So yesterday i had registered a complaint for which i got a response from your side, ’z yet it is to be found that stalkbuylove online clothing hasn’t taken any sort of response towards this matter. To my notice i’ve seen that there are nearly 310 complaints registered under this company. Therefore i kindly request you’ll take the resourceful action to the earliest that would also be helpful to numerous people out there who’ve spent a lot and yet no response from other side. I again please you’ll to take some action. Just by registering this complaint won’t be justify to anything at all so i’m requesting you’ll to take some sort of action towards this matter order awb[protected]; order number[protected]

I have ordered a product and paid through net banking and cancelled it as soon as possible within few mins. They sent an email stating last order is cancelled but no response regarding my refund. Please help me to get back my refund, i m in crisis.

Another issue is regarding my delivery. I have ordered a product and paid prepaid, the money got deducted from my account but my delivery status is still not given, when i track my order it shows no reference is given.

I had ordered some clothes worth rs 6000 and later returned all of them due to reason on 6th march. Since these stalk buy love's customer service people were going on saying to wait for 5-7 days. Then since the month of june they even stopped answering calls and replying to emails... I hv tried everything, complained everywhere nothing happens.

I had placed order on 1st Sept, 2019 of 3dresses.
Of which all got delivered to my address within 3 days, i having been trying to place return for 2 of them since it has arrived.
But there is not order update on app as well as on website, this is why i am not able to place return by myself.
Being this reason I tried and contact them on their call center number, which is barred.
Next thing was email, where there was no response to any one of my emails out of the multiple I sent them.
Also their policy is only 15 days Exchange/Return, due to their unresponsiveness behavior all the days will pass away and i will be at loss.
The amount of 2 dresses costing Rs.3000/-.
Request you to please help me with this, the company is behaving like fraudulent.

I got my product delivered yesterday but on the stalkbuylove app it still shows that the order is yet to be delivered. Right now the problem is that i want to return back the product as i didn’t like the way it’s come out. I’ve tried calling to the customer care it says that the incoming calls are bared also i’ve put up couple of mails yet no response. So i kindly please you to take some sort of action towards this to the earliest

I had placed an order a week ago on prepaid mode. They are not responding to the email.. Phone number is also fake number.. They are cheating people... What should i do how should i contact them. They have also disabled the cancel button from their app. I am not able to take any action on my order and it is sitting idle since so many days. I want to know if the company is closed and they are just cheating people now. Incoming is also barred on their customer service number

Since may-june 2019 i'm facing the refund issue with respected order no.[protected]
The products were prepaid and those sent for exchange, but due some quality issues it has been cancelled from your end.
That was informed by sbl which screenshot i have attached below.
But still now i didn't get the refund back and multiple times i wrote regarding this issue, but sbl didn't bother. Still now i'm not getting any update from your side regarding my refund.
The amount is still pending that the prove i have attached below.

I had ordered few clothes from stalbuylove and requested return for few of them, the courier guy came to pick up the delivery, and the ann number he had was not matching with the products. Later i contacted the company several times through email, but never received a reply. I want to return those products.

My order (Order#[protected] has been delivered to me, yet the status is still showing as dispatched in the app for stalkbuylove. Hence i’m unable to initiate my exchange request.
I need to place an exchange request asap for both the items in my order to be exchanged with a bigger size as they are not at all fitting me. I mailed them thrice & even left my contact details in their app twice but didn't get any reply in any form from their side. They have a very poor customer care, i must say. Please help me out on this.

I ordered the leggings on 9 aug 2019 and it was delivered on 16 aug 2019. But on the app it's not showing delivered. I have to place the return of the product as it's quality is not that good. I mailed them many times but didn't got any reply from their side. I even send them a instagram message but they didn't replied. Please help me get my refund.

This is my 1st shopping experience with stalk buy love. For a consumer, I'm highly disappointed by the quality of clothing received and the customer support that the company offers. Contact no. Is 'barred' for incoming calls, emails unanswered and complaints unaddressed.
I can't place return request for my order as the tracking page shows my order status is still "placed". I have mailed and raised complaints previously regarding the same issue but no follow-up has yet been done.

I have an ordered[protected] from ur site on 28th july 2019. Where i got mail with in 7 workimg days i ll receive my order. But due to bit urgent i requested u to delivered as soon as possible. Unfortunately i didn't received my product so i process for cancellation on 19th august 2019. Already 12 daz left still i am not received my refund amount.

My total reward points were 650 when i last checked, which now has been reduced to 150. I had called and mailed your customer care service in the month of june to confirm the validity of my points, to which your executive replied that my points are valid for 1 year. But somehow now i only have 150 points. This was very disappointing as i have been a regular customer in sbl. Atleast don't misguide your customers specially if they are interested in purchasing more stuff from your website in future. Would love to shop but please re-credit my reward points. I never even let my reward points expire. I've been trying to reach your customer service through mails and calls and none of them were answered. They keep telling me that the site is under maintenance. I'm disappointed a lot because i personally love sbl and believe it or not i recommend your app to each and every colleague of mine. I have been your regular customer and i honestly love your collection and want to continue shopping from the website.
