I have initiated my return on 30th May and they have still not picked up my product. I have not got my refund as well. They told me they will pick up their product in 48 hours but they have still not responded.I have dropped multiple mails and raised customer care complaints but no response at all. They don't have any customer care number to call also.

I hav almost written 4-5 mails to SBL and tried calling several times on customer care number which is under maintenance fr more than 2 weeks. However there has been no response from SBL yet.
I placed my order on 31 may, it was a prepaid order, however havnt recd delivery yet nor recd any update from SBL.
Request you to kindly look into the same if product cannot be delivered kindly provide a refund of INR 861

I placed the order on 30th may 2019 and on 11 th june i got a call from someone on behalf of stalk by love and told me tht thy cancelled my order bcoz of some reason and asked my debit card no. So tht he can refund my amount which is clear tht the call from someone fraud and after tht i wrote a mail to stalk by love asking the status of my order and in reply of it i got a mail tht the product didn't cleared quality department so thy cancelled my order..
And till now i haven't got my amount back and alk the time i mail thm thy send me a autogenerated email msg, there contact no. Doesn't work.. I m sure thy are fraud... Will post abt thm on social media pages also..

My product was picked up more than 1 week ago and I haven't got any status after that. I have sent more than 15 emails but only ticket is received and no one is replying to those emails. Their costumer service is under maintenance hence no source to contact.
I am very disappointed in stalk buy love's costumer service and I will never recommend it to anyone . I will not buy anything from your site.
Process my refund asap.

I placed an order from this app of 20th May by the order id[protected], which means it has been 25days today and i haven't received my order neither can I see any improvement in the order shipment. Everytime i open app to track order they extend it by 1 day, I've also mailed them a million times but got reply from their end. This is a sheer case of fraud. They are looters, nobody will reply to you, there customer support is also [censored], everytime u call it's says we r under maintenance. I want my money back stalkbuylove any how. Stop fooling people. Either deliver our parcels or refund our money at the earliest

The order was placed on 1st 22nd of May and the date of dispatch was 5th June, Today it has been 19th of June, still there is no visible sign of getting it dispatched..send so many mails & reminder but not received any reply from them..Also customer care no under maintenance..Pls confirm the status also confirm the reason for delay.Who is concern person for this compliant..how to contact?this is very poor service..

After waiting for so long i cancelled the order on my payment to be refunded in my bank account. The wait never ends its a clear case of fraud and mental harrassment .If you don't have resources to deliver then you should not fool customers .

I would like to raise a complaint of fraud and cheating against SBL.

I placed my prepaid order on 2 june[protected] and its been almost 2 weeks since i got any update. Sent so many emails but no response. I need to know the status of my order. If you cant deliver the order before 14th june( which is estimated date given) I would want a refund!! This was my first purchase and I'm so disappointed!! This has never happened to me before. Your site was recommended by so many influencers. Looks like you only like to entertain them and not your actual consumers. If I dont get my order by 14th june I'll cancel the order and you're going to send me the refund ASAP!! Or else there will be another complaint registered against you!

I had placed a order for a top costing Rs 471. I received a confirmation email too. Now it has been more than a month and now they cancelled the order yet they have not refunded me. I had placed another order of Rs 839 for a pain of jeggings and a top on the same website which also has been cancelled and they have not refunded me yet. Their customer care also does not respond. I receive only computer generated feedbacks from them for my complaints no actual help received.

I had ordered a white top from one account and cancelled it within few minutes.This cancelled product still got delivered to me.On return till today I did not receive any message about return received and refund initiation.Pathetic service!!!

Ordered the same top from another account...received the product .Requested for exchange. Product was returned and there is no message acknowledging the same.
I am calling customer care service since 2-3 days.Automated reply says its under maintenance.

I've been chasing after the delivery of my orders for which I've made the payment of Rs. 9, 761 already and it has been more than two weeks now and the order is not dispatched yet. I've placed the order on 24th and 25th of May'19. And I'm trying to get in touch with their Customer service team and I'm unable to contact them, it says they're under maintenance.

