I order a product on 16/08/19 and received the product by 20/08/19. I have been shopping with able since three years now, this is the first time where the product which i received was not similar to the image provided and i am unable to return an item as there is no option available on the app. Apart from that i have been mailing to them regularly and their helpline number is also unavailable.

I had placed an order worth Rs 1413 with stalk buy love on 30th May, 2019 . My order is having 3 items and i had paid through credit card . I have not received it yet . There's no tracking information available . They're not responding to my mails nor their customer care number is working . I want my money back . Please help! Order id #[protected]

I m unable to return the product thru app. And on mail I have not received any response. One of the worst experience I can ever have. I was a regular customer, but since I have not been able to return. I would not like to use this again. It has been a week I m trying to return the product.kindly proceed the return request assap.

I haven’t received refund for my order with order no.[protected] which was returned more than 2 months ago. The order was returned the next day itself but haven’t received the refund till now.Their customer care number is invalid and I’ve sent around 10 emails to their customer care but haven’t got any reply. This is happening for the 2nd time. Please help

I have ordered a product on 21 August 2019 and it is stuck on "processing" status. I have drop a few mails and they dont seem to bother by these. And also there only contact number has incoming
Facility blocked. I dont know where to go from now cause mailing them doesn't seem to help.

I received my order 10 days back but it is not up to the mark and hence i want to raise a return request.
Stalk buy love app is not updated the order status and i am unable to click on refund/exchange button.
I have sent several emails on [protected]@stalkbuylove.com but haven't got any response inspite of so many emails.

How can website of such a brand be unresponsive from so many days.

Please help me to return my order and refund my money asap.

My order number[protected] was cancelled and refund is not initiated yet.Their site is not working and I am unable to click on refund button or track status of my order.

Their site is not responding from several days and there is no attention paid by the team.

I have sent several emails to [protected]@stalkbuylove.com but haven't got any response yet.

It's more than 10 days now since when I am facing this issue.

Please advise and help me resolve this issue ASAP.

Its been more than 3 months and i haven"t received my refund till now. I have sent them so many emails and i haven"t got any reply. They took the parcel from me the next day.. So their courier policy was good.. But i haven"t got the cheque or money in my wallet.. And there is no way to contact them. Their customer care number is invalid

Bought a few items from stalkbuylove.com. Wanted to return a few items according to their policy which states 15 days exchange or returns, but unable to via their app or website. Also not getting through to then via email... No response. Their customer care helpline is also not working! I'm frustrated and highly disappointed. Please look into this and seek resolution asap.

I ordered a dress from your site and received the same on time however same is not reflecting as delivered on your site. There is no option to refund or return reflecting on my order as it is still reflecting as in transit. It doesn't fit me well so i wanted to return. I have ordered few products. First the delivery wasn't confirmed from the sbl side even after 5-7 days of delivery so i couldn't return the item once the delivery got confirmed. I returned the item earlier they used to pick-up but now they didn't so i had to return the item on my own and despite sharing all the details via mail a numerous times because of their pathetic website. I still haven't received my refund despite taking such pain and returning the item.

I placed an order of 6 items on may24.
After multiple enquiries of my order status, on 11 june 2 items got cancelled from my order stating 'quality check failed reason'.
I still waited... On 26 july, 1 more item got cancelled from my order.
Finally on 27 july it was shipped and i received it on 30th july.
So after approx 2 months of placing the order, i received it.
Now as i don't need it anymore after 2 months.. So i want to return it and get full refund as it was delayed from company side.
I have mailed multiple times to the customer care but they are not responding to my emails.

Please arrange for a return pickup and refund the whole amount back.

I ordered 15 days ago and I made an online payment, it’s so ridiculous how they did not bother even sending an email about why it’s on delivered yet. I have sent them so many emails they don’t even reply. It’s so pissing off. Their phone is out of reach and no one responds to email.

I had asked for order pick up and app automatically decided for self deliver. No contact number answering. No one to connect to.
Totally ignorance towards customer.

I had purchased a co-rods from stalkbuylove. Since the size was too large i requested for return. They asked me to ship by my own and asked to share the shipping details online. I did the same after that they are not responding my emails and calls at all it's more than 20 days now.

Tried returning the product but no option available on site and tired of reaching the customer line which is never available. This is not the way to run the business and will never get the product from your site third class experience and will ask my freinds not to recommend you guys, i am still unable to return or exchange my dresses, its pathetic if you provide facilities to your customers atleast provide all the facilities, at last i just want you people to rply me on my mail and provide me the customer care correct number but not the fake one.

Moreover that phone number is not functioning. I donot even have the option to cancel the order. What the hell is going on? This is really unacceptable.. Please make sure your customer that you value them.. While doing no response, you are losing your customers..

I have ordered a product from sbl, which costed me 2064/- as it was of not my size i sent it for return and asked them for a refund, they received the package on 9th august and yet no refund initiated, they don’t reply to the emails, they haven’t provided any contact number. This is so bad. I have been sending them mails since days, and their automated response is coming. Not proper response, the amount is stuck with them. They don’t have any responsibility for that. The app is not showing any status. Infact when i ordered it, and when it was delivered, it was still showing “shipped”
I thought sbl would be better than other online shopping apps.
It is worse than them. Sbl has not provided any contact sources, because they know that people will call them and complain.
And this comes from a very pissed of customer who hates such kind of services. I want my money back.

I kept on mailing them frequently and on 14th i received a revert from amar pal singh stating that he has escalated the matter to the concerned team.. Later afternoon i received a mail from stalkbuylove thar my order is packed and shipped.. They even mentioned the courier service ie online express.. I called them in the evening to check if they received the packet. But tgey said they havent received yet in fact the lady on call asked me couple of times that have i received any confirmation or mail.. I said yes i have.. Then she said that the company is about to close and even there main office doesnt opens all day.. Office lights have been disconnected since they didnt pay the bill.. And many such ppl have not received there ordee.. They delivery cod orders fast but not prepaid order.. Pls do not make prepaid payments.. Hence today 16th i check the courier portal and my order was luckily received and was out for delivery.. Finally Order received
