My order got confirmed and dispatched on the very day I placed the order(26th June, 2017).It has already been 3 days and yet, I have still not been provided with the shipment details and hence prohibiting me from tracking my order. I have the stalkbuylove app and the information of my order on the app varies from the information on the website.Please inquire ASAP.

I have placed a return order (#order no[protected] for a top which i bought for rs 1099. I placed the order on 13th june and got the order delivered on 15th. So on 15th itself i requested for return as the top was not fitting me well. They picked up my top for return process and i received the mail on 19th june stating that i will be getting back my refund within 3-4 days. Its been a week since then i didn't any notification stating when i will get the refund. When i call there executive they were saying that i asked for not bank transfer but as credits my refund which in my horror i never mentioned. They by themselves decided to put my money as credits. When i told them i didn't want credits as i never mentioned and i want bank transfer they started behaving rudely. After continuous calling them for 3 times today they had sent a mail again stating that i will get my money back withing 10-14 days. I am afraid that after 10 days also they will say that they will another 10 days for my refund. Such a unprofessional site.

I returned an item a week ago and stalkbuylove is yet to process refund. They are not replying to my emails either. I just get an auto reply from them and nothing else.
I've seen bad reviews about refund delays or refunds taking for ever and multiple enquiries by customers on your app.

I purchased a dress from stalkbuylove (Order#[protected] on 4th june and product was delivered on 6th june. I want to return or exchange the product as there is size issue. Their exchange and refund icon is inactive from day 1 (6th june). I have been trying to log in every day to check if the icon works. But it doesn't. Finally i wrote an email to them on 14th june as they cannot be reached on phone. I got a reply that the exchange had to be initiated within 7 days. I am unable to understand if the icon doesn't work what other way this hopeless online site expects us to initiate the refund or exchange. I suppose this site is scamming people and these are just ways to trap people's money.

I am delivered an item (Worth 1299 rupee) which is differing from colour shown on the website and with serious size issue. When i asked for refund/ return they claimed policy of 'no refund' and that only exchange available. But if i ask for exchange they are saying 'no exchange'. If they can deliver the item so can they pick it up. It means they change their policies as they want. How a seller can change their policies according to their own convenience.
The services are not following the promises they made. They are changing their exchange policy for their convenience and thats clearly against the policies. I want my refund, no more excuses of no refund because if the service provider can change their policies for their own benefit, so can dey for the customer. First of all different coloured item and late delivery and now the whole scam to dispose their products on consumer.

The products shown on website and actual products vary to a large extend. On website, it looks like a posh garment. When actually received, i looked like some local tailor has stitched it. Joints to the clothes at any place, no sense of cut, stitching is poor. N then they charge u like a branded piece. N u never get a refund from them. They should b prosecuted. They are cheating

My friend has purchased a product last month in stalkbuylove. She returned it a long back ago. May be more than 3 weeks. But still she is waitng for refund. Every time she calls customer care of sbl, she gets reply that the request has been initiated and she will get her money back. But she is waiting for her refund yet.
So please take an action on this. Many others like her must be facing same problem. So please take this on priority.

Its been more than one month i didn't get my refund back.

I got the damaged product, which i return back to stalkbuylove.

Now i am waiting for my refund for about a month, but each and every time i call customer care no. People over there make you fool by saying that we have initiated your refund you will get it in two to three days.

Don't ever purchase anything from this website. It has worst product, services and policy.

Completely disappointed. Hated the most. Worst experience ever for online purchasing on this stalkbuylove website.

Its been 5 weeks since i brought the two dresses and returned them.

I have called customer service 5 times and sent mail 2 times.
I haven't received reply to my mails or proper reply from them on calls.
I am highly disappointed and shall never purchase anything from this site ever again

Why is my call getting dropped even after listening to your automated system 3 times each over my 7 calls to your customer care. It says "All our style advisors are busy please stay on the line while we connect your call". and then my call is dropped? Why? This is highly disrecpectful for me as I am waiting for your response and my call gets dropped. My main issue is now pending because I have to solve this issue of yours first. And also my main issue is also a glitch in your site due to which I am not able to return a product. So I have to call you back to solve my issues which are actually your mistakes, and I don't even get paid for this, instead my calls are disconnected.

