I have tried to book the ticket on 28th aug 2017 from pattukkottai to chennai and the journey date is 22nd oct 2017. The ticket was not booked. But an amount (Rs 536) has been deducted. So that i have mailed to srm refund team on sep 7th 2017. After that i didn't get any reply from them and the amount also not yet refunded till now. I have sent many reminder mails. But am not get any reply back.
SRM Transports customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have booked and cancelled a ticket on 26/09/2017.The refund amount has not yet credited to my account. I have tried contacting them and no reply from their side. Really fed up with the service and have mailed the person who has been in charge of payment section but so far no reply from their side.my PNR No:WBA427FC9(Chennai-Nagercoil).

    I have booked ticket (Booked on 20.09.2017) two times to travel from chennai to tirunelveli on 29.09.2017 (Through online - srm website) rs.802/- is debited from my account two times. But ticket is not booked. I did'nt receive any sms regarding ticket booking.

    I tried to reach the phone number (Helpdesk) which was diverted to another number, no one answered. Need my refund immediately

        Bus root : chennai - tenkasi

        Cancellation date : 01st sep 2017

        I have book three sheets in srm travels website using my credit card via paytm payment gateway. I have cancelled the ticket. But still am not received my amount back.

        I have sent mail to [protected]@srmtransports.in and [protected]@srmtransports.in. But there is no response from srm travels.

        I got the help desk number in srm travels website. When ever i call to that number call get forward to another number and call get ended.

        Almost 13 days completed, there is no response from srm travels.

        Worst customer service.

          I booked yesterday 9.15 pm Chennai to Valliyur Scandia multi axel bus for 13/9/2017 journey from my mobile. The ticket amount is debited but ticket not confirmed. Please inform refund status.

            Hi,
            I am travelling from chennai to pudukkottai. Bus got delayed for more than an hour. We are not able to track the bus. We didn't receive any message regarding vehicle number. Helpline number is busy all the time. Luckily it got connected once in 100 dials. No proper info about the delay when we called the service desk. We were about to cancel the trip bcz of ds. Finally, bus came after 1 hour. Driver was so cool saying that it always happens. Too much irritated. And on top of all, ac is not working properly. Worst travels

On calling the travel guy he said to complain to customer care, but still no complaint was taken as the customer care didnt pick up my call, on again asking the travel guy he sqid itll be refunded but still no amount was credited.please look into it

              My name is joel jefferson
              I booked a ticket from chennai to tuticorin
              Boarding time was 7:15pm
              Unfortunately i came 10 mins late i reached the boarding point at exactly 7 :25pm
              When the called the respected authority he didnt respond properly. He said it was my fault and the ticket amount could not be refunded and he dont give a damn about it. Though it was my mistake for a few mins delay he shold have eaited for a passenger.
              Cant the bus wait for 10 more minutes for a passenger.
              If the bus is late for 1 or 2 hours we the passengers tolerate it. Why cant the bus wait for a passenger.

                I have booked tickets from valliyur to chennai (Data of travel 25-jun-2017) in srm route no. B-149a trivandrum - chennai, mercedez benz sleeper

                I wanted to change my boarding point from valliyur to tirunelveli.

                I tried all the number given in the tickets, and also tried calling help desk no given in the website.

                The landlines were not in use. All the mobile nos were either no one picks up the call or incoming facilities to some of mobile nos are barred.

                Also sent a mail to help desk, no response.

                Finally i have contacted abhi travels, valliyur (Local tie up with srm), he only picked up the call and answered; thanks to him.

                Very poor service from srm transport.

                  The bus timing is 6:30 pm the bus started at 7:10 pm from koyembedu srm bus terminus its because the passenger is well known r related to the koyembedu office staff who brought the trip sheet and passenger details after 7 pm pls take action on that guy its 6, :30 pm sleeper bus. Bus details : chennai to trivandram bus, date : 21/6/17
                  The entire passengers got annoyed and shouted at the driver. We trust srm travels because of its timing and i am a frequent passenger of srm. Please take action of this else you will lose valuable customers.

