I had placed an order (Order number[protected] worth 5193 but the company stalkbuylove refuses to deliver the sold goods. They do not reply to emails and their registered number is not working. After failing to get in touch with them through social media i realized, i m not the only customer who have been cheated. There are many like me and i m afraid that this company is fake and is just using the platform to make money by cheating people. If you check their reviews on google or facebook or twitter you will realize that this company has been committing this kind of fraud for several months now. I m sure the amount of money they make by cheating prospective customers runs in lakhs if not crores. Please help

I ordered a top on 10th october, 2019 from stalk buy love, but my order has not been delivered still yet, it's been more than a month. Whenever, i tried to contact them over email, there was no response back,
They had debited rs 384 from account, please kindle get my refund back.

I also tried to contact them through their contact no, but the contact number is showing it does not exist anymore.
Pls stalk buy love, kindly resolve this issur, your endangering your position in market, if this continues, i will never purchase anything from stalk buy love and discourage people not to buy anything from stalk buy love

Hello this is shivani padmanabh. I ordered from stalk by love two blouses worth rs 1367 on 2nd oct 19, my order no. Is[protected]. I have already made the payment online during placing order and it's more than a month now still haven't received my order or any messages or any kind of response from them. I also emailed them but no response plus there's no customers care number where i can call. Now my track order shows order completed. Please look after this matter and respond as soon as possible.

I placed order with stalkbuy love site for 1894 amount prepaid on 24th october but did not receive any confirmation mail for the order from that site.
They promised order to be delivered in 3 days but there were no status change for my order and even after days it shows only as processing. I also wrote to the stalk buy love customer care but there was no reply to my mails either.

They have closed down their customer helpline and they are just running away with out money

This is to report about the 2 prepaid orders i placed on stalkbuylove. First one i cancelled because it was taking longer to be delivered and i've still not received the refund yet.

For second order, tracking status shows as complete but neither did i receive any call from the delivery person nor the products.

I've been following up over the mails & haven't received a single response from their end. Also the customer care no provided is wrong.

Please help in getting this issue addressed.

I have order from sbl in the month of june. Due to size issue i have raised the return request and as the courier facility was not available in my area, i have self shipped the order and it was received by sbl as i track my courier. But i didn't received my refund for the order and when i mailed them, i didn't received any response. Its been 5 months now.
The number provided is also fake.

I bought a jumpsuit and a dress from sbl but due to the size issue i had to return it, i asked for exchange even i was ready to go to warehouse as i loved the products but due to some internal problem they told to return the product to warehouse on my own, the product has reached the warehouse on 28th september and i have shared the bill with ms shikha and stalkbuylove account on instagram and both have acknowledged to receive it, but when i ask them about refund after seeing msgs several times they don't reply, and even if they do so they are just procrastinating. It has been a month but there is no update about the refund of rs 1625. Kindly expedite the process.

Placed 2 orders on stalkbuylove on 14th oct. Both the order status show dispatched since many days but delivery has not happened for any of them. No tracking information has been shared either. On clicking track package, it shows - there is no information on the reference number. Contacted customer care from website as well as separately mailed them but no response received yet.

I ordered a prepaid dress order id no.[protected] on 13th october of ₹1343 but cancelled it next day till now i've not got any refund.

The next product i prepaid ordered on 14th october order id no.[protected] of ₹1363 and after few days they're showing status as completed but i've not received any product till now.

Now i want my cancelled money refund and also deliver my product or refund it.

I had ordered on oct 15th order no[protected].in the track order, it changed from "ordered" to "confirmed". Nextday it went back to "ordered". Order status shows "completed" when i haven't even received product!! I emailed them got no response. Such horrible treatment of customers. I want my product delivered or my refund! As i already paid for it.

I ordered on 16th of october for 2 items with order id: #[protected]. I paid full amount in advance which costed rs. 1163/-. It's been 9 days but the order is not even shipped. Not even confirmation mail is received. No answer to mails, calling lines are not working, no replies in instagram. Shikha ahluwalia and tushar ahluwalia are founders of the website. Because of their financial crisis they are cheating with people and not even paying refund to people who retuned the product. Not only me but many people have been cheated. I am going to file a legal complaint if this is not going to solve.

I placed an order on stalkbuylove on the 2nd october, 2019. There was no update and now, i've noticed that the order was marked as "dispatched". Yet, i've checked the status and there is no shipping details / courier tracking details, and no one is replying to my emails.

Also, according to the "track order detail" page, it can be seen that the order has not even been confirmed yet.

I believe it has not yet been confirmed or dispatched, it's just the app and the website that's acting crazy!

I request your help for an immediate refund.

This is regarding my refund for order #[protected]. My prepaid order for Rs. 1098 was cancelled by SBL due to non-servicable area and I was told that I'll get refund within 5-7 days but I didn't receive any refund. It's been 3 months and I've tried to contact them innumerable times through mails and calls but the consumer care no provided is said to be not having any incoming facility and all my mails were left unanswered. I'd like to take legal action now as this is a clear case of fraudulent activities under the Consumer protection act.

I have recieved the order but i already requested a refund as the purpose for which i wanted clothes is already gone. I had ordered 6 appearls and somehow liked two out of them.
I request you to pick up the 4 apparels i no more need and initiate a refund for the same.
Also,
App does not show option to return the apparels as staff has not marked the items as delivered. I cannot opt for return as the app is not showing me option for the same

Hi, this is regarding order number[protected] placed on 30th september 2019. There is no update on this order.in app the status is displayed as complete, not able to track order it says not yet dispatched. It was a prepaid order with items worth 1363 inr.
I tried calling on customer care number but incoming calls are barred on that number, no response for email and messages dropped on facebook and instagram either.

My order number is[protected]. I've placed an order on 9th october and still haven't recived any updates about it. I'm not able to do so in track orders as well. It just shows as ordered as of now, however earlier it was also confirmed and the status tells complete. The status shown in my orders. How can the status show its complete when i haven't received my product. There is no information about it also. The services of this app has really sunk so low. Earlier i would receive updates on email as well but now nothing. No one replies back to email now, the customer support number isn't supported, how else do you wish for us to contact you and be content with your service! I want my money back, no need of the product. This is undoubtedly a scam, taking money from customers, fooling them and then running away just like the owners without any information. I've been waiting from 9th october and now it's been 15 days.

I placed an order no.[protected] on 14 october 2019 of 567/- i have not received any confirmation about the order yet nor am i being even contacted. I cannot even track my order although on 18th october 2019 the track my order facility showed that my order will be delivered by 22 october 2019 but now even that facility is also not available now.
This is highly irresponsible behaviour at their part. Neither did i receive any emails for my complaints nor is their costumer care helpline working.
Please look in to the matter as soon as possible.
I need my order or my refund

I have placed a prepaid order with order i'd[protected] on 26th of august. The status is showing as complete but i haven't the products yet. I tried to contact the customer care but there is no response. I have contacted the customer care of courier service and they said that they have received the request but haven't picked up the products. Request you to look into it and either refund my amount or deliver the products.

I placed an order on stalkbuylove on 30th sept 2019. There was no update and the order was marked as "complete" on 19th october, without the order being delivered. There are no courier tracking details. The company's customer care number is blocked and no one is replying to emails or messages on social media.

I have not yet received my order no.[protected] placed on 12th october 2019. I have already made a payment of rs 1988/- towards this order. The customer care no. Mentioned on the site is barred and have not received any revert on my emails. The order status is still seen as processing, this looks fraudulent act from the site as there is no revert to emails and the their is already barred.

I request to help in getting the refund of my paid amount.
