Description - items order was placed on 15th april 2019. I have still not received the order.
I have exchanged several emails with them, they keep replying with unsatisfactory replies (Sorry for delay, be patient, etc.).
On 20th may 2019, i was informed that the order has been returned to the warehouse as it could not be delivered due to my unavailability. On the contrary, i never received a single call or email, that i am to expect the delivery on any date.
They make fool out of the loyal customers, which is outrageous. Above all that, they still have the audacity to tell me that if i want my order to be delivered?
Pathetic service!!!

Description - i returned one item on 18th may 2019 to the guy who came to pick up the return. The guy did not share any return number, or any receipt with me.
When i cross verified with stalkbuylove, they are replying me by saying that the order has not been picked yet.
My money is stuck with them and no hopes that i'll get it back.

Description - tems order was placed on 11th may 2019. I have still not received the order.

The status is still - not yet dispatched.

All the orders are prepaid, my money is stuck with them. Their services are pathetic and unacceptable. They keep sending the standard automated mails every time. Hope to get the resolution at the earliest.

I have raised exchange and partial refund request for order#[protected] on 12th may.

I have no clue about the status yet.

The details are as below

The person named vishal kapse (Mobile no. [protected]) came to my residence on 13th may. He picked up the parcel and came back again after an hour saying that he don't have the code to accept the product and suggested me to ask sbl customer care about the code. Once the code is received, he will pickup the parcel.
I called the sbl customer care and got the codes for the products.

Again i contacted vishal kapse, gave him the codes. He assured that he will pickup the product on same day itself
I. E. On 13th may. But he didn't came.

On 14th may i called him again but he picked up my call around 5pm and i asked him about the pickup status. He said ok, he will do it in evening. After pushing again he finally agreed for pickup and collected the parcel around 6.30. But he did not gave any receipt for the pickup.

I again called him about the status, he said he will update in the system.

It's been two days now and couldn't see any change in the status in app, so i called him again yesterday. Yesterday, since morning i was trying his number but he didn't pick up the call. Finally he picked up my call around 6.30 and assured that he will whatsapp me the courier tracking number and pick up receipt by 8pm yesterday.

I didn't get any receipt on whatsapp. So i called him around 9.30 pm yesterday again, but he didn't pickup the call. Today as well since morning i am trying his phone, but he is not picking up the call.

This is really horrible experience from the courier. I'm really worried now since i have no clue where the product is?

I have ordered two dresses... And u people mentioned there that it will be received by me within 4-6 working days... O hello its been 3 weeks... Anyway i have cancelled my order and i want to know that when u people are going to return my money. You people are so irritating. If someone is ordering something from 'ur site means they trust you but unfortunately 'ur offers are so fake. You people behave like fraud. I don't understand that for what you have opened up this site... Either for making us fool or for proving 'urself fraud. I will not suggest my friends to buy anything from 'ur site because its totally fraud... If its cod then our order will be cancelled or if its paid then you people won't refund the money.in single sentence i want to ask you that when my money will be refunded... If not then i will complain this in consumer court.

Hi return pickup was not successfully done, the courier boy asked for ena number, i don't know what it is, kindly share and initiate return pickup and refund the amount at the earliest.

For the same i have set 5/6emails, called helpdesk approx 10 times but no one answers

Really dissatisfied with this service.

I had ordered only 4 products on 29th april from sbl. Its been 15 days but the ordered has not been delivered. Previously when i called their costomer care they said its already in production stage and are ready will dispatch in 1 2 days. Today when i called them they said 2 of the products are not available and 5 6 more days will take to stitch them and than they will dispatch so overall it will take a month for the delivery of the products. Its prepaid order. And the app shows that the products are made and they are qc approved also. Please, help me to get my delivery as soon as possible.

I placed my order on 20th april. But even after 15 days my order was not delivered. Then i requested a refund but even after 10 days. My order is on hold. & the refund was not intiated. Neither they are giving me proper response.

I placed the order on 18th april, 2019 and it has been more than 5-9 working days that site claimed to deliver in. I have gotten no response from them. They don’t pick up the calls as well. I had ordered two tops and the status of the order is stuck on “packed” since 20th of april and the estimated delivery date keeps changing. Its a fake company. Don’t ever do any prepaid orders. Better safe than sorry

My order number[protected] was placed on 4th april 2019. And the estimated delivery date has been changing every day as i open my app to track the order. At first it was the 14th april, and now it shows as 21st april. The order has not moved from "elves at work" stage since a weak. This is the most ridiculous experience i have had with online shopping. How can an order take. It's been a fortnight and there is no movement of my order.

They don't respond to mails plus they don't have any Costomer care no. I got one number from google. On calling, some guy picked up the call who just said i have passed your issue to our team. If he cannt resolve the issue and give any satisfactory answers than what's the point in calling. I am afraid if i ll get my order or refund. As i have paid arnd 5500 rs. Please, help me with this.

The order was returned on 22nd of march 2019 however it is 10th april more than w0 days yet my money has not been refunded even after calling 4 times to the customer care.
My order was placed on 3rd march. I got it on 14th march. Later it was returned on 22nd march. Till now my money rs 1848 has not been refunded to my bank account.

Pathetic service, totally fraud company and does every bit of corrupt activity to get money from you and not deliver the product. It's been months i'm calling them everyday without fail and i'm told everyday that someone is coming for picking up my order as i asked for an exchange. I've decided to proceed with the legal steps against this company as they make millions of false promises and cut the calls on the customer's faces when asked for a return/exchange. When i'm filing a complaint here, they are quickly updating it as 'resolved' even though it is far from resolved. My order id is[protected]. I'd appreciate it if someone from the company takes notice of this before i really sue this company. I've spent a lot of money believing these cheaters online.

This is a completely fraud company, they'll take months to just deliver the product to your house after you buy it online and if there's any issue, they'd make false promises until you are tired and forced to take legal steps against them. I call them everyday and they tell me everyday that someone will come to pick up my order for return, and no matter how many times I tell them that I've been told this same thing but nothing has been done yet, their answers are always same. There are people who have been cheated in the same way for several YEARS by this company. Let's sue this company and let everyone know not to buy anything from here

I purchased 7 products from this website and returned all of them because of the size issue. The products were picked up on 12th March and received by them on 19th but till today they have not updated the refund status and have not refunded the amount which is around 5000 RS... Everytime I call them they give lame excuse of some NEFT issue with their server.. They even told me to go ahead and lodge a complaint against them. The customer service department is very rude . They don't reply to the mails as well.

I have purchased a palazo from stalkbuylove but due to size issue and the product was not looking good at me. I returned the product on 26th feb 2019 but haven't got any information regarding the refund.

Hi i ordered an apparel from this website on 4th march’19 which was going to be delivered around 13 march’19 but it said it got delayed by 2 days, so will reach on 15th march’19 but again on 14th mar’19 they are texting it will be delayed by 3 days. I’ve already paid for it and if they don’t wanna deliver then please let me know. Because this is too late now.

I am very upset with the services of this site. Worst experience. Have ordered something in the months of january starting and refunded next day as i didnt like the product. Its been more than 80 days i havnt received the refund.

Placed the order in Jan 2019, made the payment after getting the delivery, products have already been returned the very next day but refund is taking ages. It's been more than a month these fraudsters are not returning the money. Bloody is this a new trick of looting consumers money. If required ready to lodge an FIR against SBL ###. Please advice and help.
