I placed order #[protected] on 25th aug, 2019 for 5 clothings which got delivered on sept 3, 2019
Since then, i am trying to place return for them but there is no delivery update on app as well as on website, this is why i am not able to place return by myself.
Being this reason i tried and contacted them on their call center number, which is barred.
Next thing was email, where there was no response to any one of my emails out of the multiple i sent them.
Also their policy is only 15 days exchange/return, due to their unresponsiveness behavior all the days will pass away and i will be at loss of rs.2200/-.
Request you to please help me with this, the company is behaving very fraudulently.
