My name is l. L. Kalyanasundaram. I am a senior citizen aged 69.

Initially, i have booked a sleeper coach through online for my travel from chennai to trichy on the night of 10th march 2018. I have booked a lower berth and paid rs. 756.00 through credit card. Amount deducted from my account but neither an e-ticket nor a sms received from srm transport. Please arrange to credit back the amount in my account.

Further, i have booked tickets on 8th march 2018 in srm through on-line for my travel from chennai to trichy (10.3.18) and back (12.3.18). Onward pnr no. Wb113ae65 - trip name: m153 - seat no.11/ return pnr no. Wb113ae66- trip name: m226a - seat no.14. I have paid rs. 525 +525 through net banking [hdfc]. I have cancelled tickets on 10.3.18 morning. I have been informed that a sum of rs. 400 and 450 will be credited in my account. Kindly see that the amounts are credited to my account immediately. I have registered a complaint also with your customer care yesterday. Please arrange to help a regular customer of your travel company.

    I have travel hosur to tiruchendur srm transport my ticket no tm3n73767144. On ticket drop time is printed at 6 a. M but it reached at 8.30 am. While checked with driver he replied. We couldn't make it at 6 am it will take 9 a. M. You people inform to office let them change timings in website properly at 9 a. M. So i[censored] changed time passenger s will plan accordingly

      On 17/02/2018 i was trying to book a ticket from chennai to thiruvarur for the date of journey 23/02/2018 seat no 28 but unfortunately from my account amount of rs.602 has been debited and credited to srm transports.

      In this case i didn't receive pnr and mail from srm transports. I check through srm website my ticket has also not blocked. I request you to kindly credit the refund amount to my account.

        My ticket goose pnr number - tgbljdxbq0u

        I have booked my bus ticket to travel from chennai to thirchendur on 26th jan 2018 at srm transport which scheduled at 9:15 pm mercedes benz sleeper bus.

        But on 26th jan 2018 at around 5:00 pm. I got a call from srm transport stating that 9:15 pm mercedes benz sleeper bus is cancelled. Due to this, they insisted me to travel in the ordinary sleeper a/c bus at 7:15 pm.

        Without providing any alternate bus for 9:15 pm. At the nick of time without providing any option/alternate workaround. We are forced to travel in the bus they decide.

        We are totally disappointed with the services from srm transport. Henceforth, my family members and my friends circle will not take any bus services from srm transports.

        My rating for srm transport = less than zero.

          2 passesngers booked ticket from allepey to chennai. Its so sucking to wait long hours without proper intimation whether bus will be available or not. The response i got from a local staff is bus broke down and mechanic will be reaching the point. Already its 3 hrs late. When does it get repaired and when vl board the bus? Wont the condition of bus be maintained properly before its been sent to usage? I got a kerala manager contact number and he s not even picking up the call. Is he not answerable to consumer? Very worst unexected from srm transports.

            I have booked ticket on 21.12.2017 through redbus from vasudevanallur to chennai vide ticket number tkdg41189342.

            So today i am waiting for bus in vasudevanallur bus stand from 8.45 pm onwards. After few hours i asked local agency people regarding this bus arrival. They stating that, you are booking ticket through online. So will not help you. Moreover they have not responded. After that 9.16pm i made a call to redbus customer care registered complaint against this issues. They asked me to call said two numbers. I replied to them one number switched off. Another number is local agency number. They are already gave irrelevant answer. Then redbus people gave driver number. I called driver he asked me to wait me. Then i waited. After 30 min the driver called me sir we are unknowingly crossed you. Sorry please arrange the alternatives.. Simply they are telling.

              I am having a journey from chennai to kerala on srm bus (Starts @ 8pm) from koyembedu. I am in the l13 seat of the bus. I am feeling so much heat as it is directly above engine and unable to sleep. And there is no proper way of eliminating heat.ac operation is just ridiculous. Remove this seat from the option so that people wont choose it. The worst trip i am having.

                I am waiting for the bus to tirunelveli which is actually come at perungalathur for pick up at 1030hrs but still (1120hrs) it has not depart from chennai but in their website time mentioned to reach tirunelveli which is not at all possible if the bus even depart at 1100hrs none of their staff not picking up the call and not even giving a proper reply and simply saying we don't know keeping on saying in next half an hour bus will come almost one hour delayed i don't know how long it will take but they simply saying we don't know... But getting paid well from the customer henceforth i will insist my all friends and relatives to boycott srm travels since many new travels are behaving descent and providing good service they will keep update customer even if it 15mins delay but having many years in this transport industry srm giving worst and bad service to the customer

                  Booked a ticket for a lady passenger travelling from chennai to dindigul. Initially when contacting to the srm driver they said bus will arrive soon, but after the intial call they didn't pick any calls after that. We tried all the control number of srm most of them didn't pick up, some who picked were harsh like"we are sleeping dont disturb". The online platform partner abhi bus and myself was trying numerous time to contact the srm driver or operator but none attended the call. Nobody responded, bus was suppose to come by 11.10 pm but till 1.00 am no response from them. So the lady passenger had to be picked back by us, and find some other means to travel.
                  For proof and other details abhi bus can be involved, as they know this case very well and they are still trying track it with srm transports.
                  Its very sad and scary for a lady passenger to wait till 1.00 am expecting for the bus she booked to come. Its night and unsafe for them to be there at tat time. Its matter of trust that we have on these drivers and operators that they will come and take it to our destinations
                  We need to take strict action against these fraud people, else more passengers will be cheated and our lifes will be put into danger.
                  Please take up this complaint, am ready to provide all the proofs.