                    My name is prabu vignesh studying mbbs in saveetha medical college chennai. I booked srm bus from chennai to krishnagiri pnr. Dba3a6b7d. I put boarding point as poonamalle. My college will get over at 3 30 pm. So that i contacted office to board me at outside my college which is the same way that bus is going.in office they said that they have informed the driver and when your boarding point comes he will call at that time you say to him. I did the same. While boarding me driver spoke harsh words against me. This is the worst experience i ever had in travelling.

But unfortunately you could not provide your mercedes benz on the date due to the reasons only known to you and subsequently i was asked to travel by an ordinary vehicle. The amount of rs 1375/- was collected from me for travel by your special mercedes benz but i had to travel by your ordinary vehicles, for lower rate fare. At the time of my journey i was told that the difference in the fare would be credited in my bank account.

                      I am sorry to state that till now the difference in th e fares has not been credited in my account as alleged. You are requested to immediately credit the differemnced amount of fare failing which i would be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer forum. Hope you will do the needful immediately.

                        I wanted to tell that i had a horrible experience with srm transports omni bus stand manager.

                        I made a booking from chennai to bangalore through red bus - srm transports. Boarding point in koyambedu is not showing up when i want to choose that instead i choosed poonamalle kfc because i have no option to decide. Its showing only poonamalle kfc and sri perambadur toll.

                        I made a call on 4th june, night to confirm that i will board from koyambedu. They asked me to come @ 6.30 am to koyambedu. When i went there bus already left no body called me even though i made a call so many times to this number - [protected].

                        Omni bus stand manager behaved rudely and he is not giving me the driver number or who is incharge for that so that i can ask him were the bus in going according to that i can go and catch the bus.

                        When bus stopped in poonamalle kfc point no body called me to check atleast whether am coming or not.

                        I wanted to take a legal action aganist omni bus stand manager and the person who dosen't picked up my calls even though i called so many times.

                        I end up in paying 300 rupees to auto from koyambedu to poonamalle kfc point and alternatively i travelled through asian express which i paid 530.

                        I need a response to my problem asap else i will take strict legal actions aganist srm transports and that omni bus stand manager. I can go to any extreme to fix my problem to police or consumer complaints section. I hope srm transports reacts accordingly because i have horrible expericence in morning and money is also lost.

                              My bike was transported on Monday[protected] through SRM speed parcel Pvt limited. It is not received till now . Today's date is[protected]... It was transported from Coimbatore to Chennai(Guindy)... I am not at all satisfied with the response they give... Today it reached the respective destination but they didn't bring my bike keys and helmet...I am dissatisfied and I will not recommend SRM to anyone.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I booked ticket in 22/04/2017 5:45 SRM multiaxle volvo to Trivandrum.TICKET NO :TK5K86553543 via redbus. Around 3 pm i received a call stating the Vehicle is in workshop and hence asking me to switch to 5:45 sleeper bus.Since it was urgent for me to reach trivandrum in morning I had to go in that. But little did I know that the Pondicherry registered PY 01 CG 6629 Vehicle didnt have permit to enter kerala.At morning 7 am they asked us to shift to another vehicle( the time we are supposed to reach trivandrum) . the second bus which came was 6:30 chennai trivandrum sleeper bus. And after 3 hours I successfully reached trivandrum.

                                My only demand here is a compensation and a refund of ticket for providing such a pathetic service by SRM. Passengers are not responsible for Vehicle Permit.The owners should take care of that.

                                  I was travelling by Volvo ac bus from Chennai to theni on 22/4/17 starting at 10.15pm, bus no tn02av4344, the bus reached the destination 2hrs late and the driver driving the bus in the morning had such rude behaviour and using foul filthy language, I never expected a reputed company like URS would employ such a bad rude driver who degrades ur value, this incident has made me think twice before travelling by ur travels again, I hope u look into the matter and do the needful

                                    Hi team,

                                    We faced very worst and terrible experience.

                                    Well, let me explain about the incident.

