Wifi is not working continuously. It is disconnected frequently. Our study work is seriously affected. Please depute your mechanic at the earliest. This complaint is since two months. Once your mechanic visited and resolved the same but it worked for few days only. I am your very old customer and also a senior citizen
And have found your service very satifactory. But, since some time your service is very dissatisfactory.

company is bankrupt and provider ran away offices are closed and everything is closed so just buy another provider with monthly payment noe no one can be trusted my self 15000 are gone 2 year plan

Very ridicule services.

Internet getting down frequently.

Their help line numbers for complaints are keep changing, Even no one is replying over that numbers.

every time have to rush at their office for complaints.

Asking for refund, but denied and said there is no refund policy.

Since 1 month, internet connection was disconnected and lot of false promises were made to rectify the problem. Whenever i complained i use to raise technical requests to solve the issue through customer care agents and mostly through direct online complaints sections. Under user id - harshilshah.84... I have complained more than 20 times. I feel spidigo have cheated me. I am finding ways to contact consumer protection authorities or to file a case.

I am having spidigo connection for more than 2 years now. From the very first day, i have started experiencing issues.

Every week for like 2-3 times either internet will stop working completely or will be working at very less speed.

Every time i call customer service they just have one single answer. 'there's technical fault in your area'.

And now whenever i call customer service it shows me my queue number like 7-9.
After waiting for 15-20 mins i finally get to talk with company representative but guess what they just listened to my complaint and hung the phone up on me.

Now all i want is refund. No more repair work, nothing. Just refund.

I have lost of service request complian but not provided any specific reason for broadband not working. He said engineer visit your place but still not come any engineer for resolve issues. Every weekend broadband not working for 2, 3 days. When we call to customer care for complian it may tack so much time to receive call. And I have pay for 50MBps unlimited data but it was provided only 10- 20MBps maximum.

I have renewed my plan with spidigo in January with username:- jayminbhatt and since day one I haven't received exact speed which has to be 50Mbps but its not. I tried many times to call customer care and have but call never reach the customer care executive and even if they receive then they take complain and say that they will resolve it in next 48Hr but they never did and never get called back from there technical team or not any technical person visit my place for issue resolution. I lodged complain online and on a call with customer care executive and here is the complaint serial no:- 8805 and 11329. please do needful and help me to resolve it quickly.

From december 2018, we have recurrent issue with the connectivity and speed. Hence the issue is lingering from last 3 months even after multiple service complaints.
However the service provider is unable to provide any solution and offers one or the other excuse for the disruption in the service. Visited personally 2-3 times to the head office as well but no or unsatisfactory response. We requested that to refund our amount but said that it can not be done and u can go for consumer complaint..

Since from one month there is no internet. Regarding this we have done many times complain to local authority. But, there is no any solution or result for this. We are trying to register our complain by telephone in your company ([protected]), we have to hold our telephone at least 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the answer is coming that our executive are busy try to phone later.
Is this type of services are you providing to your customer? Do something for this as early as possible.

Since last one month there is no availability of internet connection. company has removed its one of the customer care number while on other number it always shows waiting. Company is not responding in any ways.

I am facing spidigo connection issue since months. No broadband signal at all. Nobody is picking up the phone on customer care. No body is answering on their website. Terrible and pathetic service. Sometimes it got resolved own its own. But since 10 days, my Internet is totally stopped working and my complaint is not resolved. Somebody must take serious action.

Net is not working for more than 2 weeks. Customer care is not receiving the call and always gives wait list number and call gets disconnected. What the ### is happening with their network. At least they should send a broadcast message to all customers regarding whats happening.

Spidigo broadband pvt. Ltd. Claims to be a internet service provider but they are nothing more than greedy scammers.
My spidigo connection had not been working since like 3 months from now expcept one or two rare occasional days.
I had written emails, called like a hundred times still no solution. Initially at least they used to register the complaint but now they don't even pick up their consumer care helpline, whenever you call its busy and then the call automatically gets ended. The engineers who provide service are extremely rude and give false assurance and after a point of time start ignoring the calls. Even before these 3 months of complete internet shutdown they had an internet problem every week and the speed was not even close to what was guranteed by the plan provider. I demand my annual subscription fee back as refund and an apology from spidigo for such bad service.

It is hard to tell you that I am not getting any response from the spidigo service hence I am not able to use internet service since last 1 week. I called to customer care so many times thereafter I complain to one of your employee but I didn't get positive response from him as well.

We are regular customer since long.

It had been informed to us that the 50mbps connection is available and for the said explained connection we paid rs. 7670/ wide cq no 195461 dtd[protected].

Till date we had not been provided with the said facility and not getting satisfactory reply.

We therefore forced to approach your bodakdev office for the refund of the said amount on 10th january 2019.

We had been assured for the refund and guided to provide the details for neft.

We provided the details on 12th january 2019.

From last 15 days my internet is down, i have tried to reach their complaint number but didn't hear a thing from them. IVR keeps me waiting and utlimately disconnect call telling all executives are busy. That's ridiculous i called like 100 times but i didnt they just dont reply.

I tried to reach spidigo since couple of months via phone, email and agents. No one is responding. Very unprofessional behaviour. The customer care number is also on auto answering mode, it starts with some queue number, e. G. 9, but moment you reach waiting number 1 it gets disconnected. It is set for 4 minute waiting period. I tried to reach several executives personally but did not pick the phone.

Connection is not working for the last 2 days. I am from ahmedabad, paldi area. They are not responding on customer care number and on mails. This is happening on regular basis and whenever their connection is down they switch off their customer care number. My is a prepaid connection so i am stuck in this. Our internet connection not working for the last one month the helpline number given never picked up by any executive and the phone is always switched off i have also been personally visited the spidigo office in Ahmadabad off S.G.Highway and was told there that we are having network issues and if we are not happy with the service we are welcome to take legal action. Now I understand spidigo office has shut down at Ahmedabad.
So i demand refund of Rs.7200/- paid for net connection since the company is unable to service their customers failing which will have to go to consumer court
