My order #[protected] was placed 12 days back and till now I haven’t received it also no notifications. I have mailed the team so many times to expedite my order but in vain. It was a paid order so even my money is at stake . I had not expected such a thing from Stalkbuylove. Please look into it and get my order delivered. Please value customer’s time and money.

I had placed a return request for my order on 28 Sept and after that I have been calling stalkbuylove and writing then again and again for pickup of my order. My mails are not being replied and everytime I call I get assurance that it will be picked up today.

PS: SBL representative says the request has been raised on 9 Oct 2018. However, I have received the refund initiation mail on 28 September. I am uploading the copy of email.

I am fed up of calling stalkbuylove and requesting them for a very simple order pickup. I don't know why SBL is not able to process the return request for so long.

I request that the refund may be processed asap and order can be pickup whenever SBL feels convenient.

I had purchased a dress worth rupees 1299 from online shopping site ie (Stalk buy love)
The dress was quite small for me. And it was very tight for me. So i registered for refund for the product. The company delivery man took back the product (Dress) from me the very next day. I called the customer services many times regarding the refund but no good response. I mailed them my bank details. It is 10 days and yet i did not recieve my refund.
They are not providing any proper service.

After being sent a wrongly sized item.. I was told i would have to return myself which i did at a cost of 220 rupees (Told refund of 150} towards it.. Then the same day a courier called to say he was coming for pick up... They then two days later recieved the product it is now over a week and the refund has not been processed...

I had purchased one top from this site 45 days ago after 10 days i received the product and it’s fitting was too loose. So i requested for return the product and it’s almost one month my request is pending as such and no one even call me to pick up the product. Infact i received fake message from company side that we tried your number and it’s not reachable. They even not ready to register my complaint. I am very shocked that what the bad reviews service they are providing and they said we are competitors sham on you compare yourself with other companies.

Such a # website it is.. Literally m just got tired with the service they are providing... M like shooting mails everyday.. But haven’t got any response... They are not even refunding my money... The customer service number is disgusting.. Whenever you call them it will always tell you to call on monday during the business hours.. And when you call them on monday the won’t be available to talk to you... They are telling me that they have refunded my money on 3rd of august however, the executive picked the returning product on 7th... I mean are you serious... Are you giving free money that i will got my money in this much advance?😡 i hate this app.. Won’t recommend this app to anyone.. Don’t buy from this website ever!!!

I had placed an order with this company and the product received was defective. The only way to reach out to them is e-mails. I received immediate action only after i sent a disappointed and annoyed mail. Now their great policy gives credit points, i requested for a bank credit. After a series of e mails i got a link to fill details which opened to their home page and not where i can fill details. After finding it on my own it is not accepting the details and it shows "refunded" as status to my refund. So many days and its all mails no action, chasing after them for my own money. Very disappointed. Worst customer service. Worst return refund policy. Not at all helpful.

I ordered few clothes on the 18 th july which got auto canceled. I placed an order again on the 23 rd and I specifically called the customer service to tell them i am leaving out of the country and I need it before 5 th but its ridiculous! You cant expect a customer to order and then forget all about it! If you say 7-9 business days please mean it! I dont think I will ever recommend this site to any of my friends nor order ever again after such a pathetic service

I placed my order on 29th july, but from past 4 days it is showing me the status in packed state. What would take you guys from dispatching it??
I did not see such a poor delivery service anywhere. Dropping mails and calling customer support have not been of any help.

I requested them multiple times to deliver my order by 2nd august as it was urgent but of no use. I just get the same reply your order will be dispatched but still not dispatched.
No one is responding to the customer support number neither are they responding to my mails.

I ordered products worth 5k and even after paying the amount in advance the delivery person called me after 15 days and said as it is office they cannot attempt delivery (Please note i do get my orders delivered at that address) not received the order till date. They are running a website that takes money from customers by showing attractive product images and do not deliver products

I had placed an order on the site and as soon as I placed the order I wanted to cancel it cause I chose the wrong size unlike other sites sbl does not have a cancel option online so since last two days I have been emailing and calling customer care but no one is answering I want that order to be cancelled right now I already have ordered a smaller size of that product what will I do with two same products. You people have a very unresponsive service

Ordered 1 item worth rs 1, 343 (Inclusing gst) and opted for net banking payment. I also received order confirmation mail. Next day order status on website was showing pending payment, on checking my bank statement i got to know only rs. 944 (Total amt for deduction is directly taken from the website, cannot input manually) was deducted from my account. I dropped in a mail to them informing the same. For which they replied after 1 day as below;

"with reference to your order id:[protected], we regret to inform you that the order that you placed is cancelled due to non-receiving of the payment, hence we request you to place a new order and coordinate with your bank for the refund".

I mailed them to give option to make the balance payment or return store credit for the debited amount. However no response.

They got the money and still cancelled my product. And say that they have not received the money. I have the utr number for the successful transaction as well. Tried calling their customer care no, but no response. Dropped them a mail regarding the query for which they are taking own sweet time to respond. Is this fraud company? Just read really bad reviews from many customers about their customer care being pathetic.

I placed an order on 9th july requesting them that i have a flight to catch so kindly please dispatch it on time. Its 24th july, i havent recieved it yet. There is a comcerned person mr. Nabarun kumar (The most pathetic and disgusting person doing job there), i constantly mailed him regarding this issue but he dint help me in any of the way.
At last when i lost my temper amd asked him either to cancel the order or dispatch it today, he straightaway just cancelled it

I feel like giving him a tight slap and abuse him to that level that he will not feel to work ever anywhere..

The most ls site is stalkbuylove, making people fool.

I cancelled my order after waiting for days for them to dispatch it.

No proper mechanism to raise issue and their customer service is so pathetic. No body replies properly. I just regret and regret dealing with them in the first place. I don't know who is going to take responsibility of this

My dress arrived on 15 June'18. Had to travel to US for a friends wedding, so did not check it properly, just tried it once, it fitted me well so i kept it in my bag in all the hurly-burly of coming here.
After coming here, when i took my dress out to wear it for the first time at a party I noticed this big whole in the dress.
I am a frequent buyer from StalkBuyLove and never faced issues with them. I immediately emailed them with the pictures. But i was suprised to hear back from them that they cannot do anything about it!!
I havent even worn it for once!! They expect me to throw it away!!

Placed an order on 24th june from Stalkbuylove. prepaid it and still not received the product. the customer care executives are giving useless replies like wait for some time and we are getting back to you and we understand your feelings. Tried calling their customer care and they said the product is already delivered but i didnt get the product. they are not ready to share the courier guys number. status is showing complete but not delivered.
I need my money back now as it is more than 15 days and i still havent received the product. Such pathetic replies from customer care executives. And now the phone number is in maintenance. No other way to deal with such companies

Please provide me the information.

The return request was blocked from the very date of delivery. When return request raised via email. The return request was not accepted stating that the 15 days return period has expired, though infact the return request was raised well on time and within the 15 days period. Thereafter, no response was received on the same matter. The order ID is[protected].

I mailed them but there is no revert
Their customer care number isnt working too
Im unable to cancel the order too
The cancel option is not highlighted im getting only automated mail reverts for my mail
When i called its saying they r under maintenance
