I had made a return to stalkbuylove and received the refund in the form of reward points as they were saying they were having some issues with the bank servers. They had told me at that time that these points will be credited to my bank accounts once that issue was solved. It has been about 6 months now and i haven't yet received my refund and they aren't replying to my mails and their customer service number says under maintenance.
I want to credit those points into my bank account

I have ordered total of 6 items from the sbl website with order number[protected] and[protected] on july 21 st and july 19th respectively. I have received the orders also. I have paid in full amount but now due to size issues i want to return 3 products. The return button is not active on the orders section in the website and also status of the product is not updated as 'delivered' despite the products are delivered.

I have sent many mails to the customer support team but there is no response from them. Also, i tried to call them on the customer care number multiple times but getting a message that number is under maintenance.
This is a clear case o[censored]nethical practice or cheating the customers.

Please make necessary arrangements for the return at earliest.

I want to return the product but its has already been 15 days passed but no one come to pick the product and i have written mail to sbl countless time but there is no reply has come from sbl. So solve this on urgent basis..
I lost my pateince now
I want refund my money as the product is not good enough and it size also too short on me
What i do to retain this product to me if i cant wear that
I have done lots of complain but there is no reply from stalkbuylove even the customer care number not availbale so how the customer solves its problem its very bad services from sbl. I am totally unsatisfied from this app after purchasing

I have ordered 2 piece from the application on 29-9-19 valuing inr 2331. My order number is[protected]. Both the products have been delivered, however the size of the product is too large. I have tried to return the products through application, but the return/refund button is not active/not working. Tried many times to contact customer complaint but their service is under maintenance. I have also dropped many email, but no response from their side.

Hi. Inr 6500 of mine is stuck as the company is not responding to any return requests. The status of all orders on the app is reflecting as dispatched even after it being delivered. This means that i am not able to return any products and i am stuck with clothes that don’t fit me. I have seen many people complain about similar issues. They are not responding to emails and their phone line has been under maintainence for over2 months. Please help as my money is stuck

I bought few items from website. I didn’t hear back from them aftr that. Aftr 2 weeks, i canceled the order. My refund is pending. No response from customer care and i cant reach their number as well. Please help us. I have been repeatedly trying to call them and email them, but i havent heard anything from them. There are many people lyk me who are facing such issues. This has been going for a long tym but no response yet.

I had ordered from SBL on 21st. Products got delivered after two days. But some of the products i need to exchange and some i need to return and take refund. But the SBL app doesnt show any tracking details plus even after delivery, it does not show the status of "delivered" in the apl and so refund/exchange options are not visible. Their Costomer care number is not working any more.on calling it says it is under maintenance. Tried to reach them on FB and insta but they didnt respond at all. Kindly help me with this. I mailed them but no response.

I paid 1343 rs online for a dress on this site and the money got debited and the order status after that got cancelled from there end. I have been sending them mails countless times and there is no response from there end just an auto generated email in that email it is said that they will contact the person in 24-48 hours but nobody has contacted it has been 5 days now. I want my money back from this fraudulent company

The order has been picked up from the seller but there is no further information regarding the same. The customer care service is responding to my e-mails and their helpline is out of service. Please help.

I placed an order on stalk buy love on 19 june 2019 and it got delivered on 24 june 2019. After trying out the dress, i realised its not of the perfect fit for me. Therfore i tried placing a return request, but to my surprise, their order tracking section doesn't show my order as delivered. And because of this i am unable to place any return request. After 3/4 days the status got changed and i requested for a refund as the size was not available. However nodoby came to pick the parcel. Also, i tried mailing them countless times only to receive an automated response saying that the customer care team is looking into the matter. If the dress doesn't get replaced or returned, its of no use to me.

I have purchased two maxi dresses from stalkbuylove but due to size issue and the product was not looking good at me. I returned the product on 1st' july 2019 but haven't got any information regarding the refund. There is no option in the stalkbuylove's app to track refund status.

I ordered two products worth 2k+ and they weren't good so i wanted to exchange. But their site hasn't updated the products status as delivered yet, so i am unable to process the return or exchanges and its been more than 20 days now.
Shameless and irresponsible people. Have sent them about like 10 mails. The only number they have is never working.
