This is what I have found on their website underneath the returns and refunds section:

"We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Stalkbuylove.com. You can return all items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. This excludes bodysuits and swimwear. The refund amount will be credited back to your StalkBuyLove account as a voucher or credit points."

Also, they state this:

" However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation."
"It can take up to 15 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window."

And the most important bit:

"How will I be refunded for the return ?

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your StalkBuyLove account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on StalkBuyLove.com."

Based on the above, I guess you need to check your stalkbuylove account first if they have refunded you in their store credits. According to them, if you wanted a bank refund, you have to let them know within 8 weeks of refund initiation for that to happen.
In any case, they have surpassed their own stated timeline and are in a breach of the contract with you. You can easily go to consumer court for getting your refund and maybe some compensation as well from the company.

same issues I'm facing too...forcing for sbl credits...

Order number[protected]two products were returned on 2nd Jan) ; it is 18th Feb today and even after numerous emails the refund of 1600 has not yet been generated. This is cheating of the highest category.

I placed multiple orders on stalkbuylove and cancelled few orders. I didn’t receive any emails regarding order confirmation and cancellation. I have been trying to contact the team but none of their contact channels seems to be working. I neither received the refund nor delivery of my others order.

Hi I have been following up since January and I haven't received the product nor the refund.

Please look into it on priority.

Still refund is not credited in my account. it has already been more then a month since i placed a refund request.No action has been taken from this eCommerce(stalk buy love).

More than one month passed, there is no sign of refund. Stalkbuylove is deleting the comments of complaints from their web page and other social media platforms. Three pending refunds of 3 blazers returned are unaddressed . Felt cheated, as they are eating customer's hard earn money.
