This is regarding an order placed by me on stalkbuylove. The order was placed on 28th of november & is supposed to be delivered by blue dart. I had no idea that the parcel would be delivered by today i. E.. 1st december as there was no mail or message alerting me that the parcel would be delivered by today. But now i have received a message stating that the product has been delivered when there was no call or attempt for delivery from blue dart's side. Attaching the screenshot of the order details & also the message in which it is stated that the parcel has been delivered. The hilarious part is they have even put my spelling wrong "baekha". Whether this recklessness is on blue dart's part or stalkbuylove's, i just want the clothing which i ordered or want my money refunded which i had paid through my debit card.

I placed an order on 6th nov 2017 and i was committed that the order will be shipped in 3-5 working days. But, still the order has not been shipped. When i contacted the customer care, they were unable to give me the solution why it happened. They clearly told to take the product or don't take it but the delivery will be done when they would want. Then, their supervisor mr. Amar pal singh talked very rudely and denied to help. Their executive mr. Abhishek chaudhary even abused me but didn't help. I am fed up of this # and this is a fraud company who likes to make customers fool after taking the payment from them. This website should be banned with immediate effect.

I haven't yet received any information on when my order will be delivered.. I placed the order on 1st nov, today is 8th nov and if i dont receive the order by 10 nov.. I won't be able to receive it as i am going on vacation. I am worried about the refund as well if i cancel it after seeing the complaints below. This was my first time i ordered from sbl, never thought will get this kind of experience. The customer service is very bad, they don't even know if my order is dispatched or when it be dispatched. Evrytime they are asking to wait for 48 hours. Sbl has made me feel helpless, i should not have done prepayment. If anybody can genuinely help and provide some information on this. Kindly help, i don't want to lose my money.

I had ordered top 10 days back i yet dint get my top and youll are not even telling the exact date of shipping youll should give me a free product now or atlest reduse tbe prixe its seriously been too long and youll ere not even dispatching the product and telling the date youll are just sending a apology letter do something and let me know as soon as possible

A dress was purchased on 9/oct/2017. They sent email that the order will get delivered before 17 oct.. When i tracked i found that it's haven't dispatched yet. The amount was ₹1791 paid by card... I called customer care for thrice and they had same response that due to diwali it's complicated for them to deliver the product. Now i cancelled my order n i want my money to be transferred asap in my account.. I am having all the details of payment and calls..

I didnt get the refund back in my bank account yet.

I am not going to give my password protected bank account statement, for you guys to check.

And when i am sending the screenshot of the statement, that is not enough, howcome?

This is what i get in reply to the mail i sent :
With reference to your for order id:[protected], we would like to inform you that we have cancelled the article centaur jumpsuit because it did not it got rejected in the quality check.

We wish to confirm that we have initiated the refund in your account via neft / online on 27-09-17, ref# 59cb528433cf6 and it should be reflecting in your bank account as of now.

The credit would reflect in the name of “ad victorium ventures pvt. Ltd”.

We request you to crosscheck with your bank, in case it is still not reflecting please share your bank statement with us at [protected]@stalkbuylove.com from the order date till today so that we can investigate and revert with the best possible resolution.

We just need the account statement from the date of order till date to crosscheck in pdf format. Without the account statement, we cannot investigate because the refund has been done from our side.

Order id[protected]. I have returned the product on 29th august 2017.. It has been more than a month.. They have still not initiated the refund.. Rfund amount is 1343.. I have been contacting them for the same.. Now they started ignorin the calls..
Everytime they have the same ans it will take 5-7 days.. Kindly give me my refund

Refund the money for black zeal dress by today itself. I have requested for this several times. You took away the small sized dress in 2-3 days and are unable to send a medium sized black zeal dress. You hypocrites. Send the money of black zeal dress today itself by any neans or face the repercussions. You people made me learn that online shopping is an unprofitable affair for its customers.

I had purchased a dress worth rupees 689 from online shopping site ie (Stalk buy love)
The dress was quite small for me. And it was very tight for me. So i registered for refund for the product. The company delivery man took back the product (Dress) from me. I called the customer services many times regarding the refund but no good response. I mailed them my bank details. It is 10 days and yet i did not recieve my refund.
They are not providing any proper service.
Please help.