                                    Our boarding from Chennai to Tirunelveli on Saturday at 8.15 PM. The PNR number for the ticket is : RBA30CC56 Seat No : U19 and U20

                                    I have been standing at opposite to A2B hotel from 7.50 PM. I called Bus driver [protected] to enquiry about the same, but bad luck they did returned my call.

                                    To my surprise, I just received a call from bus Driver at 8.00 PM saying that they have just started bus at koyambedu. So, I thought of standing there with friends from 8.30 PM and called the driver but again bad luck.Them I called the bus driver by 9.00 PM to ask where they have reached but no luck. Again, I started calling the agent after 10 mins but they also not answered my call.

                                    I was standing with my friends calling them for every 10 mins to enquiry now they answered. They answered twice saying after 10.15 pm and said that they are stuck in heavy traffic at Perungalathur.

                                    I thought of standing there and had fear of what if they left because tomorrow I had a very important function in my home town.

                                    My friend and myself are standing there till 11:30 PM, but they never answered my call and also they didn’t returned call back.

                                    After sometime they switched off the phone. The fear inside me started increasing, so I called the SRM support and Agents more then 20 min but they didn’t answered my call.

                                    My friends asked me to go and check in SRM transport (near to SRM university) at 12.15 PM there they said the respective bus went by 10.20 PM.

                                    They said it is not their responsibility too.

                                    We disappointed with driver who did not mentioned about the call and bus stats. We argued with bus SRM agents who said it is not their responsibility to check the passengers boarding status. All our time and money are totally wasted.

                                    The issue here is that they didn’t mentioned about the Bus stats in time. So we have been waiting there for the bus without the knowing that the bus has already went. We are really pissed off about the arrogant behaviour and irresponsibility.

                                    Our only concern here is how many of employees had this kind of experience. I request you to take the necessary actions.

                                    Please give us our money back or give us a another two ticket to Thirunelveli today. Atleast, call([protected]) and let us know why the driver did not mention anything about the bus details on time.

                                      Dear SRM Team,

                                      I had a travel from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 1st April 2017 with a 1yr old baby. I was really satisfied with the handling the customer and the respect to the lady passenger. Due to which, we planned to return by same provider with some extra luggages. I personally called the SRM office at Nellai to enquire about the luggage. The representative, informed me that he wil help me to sort out the luggage issues and discussed to pay for extra luggages. Later during the time of boarding, we tried to manage the luggages, but a SRM staff (who doesn't even know to handle a customer valuably) speaks rude and also, it is SRM's responsibility to provide us a proper information during the call itself.
                                      Finally the extra luggages were left back at the place. I don't know whether its my mistake to trust your service or your mistake to fool the customer with false hope and disrespect the customer.
                                      Also, don't know why people of your same service behave differently at different places.
                                      Wish, none of your other customers should face such problems.

                                        Hi,

                                        Srm transport bus from Tiruvalla to Chennai (3:30 pm) was canceled by Srm without prior notice on 27 Feb 2017. Traveller, a senior citizen, was stranded at the boarding place without any information. No sms was given on this regards.
                                        After getting information from a third party travel agency nearby, passenger returned at 4:15pm. This was immediately confirmed by phone to Srm Chennai office. They confirmed that the bus is canceled. I have requested for refund to which Srm personnel asked me to write to [protected]@srmtransports.in. Prompt reply came from this mail id and they requested for me pnr for refund. I responded to the mail with the pnr - WBA2A8A81
                                        Did not receive refund, hence send mail again on 15 Mar 2017. Prompt reply was received noting that there was delay in processing the refund and they initiating the same immediately. Till date, 26Mar 2017, have to received the refund.
                                        Please do the needful to get me my refund of Rs. 1261
                                        Ticket was booked online from Srm site using credit card.

                                        SRM Transports customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am the passenger of coimbatore to Chennai on 09/04/17 and boarded at 1:00pm bus which is multi axile Volvo AC SRM bus... From the starting AC is at poor condition... Because of this I feel very stuff in closed window bus since fully air-conditioned... I don, t know why this much poor air conditioning system in this bus...
