My order id is[protected]. I cancelled the order because the order was not being processed even after 7 days of placing the order. But now there is no update regarding the refund. Please update the current status of cancellation and update your calling number on the website because no any number is there to call on.
Please resolve this matter.
And initiate refund asap.

I ordered two items from stalkbuylove on 10th of September 2019.And it was a prepaid order.They took almost two weeks to deliver my order.I wasn't able to track it in their app.Finally I got the order delivered on 24th.When there's a problem with the fitting of the cloth, I tried to return but the option isn't working. I'm unable to return items as well as there's no response for my mails from their side, I've been trying to call their customer care number but it doesn't work as well.

I have been trying to connect to you guys from so many days. I want to return a few items. One of them is defected and others not fit.

No option for exchange or return in the order section. Please connect with me. Reply to my emails. Where did you guys go? Not even picking the calls.

I have submitted return request twice in the stalkbuylove portal, but haven't received any response yet. I tried calling customer service but the incoming is barred to that number.

I want to return red gingham wrap top which was part of the order#[protected]. The top has fit issues and one of the stitch in sleeve has come off.. The order was received day before yesterday. I tried contacting stalkbuylove for two days, but no response. Please help

I had ordered products from stalkbuylove (Prepaid) and after few days i got a mail stating your order has been canceled as we don't deliver in that area. It's been more than 10 days and refund hasn't been inititated yet and they're not responding to my calls and emails too.

I ordered a blazer - order no.[protected]. After few minutes i cancelled that order becoz the payment was deducted 2 times of the product price. But there was no notification and msg on my app or number regarding refund status. Plz help me out to resolve this i just want to my money refunded back. This is a type of fraud of the site is not working stop making fool. First they should fix their site properly then start their app. Hope my money will be refunded soon

I ordered a top from stalkbuylove on september 17 order id is[protected]. Now i have the online payment alreadyy. However tommorrow i check the status it shows the order is completed. I haven't got my top and it says order is completed @!!! And i am calling to their customer care it says no. Has been barred. I am emailing and they are not responding. My event for which i bought it is coming near and i didnt got the top payment is done and it says order completed. No notifications no emails as if they are gone. No one is present to answer customer. Legal actions need to be taken. This is complete fraud. I want my money back!!

When i received this product it's was too large and clothes are cheap quality.

I was trying to exchange or refund that button was disabled.
When i sent so many emails but i didn't get any response from support team
No emails nothing is there plz take legal actions against this . this is a type of fraud . sbl team having unprofessional behavior.

I ordered a dress with order no #[protected] on 17th of September from STALKBUYLOVE. I had already paid for the order(online transaction) and on 19th of September when I checked on the app again, the status of the order was showing "Complete". I thought maybe it is only showing that the order has been accepted from the company. Usually the product we order from STALKBUYLOVE is dispatched after 3 days but I haven't even received any email regarding tracking details of the product and have no information whether my product has been shipped or not. Atleast the company should start responding to the mails their customers send them instead of their automatically generated mails saying *WE ARE THANKFUL TO YOU FOR WRITING TO US. YOUR QUERY WILL BE SOLVED IN MAXIMUN 24-48 HRS, MUCH LOVE TO YOU.* Atleast update your app so that it can show the status of our order. Either parcel my product to my registered address or cancel it and REFUND MY MONEY, which may not be valuable to you people but it is definitely valuable for me. If you people are unable parcel our products with the online app, then kindly shut your app down.

I have ordered a blazer from the store with the order number[protected]. Fabric was so pathetic that i decided to return the product. My order details are disabled in the website and am unable to place a return request. The call numbers mentioned in the website are not reachable. It states incoming calls are barred. My emails are not answered. This is fraud. I spent 1343 on the product and i need the refund

My order number is[protected]. My order status is showing complete and i have not received my order yet. I placed it on 16th september and the delivery was supposed to be be done within 3 days. They are not responding to mails and their contact number is also not helpful. I had prepaid for my order. I think the shop has been shut down but the site is still working. Please look into the matter.

I got a mail on 2nd sep that the item is being shipped but havent received it yet.
I tried reaching out to stalkbuylove by sending emails to [protected]@stalkbuylove.com but couldnt get any response from them.
The phone number mentioned in the website is not working.

Stalkbuylove: new order #[protected]. This is the order i'd i have been provided wherein this order shows in tracking that it has been already delivered in 2018 though i placed order 15th sept 2019. Their telephone line not working. No contact number to connect. Emails they are not responding. No update regarding order and it's shocking that they have shared an order i'd which is way back used in 2018. Also i am unable to login app ahain. It's showing login but not showing any profile details. Complete mess and no where to contact. Strict action needs to be taken against such fraud.

This is regarding refund for an order of stalkbuylove. I have sent them the order and it got delivered to them about a month ago and i've sent them mails and no reply, calls not connecting and no reply to tweets as well.

It's been quite a while and i'm having no response.

Please help me what can i do to get the refund of my order back to my account.

I tried emailing you guys since a month now i got no rly i got same outfits twice and it was a cash on delivery order so my family paid for both. And excepted it without knowing it was same product delivered twice and charged. I m entering both order numbers here.[protected],[protected]. No one is helping we have sent more then a dozen emails from 2 ids didnt received a single reply what are we supposed to do

I ordered from stalkbuylove on 13th august 19 which was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 8 working days. My order has not been delivered yet as it has been more than a month by now. Order no is[protected] for black zurie legging. From my end i have already sent 6 to 7 mails on the customer support despite that no reply has been sent. Kindly revert soon thank you

I placed order on 9th Sept and it was shown product will b delivered in 3 days. If I track order what I can see is it's not even confirmed. I wrote mail but no response till now. I don't know what's the reason but they must stop accepting orders and taking money inadvance. 6months back I placed one order, that time they replied instantly to my mails and calls were attended. But this time no response at all.

Since then, i am trying to place return for them but there is no delivery update on app as well as on website, this is why i am not able to place return by myself.
Being this reason i tried and contacted them on their call center number, which is barred.
Next thing was email, where there was no response to any one of my emails out of the multiple i sent them.
Also their policy is only 15 days exchange/return, due to their unresponsiveness behavior all the days will pass away and i will be at loss of rs.2200/-.
Request you to please help me with this, the company is behaving very fraudulently.

This is regarding one of my order i placed on 8th of september[protected] with stalkbuylove. I am frequent customer of sbl. But from last 5 days i checked status of the order is not moving into next step. All mails and contacts are barred of the company. Don't know how to contact them. It was prepaid order. I paid 3900 bucks for 8 dresses. Please help me out to deliver the order. While ordering it was mentioned they ll take 3 days to deliver the order. I dint receive confirmation message till now of my order.