Hi, i ordered 2 items and my order number is[protected]. Its been a week since i placed this order but it has not been dispatched yet. I mailed them regarding this and even called them. They said that it has been marked as urgent and will be dispatced soon. 2 days passed but it hasn't been disoatced yet. I have to leave my place for a month so i wont be able to recieve the product after monday 18th august.

I ordered a dress from sby with order no[protected] and awb no-[protected] of bluedart company already paid. If delivery person came, i was not present. I don't know if the delivery person came as he didn't even call me to tell my order has arrived. Now i got a message saying order has been cancelled. This is plain thievery. Kindly send the delivery person again.

Transaction id:[protected] from paytm
Payment is showing sucessfull but if i track with this order id then it is showing that this order id does not exist.
Please confirm.

If order is not placed then kindly revert the payment.

I'm anoushka roy of balasore town, odisha.. I want to raise a complaint against your delivery of order from stalkbuylove.. I ordered 2 things from stalk buy love, one on 16th august order no. Is[protected] another on 17th august order no.[protected], it has been 9 days but i didn't get my order, whenever i call customer care they tell me that they will provide me the order as soon as possible but till now i didn't get it, the product is in the bluedart office since 5 days but till now they didn't deliver it, whenever i contact them they say that they will deliver right now but i wait and they don't come.. I have paid for my order so i'm concerned about it, please kindly deliver my order as soon as possible

This is a fraud company.

They got the money and still cancelled my product. And say that they have not received the money. I have the utr number for the successful transaction as well. The customer care people are rude. And if you drop them a mail regarding the query they take their own sweet time to respond and sometimes they just do not respond. Such arrogant behaviour!

Bloody cheat!

The refund amount of rs 1093 has not been credited to my bank after returning the low quality products 25 days back and also after contacting the customer support care and mailing details of bank account to transfer all the money which they dont care enough to reply back

Everytime when i ve tried contacting stalkbuylove they have given me the same answer that "with reference to your order id, we wish to confirm that we have already initiated the process of neft refund in your account and it usually takes around 10-14 days for the funds to reflect in your account".

They are just trying to fool us by extending the date everytime we contact them.

There are many complaints against stalkbuylove regarding the same problem. Kindly take an action on it because it shows how unprofessional and fraud the company is when it comes to refunding the money.

I purchased one formal shirt (Stanley shirt)

Sku : in1630mtoshtmlt-391-4, price was : 1056 / which i purchased on 9th july, 2017 but the size i choose and they gave which is completely unfit for me and i requested for return the order but today is 17th july, 2017, no response from their end

They seem to be a fake and fraud company and i want my money back within two days either or i want to get back my proper product

I have requetsed for return of product sbl order no. 62410571. The person (Middle man) called me on sat stating that he will pick up from residence and took my residence no. I told him that sat/sun i am at home and mon to friday in office and my registered address on satlk buy love is of office. He requested to share residence details so that he can collect the product on saturday. I shared the details and few hours later recieved sms that boy is not avialable and hence he cannot visit today. On monday ie: 17th july i boy again went to residence address to collect the parcel... Wherein i am in office. When called he informed that they have changed the adddress on system without my knowlege and now they are not collecting the parcel from office... They said nothing will happen even if i complainb since many people complain everyday

Hi.. My order no is[protected] nd i pay them olready i ordered on july 5,, but m not recieved the product till now,, or even any tracking details is not shown by the company,, he dispatched date july 10,, bt till today the order is not dispatched. I tried to call on stakebuylove customer care no many times[protected]. But they didnt responsed. For more details see the picture i attached with this details.. Hope company gives the meaningfull information response. Company respresentatives may increase or decrease the image or brand value.. I will good to hear from you the positive response

I want to know d status of d refund made by stalkbuylove of amount ₹734. Stalkbuylove has informed that they have initiated d refund of my money on 02/07/17 and itz 06/07/17 still i have not recieved any refund. Kindly help me

Understood from the terms and conditions that bodysuit does not qualify for return. In my case I received a defective product and on the same day I took a picture and shared it with SBL. I still have not received any acknowledgement or response. I do not want a defective piece. I want them to read my message hence this forum. I want SBL to either replace the product or initiate refund.
