Services were restored for a month or so and the problem continues after that. Internet works for two days and then goes off for two days. Our kids are studying online which getting disturbed due to unreliable internet services!!

Our internet connection is lost since last two days. I have been trying to reach out to the given number of customer care "[protected]" & "[protected]". The earlier one is switched off and the later doesn't exist. (Source: http://customer-carenumber.com/broadband/spidigo-customer-care/) this is has happened before as well. Spidigo guys always keep changing there customer care number and often it is unreachable. If you are lucky and your call gets through its a painstaking and hell lot of time consuming process to finally be able to speak to their customer care executive.

Now whom do we register our complaints to! I am totally fed up now for subscribing to one of their 18 months plans. I wish i had gone for the minimum time duration so that i could switch. I feel stuck with the situation. Such a pathetic service!

I have bought the connection before few day, with a 8 mbps plan
but the speed is very slow, and i also customer care number not working or not responding, also i have sent a email in a support but still i have not getting any response
so now what i do..?
is there any way to solve this issue..?
how can i get the solution for that

    Since 4-5 days wifi connection is discontinued. I'm senior citizen and recently have been operated. Your customer care phone number is continuously getting engaged. Since, last 3-4 months your internet access service is very poor. I'm your customer for more than 5 years. But, since last 4-5 months your internet service is interrupting frequently. It has become headache for me. My children are studying and without internet connection, their studies are also adversely affected. Please resolve the problem urgently.

      Hello,

      I have taken 18 months plan from spidigo on 2 apr 2018. The internet is not working since 5 days here and same issue happening since 6 months. I have lodge complaint multiple times but there no one has come here to solve the issue. Every week it doesn't work 2-3 days. Please try to make them either provide service or refund the balance amount.

        Hello, i've been using spidigo broadband since last 3 years, lastly i've renewed my plan on 29th august'18 for 15 months. Since last 2 months my broadband connection is not working. I've tried many times to call customer care and register my complaint. But it always show busy, and i'm failed to do so. I've written two e-mails for complaints. Yet i haven't received any response from them. I heard that company is bankrupt, what shall i do further? Tried visiting their office but it is closed.

        I urge you to guide me how shall i get refund for advance fees paid to company.

        Lastly. I e-mailed their customer care on 10th april.

          I had purchased pre-paid plan last october with plan duration of 18 months. It has been 6 months since i renewed plan but my experience is very much bad..

          My connection is from science city (Sola) area and every 3-4 days it goes down. Customer care number is never reachable and wastage of time and money. Service engineer in my area is mitesh patel and he had given his contact number is always switched off.. Tried his whatsapp but even after reading message, they don't respond to it.

          Currently it is down since last 4 days. Tried customer care number and luckily could talk to some executive on monday (15 april) and was assured it would be addressed in 48 hrs... No luck so far

          Had gone to corporate office at parshwa tower but they behaved very irresponsible way and said you can go to consume court if not happy and refused to give money back..

          Has anyone tried to log complaint to consumer redressal commission at ahmedabad?? Any luck with it?? Please share updates

            Since last 2 day, i am facing internet connectivity issue. Every night internet link was down. I am not able to use internet. I have done so much of complain against this company but seems no resolution. Every alternate day i am facing connectivity issue. Don't know what the hell they are doing. I am ready to file case against this company. I want my money back. I have 1 year of plan but i hardly use 6 month of service.

              We have been complaining about no connection since 14 days.
              We also visited the office 2 days ago. He said that the technician will arrive in 1 day. He also said he will not refund our money.

              Still no one is coming.
              The numbers of responsible person given to us are not responding. Office people told to contact bharatbbai and jaswant bhai who manage this area's complaints.

              They are not picking up our call. Also are not responding to any messages.

                  Am facing too much problems using my internet from[protected].

                  1. It takes too much time to get login after entering the username and password and many times it doesn't even accept the login.

                  2. Internet speed has become very slow due to which i am facing problems in downloading.

                  3. My account automatically gets logged out within an hour or so, and i have to login again and again..

                  I have complained more than 3 times but till know i don't have any response from the company
                  and also the call center number is not contactable. It's always showing busy tone.

                  I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

                              From last two months i'm having speed and disconnection issues. Every time i complaint they solved my issue temporarily and after a day i have to complaint again. They are not making any permanent fix to this problem. This is wasting my precious time. This is mental harassment from the company and totally ripping of money by claiming false speed in there broadband plans.
                              Please take the needful actions.

                              In my view this type of company should be shutdown and prosecuted for public harassment.

                                Spidigo has promised me 2 months of internet extension which I have in writing that they are not providing now. I am calling their customer service since more than a week, everytime they make some excuse and says we will forward your complain but they dont, instead they say thay take 1 year plan we will add 2 months in that, but the deal was extension of 2 months in previous yearly plan. Now nobody is answering the customer service number and keeps in waiting for alteast 10 minutes than the phone hangs up.                                   Spidigo internet stop working frequently. Not able to connect customer care over phone & email id given on website.

                                  Is company working or shut down it's business? I have asked about website link to check my account usage since last one month, no one has replied yet. There are number of articles printed in local newspaper about shut down of this company.

                                  Will company refund proportionate my balance amount? How to contact company for these complaints?

I have already complaint to their website and customer care centre too. They respond that your router must be reset they will repair with in 2 days but nobody came for check. Nevertheless, as a responsible company they should must take care of their customer.

                                      Spidigo's internet goes off every now and then! They have taken the advance money of full year but half of the time internet stops working! No one answers on helpline and they do then complaint is not resolved & gives excuses!
                                      They are cheating customers by taking money and giving no services in return.

                                      company is bankrupt and provider ran away offices are closed and everything is closed so just buy another provider with monthly payment noe no one can be trusted my self 15000 are gone 2 year plan

                                        I am using spidigo since 5-6 years. Every week, at least once, the hardware of nearest tower turns off because "the plug is loose". The company doesn't replace the faulty hardware, takes more than 5 calls to note a complaint, delays in answering consumer care complaints, takes more than 4 days to send a technician to check and consumer care executives have no answer for the timeline.