                    Worst ever journey traveled in life time, dated 29th nov, 2017, from chennai to thanjavur-a/c semi sleeper. Nil communication about the bus arrival itself. How do u expect the passengers to stand on roads for more than 2 hours with out any clue if the bus will come or not??? How many calls to all ur contact numbers on earth??? Either the number is kept engaged or not reachable.. Heights of irritation created to the passengers. How can u all dare to create such trauma to us that too in these heavy rains.. Above all, the driver's completely unexpected rude behavior took on our nerves.. If its your brand image that's creating such arrogance in u all, then i would say ur company is on the verge of death as am sure many many such customers would have faced such issues with ur transport.

                      This is for your consideration and action that i have booked a ticket through online sbi to srm transports on 18th september 2017 with ref. No/cheque no.[protected]igacaubnh9 transfer to 4599 for rs.893/- from chennai to uthamapalayam 9.00 o’clock ac sleeper bus, for the travel date: 24.09.2017. The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket was not booked. The amount was not yet refunded to my account.

                      Again i tried to book a ticket on 20th september 2017 through online sbi to you with ref. No./cheque no.[protected]igacbbfqi7 transfer to 4599 for rs.893/- from chennai to uthamapalayam 9.00 o’clock ac sleeper bus, for the travel date: 22.09.2017. The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket was not booked. The amount was not yet refunded to my account.

                      . Kindly take immediate steps to refund the amount from both of the above two transactions.

                        Starting with the staff who talks on the phone regarding the pickup point was yelling over the phone whoever makes a phone call. Next the bus was late. Next the seats in a sleeper bus was so bad that i have never imagined it even in cheap buses. The smell of the bedsheet was stinking like a dead rat that i couldn't breathe. The charger point was not working. Moreover there was water leakage from the top surface of the seat. Seriously it was the worst travel i have ever had.

                          Srm transport bus drivers welcoming passengers with bad words. "are you eating food or anything else" said by driver. The situation was difficult to that male passenger. Instead of on time, bus reaches the boarding point few min early. When the passenger called the driver, he told already reaches the boarding point. Waiting for the passenger and scolded him to come fast. Passenger replied that he just few meters away from the boarding point. Still passenger struggled to board since bus is 100 meters away from boarding point. Welcoming culture of bus drivers is really appreciable. Unsafe and worst choice for ladies travel.

                          I booked Chennai to tanjore bus boarding in perungulathur at 10.45 pm but they changed the bus without informing they allot me last seat in non AC bus... In India we can't do anything about this mafia .. so please avoid this transport... Worst transport ever...
                          SRM Transport is collecting fare Rs 1500 for travelling from chennai to periyakulam on 11 Jan 2018. Please check redbus.in. This same bus is collecting fare Rs 700 for normal days.

                              I have booked a ticket from chennai to nagercoil on srm website and cancelled the same ticket on 26/09/2017. The refund amount has not yet credited to my account. I have tried contacting them and no reply from their side. Really fed up with the service and have mailed the person who has been in charge of payment section but so far no reply from their side. My pnr no:wba427fc9 (Chennai-nagercoil).

                                Unable to contact srm travels..no one is responding properly .worst experience
                                Perungulathur office person didn't respond properly and no office of srm transport is answering a call .
                                I faced many difficulties with srm transport.thus i concluded not to book srm transport hereafter .pls don't book srm travels they will give you the worst experience and during travel when asked to reduce the temperature of ac there was no proper response.it was raining but the temperature of ac was at 22degrees and no blanket was provided

                                  I had an official trip from chennai to tirupur (A/c sleeper). But inbetween bus got breakdown and we need to change of busses. New bus what they given won't go tirupur. It's a coimbatore scania (A/c semi sleeper) that too in last seat. The respective person are not giving proper response. I had booked the ticket and payed for tirupur. But you went only to coimbatore.

                                    There are many complaints about the services of srm transports.
                                    1. Firstly the bus arrived at 12am, however the scheduled departure was 10:45pm. A total of 1.5 hours delay.
                                    2. Secondly after the late arrival of the bus, the bus staffs behaved inappropriately and forcefully pushed my family members from the running bus and too he didn't stop at the said venue.

                                    This is unacceptable and i literally want to express my pain and frustration. Is there a governing body who can take action on this and should ensure safety of the passengers?

                                    Statutory warning: donot board on any srm travels bus else your experience will be the worst.

                                      I had a terrible journey at srm ac sleeper in trivandrum - chennai trip. The bus provides all the information such a wify, charging plus facility, air condition etc.. But none of them r available as some technical problem is going on as per the excuse mentioned by the vehicle staffs.. When u mentioned about the discomfortness the driver don’t even mind of hearing what i’m saying and he argued to me go back to my seat. Suddenly the other staff came forward to hear what i have to say by the driver stopped him frim doing that. This is srm local (Non-volvo) ac sleeper trivandrum-chennai[protected] depart time 5.00pm. I don’t know who is that driver but he wll make the srm service reputation worse

                                        No response from customer care ph.no nobody is taking up the landline ph no and cell no also which all are mentioned in the portal as contact no. It looks very bad.
                                        Hopeless travels. 6:30am bus, takes 2 hours to reach the bus station from the yard, which is hardly 100 meters away. They also give us the yard address as the pickup point and ask us to come to another place. Its pathetic. Sad. Hopeless .
