Sbl is not giving a refund of rs. 2500 from last 1 month. I have followed up around 30 times but they are giving the same reply that something is wrong with their bank from last 1 month. Even ceo is not replying to the mail, forget support supervisors. I raised the request for return on 17th december.

It is to inform that i had placed an order with stalkbuylove on 3/12/2018 (Order no.#[protected] which was delivered to my on 19/12/2018. There were 6 products in all and i had requested to return them all on the same day i. E 19/12/2018 as some had size issues and some had quality issue. The delivery boy picked up the products from me on 21/12/2018. I recieved a mail from stalkbuylove on the same day confirming the same. I am attaching the proof of the same. Its been almost 1.5 months now but i have not recieved my refund amount of rs.4532 till date. I have contacted their customer care they tell me the amount will be refunded in a few days each time. I am really very upset with their services as the amount is a huge one.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

The dresses are picked up but it's been a month and refund is not processed.
The status on the app shows status as online refund in process but nothing has been done as for now.

Yes don’t think they are intending to give back mu money.

Every time same email is forwarded that they forwarded the email to finance team. But nothing has happened.
Their call center agents said last week that i will get the refund in 5 -8 business day.
I feel this company is a fake company and are giving hard time to customers asking their money back.

I had ordered 2 products from stalkbuylove on 16/12/18 and i have returned the product for which there was no courier service available so i shipped it myself on 22/12/18 and the product has reached their warehouse on 24/12/18 but they didnt unform me about any proceedings i had to email them and call them everytime to know the status, its 27/1/19 and i am still waiting for refund.. They tell me everytime that there's somw problem with the system... And no emails from their side about the delay... I have to call them and enquire

I purchased three items from stalkbuylove out of which i returned one item. But i havent received the refunded money till now. I returned the item somewhat on 21 dec 2018 but everytime i am trying to contact them they saw they have refunded money and ask me to share my account e-statement when i did that they stopped replying me to my mails. I have returned a product on 6th january'19. Since then i'm waiting for my refund. I've mailed them so many times but they give automated responses/ lame excuses stating that they're facing problems in refund department. I don't care about your internal issues. You have clearly mentioned on your website that return money will be credited within 7 days. I want my money back on urgent basis.

Hi, i have ordered few stuff on 16th december and have returned the product.
Since then i'm following up for my refund and i haven't got it. People have stopped responding to my calls as well. Today they told that refunds are on hold due to some internal issue.

Company's internal issue is non of customer's concern. I want my refund back!!!
No senior comes on call. No communication. Customers have to email and call and take followups.

I had placed the order[protected] on 30th december and its already been 18 days since i got any update on the same. I have already paid for the order and even after repeated emails to them regarding the delivery, they are jusy sending automated emails with nonsense apologies. This company should be sued for the heights of worst customer satisfaction and unaccountability. I had asked them to provide a tentative date or refund my amount, but none of the actions have been taken for the same.

I have asked for refund for a order from stalkbuylove.. With refund amount of 790rs it has been 16-17 days.. Till the amount is not refunded.. And everytime a try to contact them via mail the send the same reply.. That is :-

We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard. Now it can be clearly seen they r making as fool.. I just want my refund amount as soon as possible.. Its a request.. Plz don't break the trust of customers like this. Or else who will again shop from ur site.. Plz do it fast

I have still not received the refund amount of inr 900/- for the order (Order number:[protected], order details, for which i had already sent several requests via email (From past 2 months). It has been more than a month now that i am chasing for this refund. Can you please update me on the status of my request asap? Please clear the amount asap.

My order number[protected] from stalkbuylove was delivered on december 24th. I was out of city so they delivered to security person. Iam back today and checked items. The fabric quality is bad and one item is defective. They are not ready to return those since 15 days have crossed. And customer care person saleem talked very rudely and told that i should have informed sbl before going out!!

We have return fre products and we did not get any refund for that since 1 month when we call them they always say some technical issues it will be solved in coming 2 to 3 days but never have done till now since one month they aur bluffing their customers they didn't returned the money since 1 month very highly disappointed by stalkbuylove very very bad service they have lost their customers trust!!!

Long process for that after that also they don't return the money. Very very very highly disappointed no proper management have just lost the trust of their customers!!!

In the recent order that I placed with SBL, the estimated delivery date was by 17.01.2019 .
Suddenly now when I am tracking down the order, the date has changed to 21.01.2019 and the dispatch date has shifted to 18.01.2019.
This is so disappointing as a customer, and this is my 3rd similar experience and this time I am going to raise this issue further .
If you can't delivery anything in between the time frame mentioned, kindly don't write any date to attract customers.

Its been so many days i havent recieved my money. Want it asap.

I have purchased a blazer from stalkbuylove but due to size issue and the product was not looking good at me. I returned the product on 17th' dec 2018 but haven't got any information regarding the refund. There is no option in the stalkbuylove's app to track refund status.
I have mailed several times to the support team of the website, everytime they write that they are working on it but till now i haven't got any updates regarding my refund. My order number is[protected].

I refunded my two clothes on 10th dec, 2018, and waiting for my refund. They continuously saying due to some technical error its under process. After so many emails and calls am still waiting for the refund. Really disappointed with the service. Its really pathetic. I just want my money back. Its around rs. 2045/-. Its really bd experience of mine. I have done so many online shopping but this site seems so bad with there refund servic. Please give my refund back

I ordered two items and there was no pick up option infact i had speed posted it and item reached your godown on 17th of nov and since then i have been calling the customer services about my refund process they have been telling me that they will initiate the refund process and the money will reach in 5 business days but very dissapointing to say that i did not recieve my money back its been more than 5 times i have been calling them and they are so irresponsible about this matter very poor service i must say and also please refund my order as soon as possible.

Its been 10 days i have placed order and requested them n number of times to deliver it at the earliest but they are just putting it way ahead instead of speeding it. With each passing day, the date of delivery is just extending. I had ordered keeping 10 days gaps as i live in uae and someone was visiting me, i thought they will carry the thing for me. But thanks to stalkbuylove, i dont think i am even gonna receive the parcel. Very disappointed. Even aftrer placing so many special request they are not working towards it.
