Hi,
I ordered in SBL for the first time for rs 1897. After some time, I randomly clicked on My Orders page, suddenly my orders got cancelled. I am unable to revert back. I wanted that order to be delivered.
I mailed to customer care as well. But no response. I tried calling their telephone no but they are telling out of service try tomorrow.
This is how you treat the customer am highly disappointed I will never shop from this website again.
Money also not refunded, I didn't get any mail or message communication regarding refund.
Kindly do something or atleast contact me. I am literally blank.

    Hi team,

    I accidentally placed my order #[protected] at wrong address and after calling numerous times, i finally managed to place my order at right address. Now when i placed an exchange request, they have picked it from the correct address and delivered the exchange one on wrong. Now, after explaining these to their service (Which is quite pathetic, long waiting hours) they have agreed to pick up and refund but again sent to pick up on wrong address.
    I don't know how their servers are managing the data. Is it shuffling my address?? I don't think so. This is complete lack of professionalism and sheer inability to provide a easy resolution. Now, i just want a refund and want no more business to do with stalk buy love whatsoever.
    I need a quick workaround asap from their team. I am deeply disappointed in their services and would like to escalate to their managers if possible.

      On 3rd june i was place an order one piece and on 11th june i was returned it due to reasons it was not fit on me properly. On 13th june stalkbuylove took my products after i submitted my refund process. Problem is am does not received my refund even after return process. I want to get my refund as soon as possible. Waiting for your positive and fast reply.

        I ordered 8 products on 12th april and most were oversized hence had to give 3 for exchange and 2 for return (Due to non availability of smaller size). Got the refund for 2 return articles but exchange order contained only 1 article. I emailed the team and mentioned specifically that i have couriered 5 return and exchange articles in 1 shipment and what happened to the remaining stuff? They email me saying order is in production stage and will be shipped in 3-5 business days. This is on 25th of may. Again i called them and the representative said they will send my exchange order in 2 days. Again i called and they said they will send my order in 1 day. Nothing was shipped. On 9th june i finally asked that i[censored] cant provide the exchange order items at least return my money. The instant i asked for my money back, they started saying that the articles are missing. They have not received it. I asked them if they accept open or tampered couriers and they said no they don't. And now just so they can avoid paying me money, they are telling lies that they didn't get the items. The customer care executives don't even understand basic english and will do nothing to resolve our issues despite us having written proof of their lies. The supervisors are also least bothered with customer complaints. Their issue/order/call tracking system does not even log the issue so every time you have to call them and explain the whole thing again. Fraud company trying to loot people while people from within their company cannot track the items and couriers etc. Pathetic service. Liars and cheats.

          I had placed an order from Stalkbuylove on 3rd May 2018. I have returned the parcel the moment I received it but the parcel has till date (11th June 2018) not been picked up nor is my refund done. I need my money back not even points.
          They are simply delaying the pick up and rescheduling it because they don't want to refund.
          They have horrible service.
          No customer care contact number.
          The emails are never responded.
          The delivery is late. Pickup is delayed by months.
          The most pathetic company and service I have seen.
          I feel like asking for compensation for mental harassment by the company.
          No responsibility from the company side.

          They haven't called back till now. When I called the customer care Mr Salim spoke to me. Telling me they will still check and call me back. They cannot do anything till the pickup. The pickup also is not done since one month.
          Horrible company and service. Truly feel like during the company
          I wanted to return an order which I received on 3rd July 2019, but couldn't find the option to do so on app. So I wrote a mail to them on 10th July with all details and screenshots but my issue is not resolved till date and customer care number is also not working. I had attached screenshots showing that even after the delivery was done and order was received, the app was showing delivery status only till "dispatched" and not "delivered", hence I was unable to press the refund icon.
          However now suddenly the status on app is "delivered" and still I'm not able to press the refund icon, neither I'm able to speak with any of the company's representative. I need my money back and this harassment is not appreciated at all.

              I had been ordered an closet pant (Black) of rs.1088.. And i got my product.. I have used once.. But the quality was soo poor.. And for one use stitches came out.. And i can see thread's are coming out... Not worthy.. And i need to return it... And it is a jegging.. Not a jeans also.. Please try to solve this issue... Am totally disappointed from this product... 👎👎👎

                I had raised a request for exchange. My order has been picked up before 4 days and there has been no contact with the team whatsoever. I have sent multiple mails for which i haven't received any reply. I am not able connect using their helpline either.
                The mobile application also doesn't show the exchange request status. My cash is stuck with them for more than a week now

                Dissapointed with the slack service.

                  Order id[protected]. The product has been picked up and also confirmed by the customer support advisor. However refund not processed as the return has not reached their warehouse. Due to a delay by their courier service the customer money has been held. How fair is this?. Not reliable at all. Please ensure that you dont play around with customer's money.