Please help, it's a huge amount.

I purchased few items in dec 2018 and returned the same in January 2019.i asked for the refund in bank account and they kept me waiting till march 2019.after that they said there is some issue with the bank account, so they gave me money in form of points in SBL account. On 30may 2019, i requested them to transfer tge points to my bank account, they took the points from SBL account, but dint refund in my bank account. Neither they are responding to my mails now. I emailed them and DM'd them about a parcel (pre-order) I ordered over half a month ago (24th May) and I have not received it till now and they just don't bother to respond back so I commented on one of their posts informing them about the issue and they just keep deleting my comments. They don't have any time to respond back about our orders and to top it off instead resolving the issue they are choosing to delete the comments and ignore my emails. Really pathetic customer service.

Two of my orders from stalk buy love are stuck with Ekart services under Order #[protected] and[protected] with a status on Ekart website as RTO reject.
I emailed stalk buy love about this numerous times and even tried to contact them through phone but their customers care number is undergoing maintenance from a week. Since they failed to reply to my concern about the product, I tried to contact them on Instagram but they have not even responded there. These are prepaid order that should have been delivered to me as the order was placed last month it's over 10 days now and i have no update with regards to my order from them. Stalk buy love should the least acknowledge my email and help me with my product. My money is stuck with them and this is not the first time i am experiencing bad customer service from them. I thought considering their growing business and partnership they must have improved their services but it was a mistake that I have purchased from here and neither do i know where my product is or my money.

Kindly help me to connect with them so that I get my product.

I have ordered on 21st May, 2019 and not yet received my order of order ID:[protected] and even i had done payment in advance and now i am very much disappointed with stalkbyelove .Please dispatch my product as soon as possible within 2-3 days otherwise i m not going to order anything again i would be my last order with you until I received my order again.

Order ID[protected], ordered by me on 19 May 2019 the clothes are still not dispatched/processed at their end. I do not get any updates rather than the usual apologies for the delay. The dispatching date just goes ahead every single day without any concrete responses from their end. I had made pre payment for this order even after that there is so much of delay in dispatching. I urgently need my order.

Order ID[protected] was ordered on 25th May and still not dispatched.

I want this to be resolved urgently.

I am a new customer to stalk by love and i would like to bring to your notice that your services are disappointing to the customers.in what i call a horrific experience i bought a pair of tops (Order number[protected] on may 14th 2019 out of which one top doesn't fit the description given on the website and is of different color variant. So i initiated a return for my order and it took for ever for customer service to schedule a return pick up. Despite multiple follow up with your customer care representatives over the last two weeks i get a response that the return will be picked up in 48 hrs which never happened. As first time customer it's a very bad experience that i had, i really believed that your company would live up to the expectations as they say. But i am pretty much disappointed now and i really regret to have shopped with you. Kindly refrain from promising customers when you cannot deliver what is promised. I strongly suggest you to act upon the above mentioned points and address the issue.

What's wrong with you guys why my product has not been initiated. Please have some mercy on your customers. This is the first time i m having such an unsurity about my product. I cnt get the delay reason and that too no reply from your side too. You are having a pathetic relatuon with your customers. This product was supposed to ba a gift for my sister on her birthday ue on 30 th may. Please help me i'm getting my product. I beg you. It's very pathetic

One month back, i made a purchase from stalkbuy love, when i received a parcel i thought of returning one item from it due to the quality issues. I initiated a return requests. At the time of pickup, agent said there is some ean number that they have to enter in there system mentioned on the top or package outside, he entered it but number doesn't matched. He went without taking the product back. I contacted there customer care, they said they will initiate it again and again the same thing happened. I contacted customer care again, this time they gave me the ean number and said to gave that number to the agent at the time of pickup. I did the same but same issue happened again. This cycle continues for four times with the innvolvement of customer care and when fourth time as well return didn't completed, i contacted customer care again and this time they neither reply to my mail nor initiated the return. Append are the screenshots of the coversation i had with them.