First you told that we will not refund the product. Okay but you said it will be exchange to l size. Then suddenly some another person from call centre says that we are not responsible for all this nonsense. So rudely that person was talking when already madam told me that we would arrange exchange for it. Atleast other sites refund it. But for this site even exchange is not possible

This is the first time i am being scammed by an e-commerce.
I have ordered for two tops on 26th of march, and finally i was to receive that today.
In the order section of stalkbuylove its showing that i have to rs. 1499, but the case is that i have already paid for it.
I paid through mobikwik for my order and balance was deducted from my account.
I have all the messages as proof for the above case.
I have waited for the whole summer for my dress, and this is what i get!
Please take some serious necessary actions to compensate the loss i borne or deliver my product with the utmost sincere and respectful service, otherwise i have to file dispute stating 'violation of consumer right to seek redressal'

Hi, I have placed my order no.[protected] on 4th April 17 but there is no update at all on my order and deliverables, today is 11th April . I have already paid Rs 4146 in advance .
And not that I am checking on their fake app- it says there is no order at all with this order number. Horrible customer care, horrible service .
Why on first place the have opened this co when they cannot service anyone . Useless fellows.

I have placed a refund order having order id[protected] on 28th feb. And also got a message that your refund has been initiated. But when i called your service centre they told me that your order cannot be refunded. They refused to refund it.What type of policy is this. If you have no refund policy you should have clearly mentioned in your site. I also mailed them before. Please take some required step in this regard.

Refund for order #[protected]:
I had purchased a product from this website, i did not like it and decided to return the product. I returned on 20th january, But it has been 10 days since I returned it and still i have not received my refund.
I called the customer care and have mailed them as well, but all I get is automated replies.
Very bad experience. They also do not show any refund status. horrible customer service

I ordered 1 jacket and 1 Top on 30th Dec, Friday at 5:23 am with order no:#[protected]order successfully placed received in message) and paid 1114 Rs via PayTm wallet.( wallet order id #[protected])

There is no order in my account, on tracking the order it says No such order exits.

I was waiting for the order and today when i check I have been charged money but the order has been deleted. I see blank screen saying No orders.
There was also no intimation about out of stock or anything else before not even cancelling but removing/deleting the order.

I demanded refund and raised a complaint but there is no hearing.

I had done an online shopping on stalkbuylove.com on 21st September 2016 of Rs 1119/-, order id[protected] because of the quality of the product I did not like it so I returned the product on 25th September 2016. I havent received the refund for the same even till today, its been two months now. I want my refund. I am following up this website but I receive a reply that they have done it, sometime they tell that neft bounced back, and sometime tell that they do not have sufficient fund. I also requested them that let me shop from their website using that credit but they tell that they have already initiated neft and it will get credited by November end.

I ordered a top from StalkBuyLove (Order no.[protected]. Quality was not up to the mark. I initiated a return request. They initiated a reverse pick up for me and told me that I ll get refund of my money in my bank account. I sent all my bank details for refund request. Everyday I am emailing them and calling them but no one is answering. Please help me to get my refund. Highly disappointed.

No responsibility and no one to talk on the same.
They send the message everyday that the reverse pickup will be done on this day and there is no appearance.
I had raised the reverse pickup order ticket on 4th of Oct 2016.
The ticket got cancelled on 11th Oct, 2016 out of nowhere and raised the refund ticket again and to add on to that still no response is there from their end.

I ordered a top on the 28th of Sept, and it is still no delivered, it's been 14 whole days. They don't have toll free so I am basically making calls of 12 rupees every single day and they won't refund the amount until the missing packages comes to them. This is definitely my first and last time of purchasing anything from their overpriced and stupidly managed website. Don't even get me started on their helpline services.
