Hi, i have a 3 month 16 mbps unlimited internet plan. Since the last 5-6 days my connection disappears frequently every 6 hours. You guys have a terrible customer service where i cannot reach you by your customer care number, and also by the phone number of the person who renewed my subscription. I hope you will cooperate with me and solve this problem in order to prevent me from taking any further action.