                    I had cancelled two orders from this website amounting to Rs3000 and even after 15 days they have not given refund. The quality of the clothes was so cheap and not at all worth the money paid that there was no way but to return them and yet no refund done! On mailing them their customer care says they have already initiated refund and I must contact bank . I wonder why I have to contact bank for something that is pending at their end. There is no helpline number available to contact on their website and their customer care executive replies like a robot in emails. Still not received refund for any of the two orders.

                      I have purchased a few products on 9 th april and expected dated is mentioned in the website is 18th but regret to inform that still i did not receive any products from your end. What happened? I have paid through my debit card, so where are the products? Past two days in the morning, i am getting a sms like "today it will be delivered." but at the end of the day i am getting my products. Whats wrong with you guys? Let me know when shall i get my products.

                        My order on[protected] was placed on 9th April 2018 was estimated to be dispatched on 13th and delivered on 17th April, accordingly I planned my vacation on 20th. I have been calling the customer care since past 3 days telling about my plight but all their response has been that they have escalated the complaint and it will be dispatched. Now it is showing dispatched on 17 and today is 18 th April. Still no courier tracking no is available. I am tired of calling customers care and listening to their false promises.

                          Placed and order with stalk buy love on 17 march 2018 order i’d[protected]. But my mistake i placed the order in a old address so i immediately ask them to change my address or cancel the order. They called me up and assured me that my address change request is processed and the item will be delivered within 2-3 days. But till date even after my repeated mails they are not delivering nor they cancelling the order so that i get my refund. And every time i get same response from cc to wait for another 2-3 days till today. If they can’t deliver they can simply cancel and initiate my refund

                            Hi,
                            My Order #[protected] was placed on 27 February 2018 which was supposed to be delivered to me on 12th March as per the delivery partner. I dint receive the package that day and the reason mentioned was that customer dint respond. I updated my new number the next day(13th March) also called up the delivery agent at least 12 times but no response. At last I was able to contact the courier agent to which he said that the parcel cannot be delivered as he is not responsible for the area given. First, very unprofessional and irresponsible response by the agent and courier company( Shadowfax courier). I called up Stalkbuylove customer care trying to explain my situation to which the CSE said that its not courier company's mistake and that its the procedure. So first of all the courier company shouldn't have given the parcel to an agent who doesn't even serves the mentioned area and its clearly their mistake.Secondly, the SBL representative said that we can't do anything and I will have to wait for 24-48 hrs for resolution which was a very rude explaination and response.My problem is if I could wait for that long I wouldn't have called and I would like SBL to apologize and take actions against the representative (it was a male rep) asap.

                              I have return all purchased 4 items to mr. Devidas gunjal ([protected]) on 5th march. As per call with devidas gunjal he said he submitted all 4 items.
                              But i received mail that company has not received 4th item& so that they will not going to pay me for that item.

                              I tried to coordinate with executive (No : [protected]) who called me for enquiry as mr. Devidas was not answering his call.

                              I also earlier dropped mail regarding same, still the incidence happens with me.

                                The delivery address was clearly mentioned as ghatsila. But no attempt has been made by dotzot courier services to deliver the order in ghatsila instead when i check the status it showed couldnt deliver due to cid.
                                This is a false clarification as i was ready with the cash. Also no phone call has been made by them.

                                This is hoax which is going on right now. This kind of courier services and online portals who are hiering them should be blocked.

                                  I had ordered a skirt which was supposed to be delivered in 6 to 7 days and it took way longer than that and was of no use to me. So i had called and scheduled a return the very next day, giving them the bank details through the mail the had send me. They cancelled my return request without informing me. No mails, no message. When i tried contacting them i could'nt do it from my registered mobile number. And now they are saying the return cannot be placed because the time limit has been exceeded. Moreover the customer care lady was really rude. Good way to force your products on a customer. Not purchase anymore and also not recommending to anyone.

                                    I ordered a red skater dress on 16th.. First of all the size chart is highly confusing as my bust size didn't match with my waist size so i ordered l size as i do in other brands... I received my order on 20th and it didn't fit me as expected.. I requested for an exchange and stalkbuylove picked up the dress on 21st.. We made multiple calls that we needed xl size at the earliest possible.. And everytime they just said that its available and will reach us by 24th positively.. And guess what.. It hasn't been dispatched even and i'm highly disappointed.. I'll have to wear an old dress on my event and i'll never buy anything from stalkbuylove ever again..!

                                    The delivery guy never ever gives a call before coming for delivery even to check if anyone at home..

                                      I have ordered a dress from stalkbuylove and cancelled my purchase as i had some issues with the product shape and size.
                                      They seemed to have processed my cancel request as i could see in their site but did not initiate any text or email alerts for refund.
                                      They mention in their site that refund is generally received within 7-10 business days.
                                      I have complained twice in their forum with auto generated responses of no use.
                                      I have cancelled on 1st december 2017
                                      Its 13th december and i am yet to receive my refund.

                                        This is regarding my order id:[protected] with stalkbuylove. I had returned few items from this order on nov 22, 2017 and got partial refund of rs 1678. But the refund is supposed to be of rs 2444. So rs766 is still due at their end. They are not turning up after sending so many mails. The last email which i received from their end is following:
