Description - items order was placed on 15th april 2019. I have still not received the order.
I have exchanged several emails with them, they keep replying with unsatisfactory replies (Sorry for delay, be patient, etc.).
On 20th may 2019, i was informed that the order has been returned to the warehouse as it could not be delivered due to my unavailability. On the contrary, i never received a single call or email, that i am to expect the delivery on any date.
They make fool out of the loyal customers, which is outrageous. Above all that, they still have the audacity to tell me that if i want my order to be delivered?
Pathetic service!!!

Description - i returned one item on 18th may 2019 to the guy who came to pick up the return. The guy did not share any return number, or any receipt with me.
When i cross verified with stalkbuylove, they are replying me by saying that the order has not been picked yet.
My money is stuck with them and no hopes that i'll get it back.

The status is still - not yet dispatched.
All the orders are prepaid, my money is stuck with them. Their services are pathetic and unacceptable. They keep sending the standard automated mails every time. Hope to get the resolution at the earliest.
StalkBuyLove customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
From now on, I'm never recommending SBL to anybody.
