I placed my order with stalkbuylove on 5th nov for rs. 2391. Order number:[protected]. It has still not been processed. No confirmation mail received. No replies from customer care. No option to cancel order anymore. Not sure what to do.

There is no customer care number listed in the website. It's been too long and needs to be refunded. Their twitter is inactive since june.

I have placed an order since 24th Oct, 19. The status of my order is not changing since then. I made a online payment on the app. I have been mailed the company and also tried calling them several times but the number can't get connected.

Their phone number also doesn't work so they have uploaded a fake one.

I think sbl is duping customers by doing fraud and taking our hard earned money.

This is money laundering and i am filing a legal lawsuit against them.

Sbl is a cheater company.

I ordered a dress from SBL on 24th Nov.. till 29th Nov there was no update on my order so I cancelled my order. I paid online.
Now I put the request for refund but there is no update on that. They don't respond on mails. There is no contact number available.

Fraud company. Govt should look into this and bring back our Money.

I have ordered a dress but didnt received yet as i have mailed them two times. They dont even respond neither give the track details. The worst site to buy. I didnt get my money back neither my dress also. If it possible shut down the company or give the customers money back. So helpless feeling. No number to contact also. My 2k is loss. Where is my order! Filling this form twice.
I have placed order on 6th nov which was suppose to get delivered by 9th nov.
Payment is done completely. It is showing packed from 8th nov onwards...
But yet no news!!!

I have dropped multiple mails to support team "[protected]@stalkbuylove.com" but yet no response.
This is ridiculous and pathetic!!!
Also, while trying call to customer care it won't connect[protected].

I had placed an order on 16th October, 2019. Order No[protected]. The payment for the order is already made online. There is no update on the movement of the order. The tracking details in the SBL App is not showing any movement. Have been continuously following up with the Co-founder Mr Nishrit Srivastava through emails and messages. Have send dozen of emails on [protected]@stalkbuylove.com, but there is no response for anyone. If the delivery is not possible kindly REFUND the paid amount. Strict action will be taken if there is no response.

This is with reference to order id - #[protected] and #[protected].
The orders were made on 24th october, 2019, with a total order amount of rs.1853.

The order status just shows ordered, and the amount has been deducted.
Product is not delivered yet, and neither is there any option to initiate refund, as the cancel option is not working.

If their website is not functioning due to monetary loss, they should take it down, and not be fooling people out of their money.

It is a big time scam, and needs to be reported.

How many people, including me, have lost money to this.

Kindly help!

I had placed an order on 13th november and its been 5 days now but the product is not shipped yet. I had not received any msg from their site after order confirmation. No shipping details. No means of contact. The customer number provided by them is fake and not in use. They are not even responding to any mails i sent them. I read many others are facing same problems from this site. Looks like they are only taking money and orders but nit delivering the products. I either want my product or refund of my money back asap.

I recently made order on stalkbylove but got it cancelled band payment was made online as there was no tracking and dispatch details were available.
But no return process is initiated nor i received any email or message.
Please resolve and i need my money back, not as a credit voucher or sbl points.

However I am unable to do so as the return/ exchange option is not visible on the website/ app, and the contact number/ email are not working. Please refund/ contact asap.

It has been over 9 months and i have written emails to them constantly that i have not yet received my refund. Initially, they kept saying that there was some problem with the bank and kept asking me to wait. Now, they have stopped responding to my emails as well. I have still not received a refund amounting to rs. 2196. Kindly help me as they are not even replying anymore. I have been waiting for months now.

Stalkbuylove has not been responding to my messages or emails. Please help me with this. It's been two months since this issue. They banned their incoming calls. They removed their cod option. They asked me to courier them the dress which i wanted to return since their courier facility wasn't available. I did that. Still no response. Haven't got my refund since then.

I have order 2 tops from SBL on 20th June 2019. Due to some product issue i had raised the return request on 2nd July 2019. And i have self shipped the order on 6the July 2019. And it was delivered by SBL Team on 10th July 2019. But i haven't received my refund. I have dropped so many mail but no response from SBL Team. The contact no. provided is also not getting connect. I tried to contact through various social media but no one isn’t bothered to listen to my query. I feel being cheated, either I want the products or else my refund.

I had placed a prepaid order with StalkBuyLove on 31st October. It had been over a week and the order tracking wasn't getting updated, so I just cancelled the order expecting a refund. The refund process has no status yet. There's no way to call the customer care and they don't reply on emails. Order Id: #[protected]
